After two days

Shivansh and Kabir were sitting in the garden of Shivansh's farmhouse and talking about Ankush's death. Both of them are heartbroken after Ankush's death. They still don't know why Ankush committed suicide.

" Maybe he couldn't take Priyanka's rejection anymore and that's why he killed himself," Kabir said with his sad voice.

Shivansh said thinking deeply," Maybe. It wasn't the first time that Priyanka rejected him. But, I don't know why he asked for forgiveness from me in his suicide note. He specifically mentioned my name though he didn't blame anyone for his death."

Well, It was Kabir who discovered Ankush's dead body. Kabir came to meet Shivansh and Ankush about some business matter in Shivansh's farmhouse.

After coming here he didn't find anyone at home but found that the main door is unlocked. He went inside and there he found Ankush's dead body. Ankush hanged himself leaving a suicide note where he only apologized to Shivansh for some matter but didn't say anything clearly.

Kabir immediately informed the police along with Shivansh and Ankush's family members. The police couldn't perform any postmortem as Ankush requested to not do something like that. He requested that his body and belongings should be given to his family members without doing any kind of harm.

" I still can't believe Ankush is not with us anymore. I still remember our college days when we used to bunk college and roam around freely. I still remember how many headaches we have given to our teachers. Those were the days, dude. Golden days," Kabir reminded taking a deep breath.

Shivansh only hummed and remembered his college life. Kabir, Ankush and he were best friends and never left each other's side ever. Shivansh still can't believe Ankush left this world without giving any proper reason.

" By the way, Kabir did you send Ankush's belongings to his family members?" Shivansh asked.

Kabir replied nodding his head in the positive," Yes, I have sent everything. But."

" But?" Shivansh asked confusingly.

Kabir replied making a confused face," But, I couldn't find Ankush's phone anywhere. I have searched the whole house but there is no trace of his phone."

" Oh!! Maybe he lost his phone," Shivansh said without taking Kabir's words seriously.

Kabir replied frowning his brows," I don't think so. Because the day Ankush committed suicide, he talked with me on his phone and told me that he is in the house and waiting for my arrival. He told that he didn't leave the house once nor he intended to leave it."

" Then, where the hell his phone went missing? What will we say if his family members asked about his phone?" Shivansh asked making an awkward face.

Kabir replied sighing," We will say the truth. Simple. But, it's still unusual that we found his every belonging in the room along with a large amount of money but we didn't find a simple phone. Strange. I wonder even if a thief stole his phone then why the hell he didn't touch any other precious things of this house."

" Strange though. Maybe we are overthinking," Shivansh said and didn't give too much importance to this matter.

Suddenly, Shivansh asked Kabir with a small smile," By the way, how is Lily? I hope she isn't irritating you too much."

" Oh, God!! This sister of yours. Her tantrums are really headaches for me. After this child, I am not going to have another one," Kabir said huffing where Shivansh just chuckled.

Well, Lalita knew about Lily's love interest for Kabir. So, she played her shitty tricks here a little. She convinced Kabir's parents and as an obedient son, Kabir couldn't deny his parents and married Lily. He lost his interest in Niyati a long ago when she married Shivansh suddenly and he started hating her when he understood that she betrayed Shivansh.

On the other hand, To bind Kabir with Lily forever, Lalita suggested Lily to get pregnant as soon as possible and Lily did what her mother advised her.

The next day

This is for you, Neela. Bhaiya bought these candies for me but I am sharing them with you too," Orchi said to Neela giving her some candies.

Neela replied smiling," Thank you, Orchi aunty."

" Mumma, let's play. Neela has brought her toys also," Roman said pulling Orchi's dress.

Rion said clutching Orchi's feet tightly," Yeah, Mumma. Let's play. It will be fun. Neela's toys are different than ours."

" Ok. Ok. Let's play," Orchi replied giggling and ran towards the garden.

Neela, Roman and Rion followed her in the garden. Neela showed her toys to Roman, Rion and Orchi very excitedly. All of them giggled and started playing with the toys.

Well, Shivansh often comes to the orphanage with Neela so that she doesn't feel lonely. Neela has started liking the environment here too. She likes the company of Orchi and her little sons.

All those innocent souls are playing with each other unknown to the fact that someone is watching them. And, the person is none other than Faiza buaa(aunt) who takes care of Orchi. She is looking at Orchi with affectionate eyes.

" What are you seeing, Ammi?" Faiza's daughter Farkhanda asked curiously.

Faiza replied sighing," I just wonder who is Roman & Rion's father. I wonder how could he rape such an innocent & pure soul. Didn't his heart tremble while doing that heinous thing with her?"

She uttered the last sentence very angrily while Farkhanda rested one hand over her shoulder to calm her down.

" Ammi, we thought that wild animals are scary but the truth is, the animals which live inside us are the scariest," Farkhanda replied looking at Orchi who is sucking a lollipop innocently.

Faiza took a deep breath and started saying having a longing expression on her face," I wonder who is Orchi's parents. Where are they? Didn't they search for their daughter? How did she fall into an animal's trap? I just feel so bad for this poor soul. I still remember how much difficulty we had to face just to make her understand that Roman & Rion are her sons."

" Don't feel bad, Ammi. She isn't alone. We are here and Shivansh bhai is also here to protect her," Farkhanda assured Faiza patting her shoulder gently.

Faiza only hummed when Farkhanda asked curiously," But, I still didn't understand one thing, Anmi."

" What?" Faiza said curling her brows.

Farkhanda replied making a suspicious yet curious look," I don't understand Shivanah bhai's protectiveness for Orchi. I mean he isn't her real brother but still, he treats her like she is his real sister. The protectiveness I have seen for Orchi in Shivansh bhai's eyes, I didn't even see that in his eyes for Lily."

" I don't know, Farkhanda. I have asked Shivansh about this matter earlier and he just replied that he naturally feels a pull for Orchi. I also don't know the exact reason," Faiza replied making a confused face.

They are talking about Orchi & Shivansh when they heard Orchi's loud crying sound from the garden. Hearing the sound, they didn't waste any time and ran towards the garden.

Reaching there, they found that Neela is holding a toy snake and Orchi is shooing it away. A panicked expression is written all over her face and she is crying badly.

" Please, take it away. He will come. He will come to hurt me," Orchi screamed looking at Neela's hand.

Neela also got scared seeing Orchi and asked crying," What happened, aunty? What I have done?"

" Mumma...Mumma....what happened?" Roman and Rion asked touching Orchi's shoulder.

They also got scared seeing her like that. It's the first time they are seeing her panicking otherwise they know their mother as a very charming girl.

This time, Orchi laid down on the grass and screamed curling herself into a ball," Take it away. I hate it. He will come. Take it away."

Orchi couldn't say anything anymore. Slowly she closed her eyes and darkness engulfed her.
