Witch Ambush
Landon.
Rhazien looked as if he was battling a strong urge in him and I thought maybe he was blood thirsty since he had been locked up here for so long, but what happened next shocked me.
He groaned as he slowly walked towards the Mages, struggling with himself to stop walking.
As he got to them, the man tried to fight him, but Rhazien's eyes turned a fiery red color and he kicked the man in the chest.
As the man got slammed against the wall, Rhazien grabbed the two Witches by the neck and he pressed his legs on the Wizard whose back was against the wall.
Although, this was just a memory, I could feel the strong energy in the air. Rhazien's eyes glowed in a bright red color as the Mages continued screaming and he sighed in satisfaction.
Dark lines formed on his face and he exuded a strong aura.
He let go of the mages who were already dead. Their bodies looked dried up and their skin was grey in color.
What the fuck is he??
He slowly turned around and his eyes landed on me. He stared at me as if he was seeing me and I felt a bit scared.
He slowly walked towards me with his eyes still on me and I gulped, unable to move away from the spot where I was. His eyes were red and there were dark lines on his face. He looked like a demon right now.
As he got to me, he walked through me and I sighed in relief. He hit the metal door with his fist.
"Let me out of here!" He growled, hitting his fist on the door forcefully.
"Open it," I heard his Grandpa's voice from the other side of the door and someone soon opened the door.
Rhazien stepped out of the door, and he glared at them angrily as if his eyes alone were going to set them on fire an turn them to a pile of ashes.
Before he could do anything, someone suddenly stabbed his neck with a syringe and he grunted in pain.
What was that??
Rhazien's eyes was closed and his head faced down.
"Rhazien, my boy?" His Grandpa said in a soft tone and I looked at Rhazien, confused about what was happening.
Rhazien slowly raised his head up and I saw that the anger in his eyes had disappeared and was replaced with gratitude, submission, and respect.
"Yes, Papa," Rhazien replied softly with his head slightly bowed before his Grandpa.
What was in that syringe?? What did they do to him??
"We have a lot of work to do, my boy."
I blinked and the next moment, I was somewhere else again.
I was standing in the midst of a battle field and everyone was passing through me. I looked around and I spotted Rhazien. He was moving across the battlefield at lightning speed, killing everyone on his way in the blink of an eye and sucking the life dry out of them. He was no longer a young boy now. He was already a teenager and the aura he exuded felt even more dangerous.
The next instant, I was somewhere else again. I saw Rhazien walking down a road and he was alone.
I began to follow him down the road when he suddenly stopped walking.
Since I was inside a memory, I closed my eyes and when I opened them, I was standing in front of him.
He looked around and the corners of his lips raised into a smirk.
"You can show yourselves now." His voice had changed so much from when he was a young boy. It sounded metallic and icy.
I watched as several Witches became visible as they dropped their cloaking spells. There were seven of them.
"Bold have you all to come to me," Rhazien said coldly.
"We know that we might all die today, but we won't go down until we make sure that we put an end to your disease," one of the Witches replied confidently and Rhazien chuckled.
"We'll see about that." Rhazien's eyes began to glow in a fiery red color. The Witches also got ready and their palms began to glow in different colors.
"Celeste." A witch chanted and an invisible force suddenly threw Rhazien off his feet.
He landed on his feets with an angry scowl and he suddenly zoomed forward at lightning speed. Even with my wolf sight, I could barely see him as a blur and by the time I could see him fully, he was standing behind the Witch who cast the spell and he drove his into her chest from behind, pulling out her heart.
Beating heart in his hand slowly stop beating and change from the bright red color it was to a grey color before he dropped it to the ground.
"Axure Xita." Another Witch chanted and a lightning bolt hit Rhazien in the chest, pushing him the ground.
Before the bolt of lightning could disappear, Rhazien trapped it in his hand. The white lightning bolt slowly turned red between his palms, growing bigger and bigger before he tossed it at the witch.
"Fotrenum." The Witch quickly chanted, creating a blue force field to shield herself. The red lightning bolt hit the field, but the shield cracked up immediately and the lightning bolt hit the Witch, creating a large hole in her chest as it killed her.
"Nevilum difiltrea coropus zedi. Nevilum difiltrea coropus zedi." The five witches began to chant in unison. Rhazien immediately began to groan in pain and he slowly fell on his knees.
One of the Witches pulled out a dagger from nowhere and she unsheathed it to reveal the sparking blue blade.
She continued chanting with the rest of them and she slowly walked towards Rhazien who was struggling on his knees to break free from the effect of the spell.
She brought the dagger down to stab Rhazien, but all of sudden, large black wings sprouted out of Rhazien's back, tearing through the leather armor he wore.
