Lily woke up next morning and found the bed empty. She realised she had been sleeping since last evening. It had been so long since she slept so well.

But wait, was she sleeping alone? Didn't Adrian return last night?

While she had many questions running through her mind, she heard the door of the bathroom open and Adrian came out with a white towel wrapped around his waist.

His rock hard abs and chest looked well defined. She knew the man had great body but this was beyond what she imagined it to be. He looked so strong yet perfect with the body.

Neither too thin not too bulky. Just perfect.

His body was unlike Samuel whose body was slightly towards skinner side. Not too skinny but it was, although he had abs but this man's body and face were unquestionably perfect.

While she ogled over his body, she noticed a red bite mark on his face skin and her eyes turned cold. She excuded the coldest aura ever.

"We just married yesterday and you dare to cheat on me!", Lily exclaimed while he was slightly taken aback by what she meant. Before he could question, she stood up and came to point her finger at the bite marks she created last night.

"You took me for your food and did this in your sleep", he said straightforwardly keeping a straight face. Lily frowned as she argued, "I would never do that."

Adrian leaned down making her take a step back while he spoke in a seductive tone, "Do you want me to match these marks? I've many ways to prove its yours."

She blinked in confusion when he walked over to get his mobile and showed her a picture where she was biting him. Her entire face turned red in embarrassment.

"You! Why did you take the picture? Delete it", she demanded as she tried to reach out for his phone but he raised his hand. For the first time she felt she was short in front of this man.

Lily sighed and stood in front of him with an angry face. "Such a cute little panda", he commented as he patted her head. She slapped his hand away and went to the closet. He thought she gave up but she came out wearing her 8 inch heels.

She smirked while Adrian couldn't help but feel amused by her determination to delete the pictures.

She came forward but she still was smaller to him by a few inches yet she tried. When she thought she almost got the mobile, he tiptoed and raised it higher. Lily groaned in frustration and tiptoed but couldn't reach him.

She sighed in annoyance but suddenly an evil idea came into her mind.

"Don't even think about hacking my phone. It's impossible, sweetheart", he said with a taunting smile.

Coming to think of it, the man she married was a God of technology so of course it was hard to hack his mobile but suddenly she realised something and snapped her head to him.

He was the God of technology!!

Yes!

"Adrian", Lily called out as she ran to him in the walk in closet.

"Mm", he answered as he put on his shirt.

"Can you teach me?", she asked with sparkly eyes. "Teach what? Making love? Don't worry you'll learn it when we make love", he said in a flirtatious tone making her roll her eyes.

"I'm serious", she said in a serious tone. Adrian gave her a look before he picked her up and place her on the flat surface above the drawers where his collection of neckties were.

"Say", he said as he leaned down to her face level making her retreat her face away for a few centimetres. She could vaguely smell his manly scent filled with citrus, musk and sandalwood. His scent invaded her nostrils making her wonder what kind of cologne and shower gel he used.

She came to her senses when he chuckled looking at her lost look. She cleared her throat and said in a clear tone, "I want to learn more about technology."

"Sure. Why don't you just take a job in Collins Group?", he asked since he would love to work alongside his wife and see her grow in this field.

"Um... That I can't do. I have more important work to do", she said looking down.

"Alright, I'll just let you see some of the projects and how it works", he said with a gentle smile.

Lily's eyes sparkled as she clasped her hands together feeling accomplished.

"I'd love to see you reach the top and sit next to me in the technology world", he said as he put on his necktie. Lily felt warm inside when she heard his words.

If it was her past life and she had asked Samuel the same question, he would have told her various reasons on why not to learn it. For example, why do you have to learn when you have me or you can't learn it, your brain is too small for that.

He always made her feel bad since she came from a comparatively lower class family from him which was true. Also because she never made him feel that she had such great memory, he would always look down on her.

Compared to Samuel, Adrian seemed more reliable in such matter and he was much more mature and understanding than Sam who would always argue on how she was the one who is wrong.

"Will you now sit there all day, little panda?", he asked as he tightened his necktie. Lily quickly got down and rushed to the bathroom to take shower.

Once she was done, she came out wearing a beige woolen bodycon dress that reached her knees with black sheer stockings and beige boots. Her hairs were still let down which made her look beautiful.

Adrian who was buttoning his suit looked at Lily and saw her hairs. They were straight and long which made him want to hold them in his hands and to feel the softness of those hairs.

"Don't tie your hairs", he commanded when he saw she was about to tie them in messy ponytail. She turned to him in confusion.

"You good look when they are let down", he said as he walked towards her. Lily frowned and said, "They reach below my waist so it's hard for me to work with them let down. I'm going to go to the salon this week and have them cut shorter."

"Don't you dare", he glared at her.

She felt he was being overbearing. "Why not? They are my hairs. It's not like you are going to comb and style them for me. Also, I don't like taking orders. Keep them to yourself. I'm a Queen and a Queen never bows."

Adrian did not say anything and stood quietly as he watched her tie her hairs in a ponytail then she used her curling wand to create wavy texture.

She then took her white overcoat and handbag before she headed downstairs.

During the breakfast everyone thought the couple was on bad terms so Grandfather George decided to break the ice. He cleared his throat before he started speaking.

"I have decided that the two of you need to go on a honeymoon."

"I can't", the two of them said in unison. They looked at each other before Lily turned her face away. Adrian felt she was being childish but he didn't mind as long as she wasn't sad.

"Why can't you?", Jennifer asked with a scowl on her face.

"I've work." Once again in unison.

Everyone sighed while Ryan gave an idea, "Since you guys can't go out of the country, why don't you guys go out on weekend?"

Everyone cheered him in their mind for giving out such great idea.

"I'm busy", Lily said coldly.

"..."

The old man looked at his grandson who was staring at her blankly and asked in disappointment, "Adrian, did you bully my granddaughter in law?"

"If you dare to bully my daughter in law then see", Jennifer glared at Adrian while other gave him a disappointed look as if they were not expecting such thing from him.

"What? I didn't do anything", Adrian voiced out with no emotion.

"Son, I know that you are a dominating man but you should not upset your wife", Andrew said as he felt disappointed in his son. Everyone stood up one by one after they were done and left Adrian and Lily in the dining room.

"I still don't understand what I did to you for them to be so upset", he muttered and sighed.

A few seconds later, he heard light laughter from the person next to him. Lily controlled her laughter but it came out naturally as she burst into laughter.

Adrian was confused as to what happened for her to laugh so much.

"Damn, your face was hilarious", Lily laughed.

Adrian frowned as he looked at the little woman who was making fun of him and putting his hand under her chair he pulled her chair closer. Lily felt her breath hitch in her throat when she saw his face an inch away from hers.

"It's fun, isn't it?"
