" You motherfucker!!! You framed me," Ranvijay asked angrily holding Shivansh's collar tightly.

Shivansh freed himself from Ranvijay's hold and replied smirking," Didn't I warn you to not understimate me? Hmm!! What do you think I will let my daughter to live with a criminal like you. "

" Shivansh Raichand, you don't know me. I can do anything to you. Stop all these and return............" Ranvijay tried to threaten Shivansh when he started laughing loudly like he is mocking Ranvijay.

Ranvijay knitted his brow when Shivansh said smirking," Listen to me, Mr Mehra or VR. Whoever you are!! I don't give a shit about your threatening. I will suggest you to stay quiet otherwise I will expose you."

" And how you will do that?" Ranvijay asked with the same intensity.

Shivansh replied smiling," I have Inspector Raghav's(the one whom Ranvijay bribed) statement. He clearly told me that you poisoned the attacker so that he can't say anything against you. You did it to save yourself. Isn't it?"

Ranvijay's hands loosen from Shivansh's collar and he is dumbfounded. He gave enough money to Inspector Raghav to shut his mouth then how the hell does Shivansh knows all this.

" Thinking how I know all this? Money talks, dude," Shivansh said tidying his shirt with confidence.

Ranvijay is still standing with his dumbfounded expression when Shivansh warned," I don't care about your relationship with Niyati because that woman is nothing in front of me. But, I won't spare you if you try to snatch my daughter from me. Remember that."

Saying all these, Shivansh started leaving this place. He said that he doesn't care for Niyati but the truth is he is always worried about Niyati. In deep down in his heart, he wants Niyati's safety.

Niyati is crying like a madwoman in Ranvijay's arms. She has understood that she has lost the case and very soon Neela will go away from her. This thought is just giving her immense heartache.

" We lost Ranvijay," Niyati said helplessly where Ranvijay remained silent because he is helpless too.

After the lunch break, everyone is now in the courtroom again. Shivansh has a confident smile on his face where Niyati was shedding her tears silently. She has already understood what will be the decision.

" After considering every fact, the court has decided to give Neela Mehra's custody to her biological father Mr Shivansh Raichand," The judge declared and Niyati just closed her eyes holding Ranvijay hand who was already cursing himself for not being able to keep Neela with him.

On the other hand, Shivansh just smiled brightly after hearing the decision. He hugged his parents tightly and smirked after seeing Niyati's condition.

" And, considering the mother's emotional side, the court has decided to give her permission to meet her daughter two times weekly. The court is adjourned," The judge declared and left the courtroom.

Everyone started leaving the courtroom where Niyati just burst into tears.

Ranvijay was holding her tightly when a few drops of tears escaped his eyes as well. Niyati is sobbing loudly resting her head in Ranvijay's chest which wasn't unnoticed by Shivansh.

" You betrayed me and dare to have a happy life where I was suffering alone!! Huh! From this onwards, you will suffer Mrs Niyati Mehra," Shivansh thought mentally and took her name very sarcastically.

Neela is standing with confusing eyes holding her favourite barbie doll where Niyati is kneeling in front of her. Niyati is almost on the verge of crying but somehow she controlled herself. She can't let her daughter know about this complicated situation.

Ranvijay is standing behind them having a painful expression on his face. He fisted his palm and bit his lips very hard to control his emotions. The thought of Neela leaving him is giving him immense pain.

Shivansh and Satya are also here. Satya is looking at Niyati with a pitiful expression where Shivansh is looking at Niyati with an emotionless face. He was bothered by Niyati's upset face but he didn't let his emotions come out.

" Neela, my love. The thing is, I and your daddy are going on a mission. So, we are leaving you here with this uncle and grandpa. Don't you remember them?" Niyati asked Neela very affectionately pointing her finger at Shivansh and Satya.

Niyati isn't showing her pain in front of Neela nor she is telling her the truth. She doesn't want her daughter to cry and suffer. If she wants then she can fill up Neela's mind with negativity against Shivansh. But, she won't do it because she doesn't want Neela to be afraid and suffer.

" Mommy, why can't I come with you on the mission?" Neela asked innocently.

This time Ranvijay replied kneeling in front of Neela," Because there will be big monsters who hurt little babies. We don't want you to get hurt that's why we are leaving you here with this uncle."

" Oh," Neela said looking at Shivansh and he just patted her head gently.

Then, Niyati said holding Neela's tiny hand," I will come to meet you very soon till then I want you to listen to your uncle like a good girl and obey him. I want you to eat properly and sleep timely."

" Ok, Mommy. I will miss you," Neela said nodding her head in the positive when Niyati just hugged her tightly.

A few drops of tears escaped her eyes but she didn't let them fall. She controlled herself and forced a smile on her face.

" So, what will you do till I return?" Niyati asked Neela caressing her fluffy cheeks.

Neela replied cutely," I will listen to uncle. I will eat and sleep timely."

" That's my girl," Niyati said kissing Neela's forehead.

Then, Ranvijay held Neela's hands and said," And, don't be scared pumpkin. I and your mommy will come to meet you soon."

Neela hugged Ranvijay's neck tightly and he also hugged her back closing his eyes. His heart twisted inside his chest understanding that his pumpkin is going away from him.

" Daddy loves you a lot," Ranvijay said breaking the hug.

After that, Shivansh patted Neela's head and she looked at him innocently.

" Princess, get into the car with your grandpa. I will be back," Shivansh said pointing his finger at Satya.

Satya picked up Neela and said pulling her cheeks affectionately," Let's go, Princess."

No sooner had, Neela and Satya left the place, Niyati grabbed Shivansh's collar tightly. She looked into his eyes with her rage-filled up eyes where he just clenched his jaw.

" Why did you do that? Huh!! Why you snatched the only happiness of my life?" Niyati growled on his face.

He let out a burst of sarcastic laughter and said," oh really!! I thought you are very happy with your husband."

Saying that he glared at Ranvijay who was already glaring at Shivansh.

" The thing you have done today. I will never forgive you for that. Even if you beg in front of me I will not forgive you," Niyati told Shivansh where angry tears continued coming out of her eyes.

He replied with complete arrogance," I don't need your forgiveness because I am not at fault. You started everything. Not me."

Then, Niyati tightened her hold around his collar and warned," If anything happens to my daughter then remember that I will kill you with my own hands."

Shivansh didn't say anything further. He just pushed her away angrily and turned his face to leave this place.

Niyati was going to fall on the ground when Ranvijay held her. She burst into more tears and hugged Ranvijay tightly.
