The room was filled with silence, and Princess picked herself up, not because she was hurt by what she found out, but because she didn't see the signs why.

That day when they were together and Liam suddenly disappeared, that was the sole reason why he was gone. It was because he was about to save someone from being raped, but he turned out to be the rapist himself.

Liam didn't go after Princess because he was just looking at Lily, who was more shocked than anyone of them in that room.

"But how---did you?" Lily said, stammering.

"How long did you know?"

Liam gulped as tears were in his eyes and said, "The moment I saw you on the bar you were working at."

Lily's hand went up to her mouth. She didn't know what she was going to feel, and it was really disturbing, especially in times like this. She was confused.

"Is this why that dream kept on appearing?" Lily thought to herself.

Liam didn't do anything but just look at her and didn't know what the right words to say were for them to talk about everything. He's just being understanding, especially at times like this.

He didn't know if maybe she wasn't really ready to talk, but something about Liam's demon wants to know everything and can talk about everything.

Lily looked at Liam's face, and she couldn't find any remorse on his face, and thought that he might have thought of it since he was this collected.

She smudged her face and said to herself, "How can I be so naive?"

As her hands tried to scramble her face, something occurred in her chaotic mind, and she looked at Liam, which made Liam startled as she was looking at him, and Lily said, "If you knew who I was, why didn't you tell me or something..."

Didn't you just look for me? Or are you not curious to know who I was? " She added

Liam held her hand and even said, in a much more gentle tone, "Believe me, I searched everywhere, but I can't find you."

"I didn't know that your father removed your information just because of what happened. If only I knew, I might have personally met your father to ask your hand in marriage."

Lily just looked at him confused as her heart started to beat faster as if she would get tired of it and she decided to sit down on the sofa that was placed in Liam's office.

"Marriage?" She asked in confusion.

Liam just lightly smiled and nodded his head and said, "That was my first time, so I also want to give myself justice."

"Love at first sight, I guess."

Liam's face was flushed, which surprised Lily, and she was amazed at how a man this masculine with a golden ratio face, a man who's so cold when he stares, could have a feminine side.

LilyLily didn't know what to do and she felt guilty, and as she was trying to remember that blurry memory that she herself erased from him, that kept on haunting her was the fact that she agreed and the reason why she resented that is because her life was ruined the moment her father knew everything about it.

Lily was looking at Liam, and she didn't know how to start. This guy in front of her was in fact the father of her child.

Thinking of this thought made Lily's face flush, and Liam was looking at her.

He said, "I'm sorry for all the things I've let you walk on through yourself."

"Especially when Steve was inside you, but can I ask---you something?" Liam trembled, and Lily just looked at her.

Lily just hugged him and said, "Of course you can ask me anything."

Liam's lust suddenly increased inside of him and he laid Lily down. Her shirt was a bit loose, revealing her collar bone, which Liam didn't resist and taste using his mouth.

"Liam—we are at your workplace." She said, stummering.

Liam just held Lily's hand up high, only using his one hand, and through what he was doing, he said, "Am I the only one who touched you like this?"

Lily's wide-eyed eyes suddenly went big, and she didn't know how to take what Liam said, but she didn't make a big deal out of it and said, "Only you."

Lily pushed Liam away and was feeling a bit awkward when she was near Liam. She stood up and the man next to her did the same.

But, what about us? What are we going to do? " Lily asked him.

Liam decided to hold her hand and caress it. Something about his feelings was about to pop out because of the happiness he felt and said, "This is the start."

"If you want to marry me."

Lily's cheeks started to burn, and she began bubbling nonsense that made Liam chuckle, "Chill."

"I won't ask you for something you aren't ready for. Let's take it slow. " He added

She let herself be cared for by the man he used to hate because of the false information she let herself believe in, but now as she looked at him, she was pretty much reminded of their son.

Liam looked at Lily and caressed her face, "As much as I want to take a day off with you, I can't with all this going on."

Lily just smiled and approached his lips, placing hers on his, and said, "It's okay. I'll meet you at home."

"Drive home safely."

Liam felt energized as before and held Lily's waist as he kissed her once again, "Come on, I'll take you to the entrance."

And Lily shook her head and said, "I'm in your realm. What could possibly happen to me?"

Liam just smiled and they both said good bye to each other, which was really hard.

"The first good bye of first day being in a relationship is hard."

Then, she went ahead and left the door with a smile on both of their faces.

Lily's heart was filled with the most joy she ever felt and the guilt that was holding her back from opening up to someone was lifted by that person who she blindly blamed the most.
