The next day

Shivansh's pov

" Neela, baby. What happened? Why aren't you eating your breakfast?" I asked Neela who is sitting silently having a food plate in front of her.

She replied softly," I am missing mommy and daddy a lot. Daddy used to feed me."

Seeing her I felt very sad. I know she is very upset because I have taken her away from Niyati. And, I am not regretting it. I will not stay away from my daughter in any way. That whore has kept me away from my daughter for 4 years. Not anymore. From this onward Neela is only my daughter.

After coming here I didn't leave Neela's side even for a second. I bought her the necessary things and placed them in my room. I will take care of my daughter and win her heart as soon as possible so that she understands that I am her biological father. I just hope she starts calling me daddy very soon.

" Your mommy will come to meet you, baby. Now be a good girl and eat your food," I said holding a spoonful of food in front of her mouth.

She said turning her face in another direction," I am not hungry, uncle."

" Dear, you have to eat. Don't you remember your mommy's words? She told you to eat properly. Won't you obey her words?" I asked patting her head gently.

She thought for some time and then took the food inside her mouth. She started chewing it and I just smiled brightly. She is eating so cutely that I felt like I am feeding any bird.

" Uncle, I am full. I can't eat anymore," she almost nagged and I didn't feed her more.

Then, I pulled her into my lap and expected her to talk with me. As per as I know she is a very talkative child. She is looking upset too.

" You have taken her away from her mother and you expect her to talk with you!! Dumbass!!" My subconscious mocked me.

I thought for some time. I am not understanding what I should do to make her smile. I am not experienced with kids. I am ready to leave everything for my daughter but the problem is I don't know what will make her happy.

Suddenly, a thought came inside my head. Maybe this thing might bring her smile back. Maybe after meeting them the previous adorable Neela will be back.

" Dear, let's go," I said pulling her tiny hands gently.

She asked softly," Where uncle?"

" Do you want to meet your new friends?" I asked patting her head.

She nodded her head in positive and I picked her up in my arms. I kissed her cheeks and she looked at me innocently.

" Give a pappi(kiss) to uncle," I told showing her my cheeks.

She kissed me gently and I felt a soothing sensation inside my heart. For the last 4 years, I have been trying to find happiness and thought that just lying with different women will give me peace. But, how much wrong I was. My peace lies with my daughter. My Neela.

Author's pov

Niyati is sitting beside a window holding Neela's dress. She is crying silently hugging the dress.

Ranvijay entered the room holding a food plate in his hand. His whole face is clouded with sadness. He is also missing his little pumpkin a lot. He is still in a daze thinking that Neela isn't in this house anymore. He is missing Neela's sweet giggling a lot. This house is feeling like a graveyard to him without Neela's innocent giggling.

" Niyati. Eat something. You haven't eaten anything from yesterday," Ranvijay said sitting in front of Niyati.

She replied sobbing," He took her away from me."

" We will find out a way soon," Ranvijay said trying to console her.

Niyati nodded her head in the negative and said," There is no way Ranvijay. He swore to make my life miserable and he did it gladly. He snatched the only happiness of my life."

" Calm down. Eat something. You will fall sick," Ranvijay insisted holding the food plate in front of her.

Niyati threw away the food plate and stood up angrily. She almost ran away when Ranvijay tried to follow her.

" Don't, Ranvijay. Don't follow me," Niyati warned and ran away from this room.

Ranvijay sighed and said looking down," At least your child is alive."

Shivansh reached the orphanage with Neela. He was carrying Neela in his muscular arms and Neela was holding his neck. She was a little bit afraid after coming into a new environment but Shivansh assured her that nothing will happen.

No sooner had Shivansh entered the main door of the orphanage than two little boys whose age wouldn't be more than 3 years old came running.

" Mama(Uncle)," They both said in unison and hugged Shivansh's waist tightly.

Neela just looked at the boys confusingly when Shivansh bent down to their level. He made Neela stand up on her feet and kissed the boys cheeks.

" How are you, guys?" Shivansh asked the boys affectionately.

The boys replied smiling," We are good uncle. How are you?"

" I am good too," Shivansh replied and noticed that the boys are looking at Neela curiously.

This time, Shivansh held Neela's tiny hand and introduced her to the boys," Meet Neela. Your new friend."

Then he told Neela gesturing towards the boys," Neela baby, meet Roman and Rion. They are your new friends."

Neela looked at Roman and Rion with her curious eyes. She isn't understanding what she should say or do. She looked at Roman and found him looking at her curiously. She diverted her gaze towards Rion and found him smiling.

" From this onwards, all of you are friends," Shivansh declared smiling at the kids.

Suddenly, he heard a soft female voice and looked frontwards. A big smile formed on his lips seeing the person.

" Bhaiya," The person called and ran towards him and Shivansh walked forward.

Shivansh hugged the person and the person also hugged him back. The person closed her eyes feeling her brother's warm embrace after a long time.

" I missed you a lot, Orchi dear," Shivansh said breaking the hug.

Orchi replied pouting," I also missed you. This time you have come after a long time. And, what about my teddy bear? You promised me that you will bring a new one for me."

" Let's go shopping and then you can buy a teddy bear of your choice," Shivansh said caressing Orchi's cheeks gently.

Orchi smiled when Shivansh asked playfully looking at Roman & Rion," Did these little bunnies disturb you a lot in my absence?"

" No, mama. We didn't disturb Mumma. We are Mumma's good boy," Roman & Rion said holding Orchi's waist tightly.

Orchi patted their heads and Shivansh smiled seeing them happy. He is happy for Orchi. After a long time, she has started behaving normally. This poor soul has suffered a lot and finally, she has some peace in her life.

Shivansh introduced Neela to Orchi and she just fell in love seeing Neela's innocent face. Neela also liked Orchi understanding her sweet behaviour.

Shivansh is talking with them when his phone started ringing. He saw the caller id and it's from Kabir.

" What sale sahab(brother in law)? After a long time, you called me," Shivansh asked mischievously receiving the call.

Kabir replied with his panicked voice," Stop joking, Shiv. Do you know Ankush has committed suicide?
