Beatrice POV

It's Saturday today and I don't have work so I'm here today at the hospital and watching over my mom, I'm happy because she's recovering little by little and I know that her life is no longer in danger.

"I think you are thinking deeply." I looked back at my mother when she said this.

"I'm just happy because you're doing well." I promise.

She smiled at me. "And that's because of you son, without you I would probably be dead a long time ago."

"Don't talk like that! I can't be alone yet." I know.

"Anyway, how are you doing at work?"

"I'm fine, I'm lucky in my job now because even though I didn't graduate, I was hired by that company and even became the CEO's secretary. I owe a lot to their brothers and sisters because they helped me to save your life." I said

"Thank you, thank you for everything you have been doing for our family since then."

"You guys are my responsibility, especially since we're the only ones left together. Maybe if dad was still alive we'd be happier even though life is hard as long as the three of us are together." I have poor morals.

She held my hand. "Even though your father is gone, I know how proud he is of you."

Later, the door opened and Kiara was showered with fruits.

"Hello." he greeted with a smile.

"Kiara, you came to visit." I exclaimed and took what he brought.

"I just thought I'd drop by to check if your mom was okay." he answered.

"I'm fine iha, thank you very much for recommending my son and also to your brother because he accepted him at work." my mother's groin.

"It's nothing, Bea helped me before so I also helped her now because I know if she really needs it." Kiara replied with a smile.

I went next to him where he was sitting. "How is your work?" he asked me.

"In the two weeks that I've been working, I can say that it's going well and somehow I'm able to do what I have to do, except for your brother's behavior." I know.

He laughed because of what I said, they are really different siblings. "I expect that's what you will say, knowing brother."

"You even said that sometimes I can't stop myself and I can answer him, his tongue is so thick. You think there is always an enemy because the shouting is constant." I complain.

"Really? That's new. All I know is that my brother doesn't want to be answered," he replied, "he won't think twice about firing you right away."

"That's the only thing I'm thankful for because it hasn't crossed his mind to fire me even though it's obvious on his face that he's annoyed." I promise.

"Kuya is just like that, but he is kind, he is the best brother I've ever had, even though he is always serious and others think he has a bad attitude, but when you get to know him thoroughly, you can tell that he is not. That's it. We just go through things in life."

I nodded because of what Kiara said, she was right, we can't judge someone we don't know very well. Not all bad people wanted to be bad, some of them were just forced or had to go through something that made them that way.

Kiara didn't take long and said goodbye to leave because she was going to meet her fiance, she told me that he had arrived and that the two of them had made up again. From what I remember, he was Storm's best friend and he was the guy who came to the office one day.

While Mom was sleeping, I just arranged her things that are here in the hospital, she will stay here for a few more weeks before finally going home. I just hope that his recovery will continue. Even if we didn't become rich, it's fine with me because we were given by kind and loving parents. And even though our life was hard, they didn't leave me, it's a shame that Dad was taken from us early and I haven't given them a good life but as long as I'm still with Mom and I'll do everything to get her back .

I just hope that my boss, who was conceived out of spite, will be kind enough to let me stay at work because if I keep answering him, he won't catch me for a month and fire me. I still owe him a lot and he might put me in jail.

When I arranged all the things here at the hospital, I sat down and scrolled through my phone, trying to find Storm's facebook and maybe I could see it and I wasn't wrong because she has it. It seems that he is also updated on social media because I saw some latest posts.

I looked up at his cover photo and saw if there were three in the picture with him, I'm sure Kiara is one of the babies and the other two are their parents. You can really see that he resembles his father. Where are their parents? I haven't seen it yet and maybe it's in another country. I don't want to ask their siblings because they think I'm too fussy.

Next I looked at his other pictures, there is no doubt that he is really handsome from any angle and his rugged look adds to his charisma so I won't be surprised if many women like him even though he is harsh his attitude I can say that he is almost perfect not only in appearance but also in the state of life.
