The next day Lily got into the same car with Adrian while he started driving. Once he got near to the gate, Lily spoke.

"Today I'll take you to meet someone special. Drive to St. Lawrence international school", Lily said with a smile on her face while Adrian was confused, nonetheless, he drove to the school.

Once they reached, the two of them got down followed by their bodyguards but Adrian gestured them to stay away and not scare the children around.

It was almost ten in the morning so Lily knew that the kid they came to meet must be in her class. She walked towards the gatekeeper and entered her and Adrian's name before she signed in the book.

She informed the gatekeeper that she came to meet Sanna who was her niece. Since almost everyone recognised Adrian, they immediately called Sanna.

"My aunt and uncle?", Sanna asked when she was called out. The man who came to call her gave a nod. Sanna thought something was fishy but she decided to go and check afterall the security in the school was tight so it was hard for anyone to harm her.

When Sanna came and saw a couple waiting for her in the office, she walked inside cautiously but when she saw Lily, she ran upto her and hugged her.

"Aunty", she called out happily.

Lily smiled and hugged the little girl. "How have you been? It's been long", Lily spoke gently as she smiled. "I've been ok. I missed you", Sanna said as her eyes teared up.

Lily kissed the girl's forehead lovingly.

Adrian looked at the little girl and Lily as a small smile lingered on his lips. He wondered how much Lily must have missed her child. He wasn't angry that the girl was raised by Samuel and her since he was aware that it was Lily who adopted her first.

Sanna noticed Adrian who had been staring at her and Lily and she turned to Lily but the latter did not say anything.

"Kiddo, I've a few things to talk to you about. Will you go with us?", Lily asked looking at Sanna. The kid seemed to be too cautious but she felt that the lady wouldn't hurt her so she agreed then got her bag and left with the couple.

Adrian informed the school not to reveal anything about their visit which they agreed.

Sanna sat in the backseat while Adrian and Lily got in the front seats. "Where would you like to go?", Adrian asked looking at Sanna through the rear view mirror.

Sanna was scared of him given that his aura was much stronger than Sam but having Lily by her side, she calmed down. The man today didn't seem as scary as he always was during the other times she had seen him.

"Can we go to have burger?", Sanna asked with sparkly eyes.

"Sure."

"No way."

Adrian and Lily said at the same time. Sanna looked at the two and decided to keep quiet.

"She can't have too much junk food. Her stomach is weak. Let's go to a restaurant", Lily said in a serious tone. Sanna looked at Lily with furrowed brows.

"Wait, how do you know that? Only my mom knew about it", Sanna said suspiciously.

"You'll know once we reach the restaurant", Lily answered. Sanna nodded and sat down patiently as she enjoyed the view.

Adrian glanced at the two girls in the car while he drove to the nearby expensive restaurant. As soon as they got down, Sanna came to Lily's side as if she was scared someone would harm her if she was to go away from Lily.

Lily looked at the girl and held her hand before going inside the restaurant to a private room.

Lily ordered food on behalf of Sanna and the little girl seemed beyond shocked that the woman in front of her knew so much about her. Suddenly she felt terror invade her and she started regretting coming with the couple.

"Now tell me how do you know so much about me?", Sanna asked in a serious tone. "Because I'm your mom", Lily said as a matter of fact.

Sanna gave a confused look and looked the man and woman sitting in front of her. Lily knew the girl was confused and had a lot of questions so she went on to explain further.

As Lily revealed the truth one by one, Sanna's eyes widened and once Lily was done speaking she ran into her mother's arms. "Momma, I missed you", Sanna cried out.

Lily hugged her tightly and whispered, "I missed you more, kiddo."

"Momma, he doesn't treat me well. Take me with you. Please", Sanna said as she started crying drenching Lily's dress with her tears. Lily looked at Adrian and sighed.

"We'll take you with us", Adrian said as he patted the girl's head.

Sanna looked at Adrian in confusion.

"He is my husband and I can assure you that you can rely on him. Call him dad from now on", Lily said with a smile on her face. Adrian felt happy that she was acknowledging him and now he got another girl to protect.

Sanna hesitated for a while before she went towards Adrian and whispered something then the two shook hands and hit each other's knuckles before Sanna hugged him tightly.

"Dad is cool", Sanna said with a smile.

"What did you guys talk about?", Lily asked curiously.

"It's a secret", Adrian and Sanna said in unison.

Lily shrugged it off.

"Kiddo, you can't tell anyone who I am and that I'm married. Alright?", Lily said to which Sanna nodded as she ate her food. "Also, I'll take you away soon just have some patience and let us know if he does anything to you."

Sanna nodded.

"Give me your mobile", Adrian ordered and Sanna quickly give him her mobile. He opened the contacts and saw less than ten numbers. He quickly saved four contacts and handed her the phone back.

"I've saved both of our numbers so you can contact us. I've saved one private number of mine so if you can't get through the other number you can always call on that one, you'll be answered", Adrian said in a serious tone.

Sanna nodded as she finished the bowl of fresh fruit salad and the glass of orange juice.

"Adrian, you leave, I'll call someone to bring my car. You must be getting late", Lily said as she didn't want him to be late because of her, also since she planned on spending time with Sanna for a while.

"I've already pushed my schedule so I'd be bored in the office anyways", Adrian said the most invalid reasons. Lily laughed when she heard him.

He would be bored? The almighty business tycoon would be bored with no work? What a joke!

The three of them went to the beach since Sanna wanted to go there. After spending time with her, they got into their car.

"Kiddo, does anyone come to pick you at the school?", Lily asked since she needed to know so they would drop her at the school. Sanna shook her head as she answered, "If I remind him then he sends someone after scolding me a bit but now I don't bother and just take the cab."

Adrian and Lily glanced at each other silently.

"From now on, we'll send you a car", Adrian said as he felt like beating Sam. "Thanks, dad", Sanna smiled at him.

Adrian drove to Sam's mansion and dropped Sanna a few distance away from the gate. He stayed there until she walked inside the gate.

"Adrian, I'll adopt her after I do the announcement on my birthday. I don't want her to stay there anymore. I thought he must have at least treated my child well even though he cheated but I was wrong. I can't let Sanna stay there anymore", Lily said worriedly as Adrian drove to her company.

"I'll take to my lawyer, don't worry", Adrian as he caressed her hairs gently. Lily smiled.
