Blade was put in a separate room because he fainted when he saw Alessia. He thought he would only see Kycine here, and the last thing he knew was that Alessia's condition was much worse than Kycine's and he couldn't take it.

Blade woke up and hurriedly came out of his room, feeling all anxious at what had happened to the two of them and how they ended up that way.

"Can you tell me what Alessia Rae Williams' room number is?" he said at the front desk and told her right away.

Blade ended up running towards doors while looking at their number, and Luis didn't do anything to stop him, but he just followed Blade and supported him because Blade's body was still very weak.

The surroundings were very busy, but in Blade's space, everything seemed to move in slow motion, as if you could feel his pain even if you didn't know him.

Blade stopped at the door of the room he went to, and he peered through the round glass placed in the center of that door.

As he peeked, he couldn't explain how he felt. It was Alessia, still sleeping and having different kinds of monitors on the side of her bed. The door opened and a nurse came out. Blade was just looking at Alessia, who was lying on the bed.

"How is she? Do you happen to know what happened to the two of them and why they ended up in this situation? " Luis finally had the courage to ask the nurse for Blade.

Then John came and he assisted in taking Blade to have a seat in the nearby chair while asking him if he was okay.

"There was a blood clot inside her body and she was making healing progress as far as I know. Their car hit a truck, compared to the other patient that had some bruises and cuts, and Miss Alessia got it the worst, "said the nurse, then she bowed and left us.

"Dude, chill out!" John says to Blade, who looks angry, then Luis attends to him as well to stop him.

"I know you're angry about what happened, but don't make it worse." said John.

Then Blade is still struggling and wanting to charge to Kycine's room to pour out whatever anger and hatred he feels now.

"Do you think when Alessia finds out she'll be happy?"

"You know, she won't be happy, and you know her things like this hurt her the most, so please just calm yourself. Let's head back. " John said to Blade.

And Blade once again glanced at Alessia's door, and Blade's expression couldn't paint how he felt and ended up crying as he walked back to his room.

On the other hand, Kycine heard everything and saw Blade's action. She saw how commiserable the man she once loved was and how hurt he was by what he did.

Kycine sat on the wall next to the door and she was crying. Guilty of what she did to Alessia. She didn't mean it to get that far. She just wanted Alessia to leave Blade, but this happened.

She went back to her bed to wipe her tears and wait for the results. Suddenly, a nurse came and Kycine was just looking at her while she approached Kycine.

"Good thing nothing happened to you and your baby," said the nurse to Kycine.

"Baby?" Kycine asked.

"Yes, you are 3 weeks pregnant." "Congratulations Miss," said the nurse after she adjusted Kycine's dextrose

Then, that made Kycine cry with joy, as her plan was done according to its time. She felt sorry for Alessia and Blade, but not anymore.

"How are you feeling?" Blade asked Kycine.

Blade was inside her room as she was just lying there looking at him with a teary eye. Blade didn't know, but his blood was still boiling with what she did.

"I'm sorry, Bla---"

"If everyone is just going through the motions and just being voided by apologizing, why are there police and law enforcement?" Blade said coldly.

On the other side of the room, Kycine saw Alessia peeking and she grabbed the chance to pull Blade and kiss him, making Alessia witness everything. Then, as Blade pushed her, she also saw that Alessia was no longer where she was standing.

Alessia was bleeding because of her forceful actions. Her stitches opened and the 2 nurses attended to her. One was pressing the part where the blood was coming out.

The door opened slightly, and Blade noticed that it was open and there was a commotion going on and was about to go out, but Kycine clung onto his hand and said

"I'm pregnant, Blade, 3 weeks and you're the father." Kycine said

Alessia heard all that and felt pity on herself. How could she be fooled like this? What she heard was even more painful than the wound she opened and she ended up crying and was feeling all hot.

And as she was being attended to, she heard Blade call her name, but she had already lost consciousness.

"Alessia?" Blade asks her as he caresses her hand.

Alessia felt a bit uncomfortable and ended up removing Blade's hold on her, and Blade felt a pain in his chest.

"Congratulations!" Alessia said brightly. "You're going to be a dad," she said cheerfully to Blade, even though her face wasn't

"What? No, I am not. I don't know where you heard that, but that's not true and it's not me. "

"Please, Alessia, believe me." Blade said to Alessia and she was still confused, but she felt really tired.

"I'm sorry Blade, but I can't, especially when there are children involved." Alessia said

"What do you mean, love?" Blade asked her almost nervously.

"I forgive you for everything you've done, but I can't forgive you for abandoning a child." Alessia said, crying.

"No, please Alessia, don't do this to me."

"I love you, but it's time to face responsibilities." Alessia said, and the pain was unabsorbable.

"You should attend to her. I need to get some sleep." Alessia said as she turned herself sideways and closed her eyes full of tears.

She never intended to end it this way, but it was too much for her, especially since there would be a child involved and she could not stand that. She could be heartbroken for years, for the sake of the child's not being fatherless. Alessia chooses to sacrifice what they have for something she believes is more important.
