Lily was on her way home by riding the bus when she couldn't help but smile like a madman, despite the fact that it was obvious that she was crying from the look in her eyes.

However, the tears still weren't able to replace the joy she felt, and how she felt that the kiss was much sweeter than it had been in the past.

Lily chose to walk to Emelda's house from the bus stop because it was only a short distance, but as soon as she started to feel weary, she changed her mind and decided to take a cab instead of walking so that she could get home fast.

When Lily was approached by the security personnel, she simply gave a friendly smile and bowed to each of them.

Lily had just entered the large house when Steve came sprinting towards her while shouting, "Nana Justine is back!"

Lily can't explain what the happy face of Steve looked like.

She was unable to comprehend what she had just heard and carried Steve in her hand and in a hurry, but she managed to catch a glimpse of the crowded room of maids who were watching as Miss Emelda was instructing the newest maid.

Lily was taken aback by the sight of Justine listening intently while also donning an outfit that matched the code that Andrea was wearing.

She couldn't find the words to express how happy she was that Justine had been promoted in some capacity. She was speechless.

"Is that even permitted to happen? I worked here for more than four years, but I was never given a promotion."

"Yes, the same for me. I should be making a significant payment more than this."

The maids break gossip without realizing that Lily is listening in on their conversation. She was aware that what they stated was not wrong; nevertheless, she was also aware that Miss Emelda did not encourage them because she was aware of something that made her feel that they were not worthy of being promoted.

When one of the maids spotted Lily raising Steve, who was standing behind them, the other maid gave her a shove. They then bowed to one another and walked off in a different direction, but Lily didn't give them any notice because she was focused on Justine, who was listening intently to what Emelda was sharing with her.

After some time, Lily was overjoyed for her, but she began to feel drowsy just as they entered the room.

The little boy then asked, "Are you okay, mommy?" Lily eventually became enamored with her to the very best of her ability.

Lily simply grinned, placed Steve next to her, and stated, "Mommy is OK, but can you wait for Nana Jeda to come and fetch you?" Steve nodded his head in agreement.

Lily smiled as she Liam down on the bed and looked up at the ceiling while the boy in the room nodded her head.

She patted the empty area next to her, and Steve instantly put himself down next to his mother.

Lily, who was unaware of what was happening, hugged Steve and fell asleep while holding him.

"You are a blot on this family's reputation!" Daniel said, glaring at Lily from above.

Because of her anxiety, Lily was unexpectedly transported back to the day that everything began.

Even though she was gazing in other directions, Daniel was still there regardless of which way she turned.

"Would you be so kind as to listen to me?" Lily yelled at him as she was about to provide him with details regarding what had occurred.

Lily was yelling and ranting, but she had the strange sensation that nothing was coming out of her mouth, regardless of how loudly she shouted. Both Ilena and Midzy were on their knees in front of her.

"There is no place for you in this family."

"WE WERE NOT RELATED BY BLOOD, BUT YOUR FATHER CONSIDERED ME TO BE HIS OWN CHILD."

These words that Midzy and Ilena had said kept pLiaming over and over in her thoughts, which caused Courntey to arch her body like a fetus, cover her ears with her hand, and begin crying because of the sight.

She sprang to her feet as she was being hurled away from the entrance of her former home. She was approaching a path that was very different in appearance from the one that she had been on previously.

This new path was lined with flowers and trees. Lily proceeded to go on the surface where she was and had no idea where she was; however, she observed a maiden's form that was standing with her back facing Lily, and Lily saw that the maiden was staring at her.

"Don't put the blame on yourself, my dear!"

"You are not to blame for this."

Lily started walking in the direction of the lady, but before the lady could turn around and face her, the loud arguing that was going on inside the house roused her.

After hearing Miss Emelda yell, Lily got to her feet right away. Even if it wasn't too close, she would have been able to hear that in her room. When I spotted Steve and Justine inside, he was giving Justine a hug.

"What happened?" Lily asked Justine, who all of a sudden appeared to be quite nervous for no apparent reason.

After looking at her for a moment, Justine then informed her that "Miss Emelda and Sir Liam were arguing."

"What?"

Lily jumped up quickly and moved away from where she was resting, and she didn't even bother to glance at her face before stepping outside and asking, "What is going on, Miss Emelda?"

Emelda was taking a deep breath as she struggled to remain calm in the face of Alexander's icy gaze. It was clear that she was harboring a great deal of rage.

"This very man wanted to take you back with him! That couldn't possibly be a good excuse. You will continue to be here even if you are in a committed relationship with each other. " Melisa said as she positioned her arms in a cross pattern in front of her.

Just then, Liam laughed and said, "She has to be with me. In addition to that, we will get married. Grandma, I ought to make this wish come true!"

They were both sweating profusely, and Emelda was about to hit Liam when Lily hugged her and said, "Please let's talk about it calmly, Miss Emelda."

This prevented Emelda from approaching Liam with the slap.

Emelda fought. Lily did not react, as she simply closed her eyes and hugged Emelda as tightly as she could.

Lily let go of Emelda, and when Emelda stopped moving, she abruptly spun Lily around so that she was facing the man who had been behind her.

Lily was so surprised that her hand was covering her mouth at the time.

Liam was crouching down and looked at her while smiling; everyone else was aware of the plot the entire time.

Even Justine and Steve were cracking smiles at Lily, who just a moment earlier appeared to be in fear. Lily's eyes welled up with emotions as she gazed up at the man who stood in front of her.

A grin spread across Liam's face as he looked at her and asked, "Lily Tilford or Violet Lennox, will you marry me?"
