Kaye POV

I was very annoyed when I got home at my friend's condo. I thought that if I cried in front of him he would feel sorry for me but that didn't happen because he made me see that he doesn't love me anymore.

I will not allow the man I love to be with that woman, I came first in his life, and not that bitch. I will not stop until I get what I want. I need to get that woman out of my way.

"Oh, why is your face like that? Don't tell me Storm rejected you again. Girl wakes up, I told you that your ex has moved on,"

Lovely suddenly said when she entered.

"I'm sure that woman is just taking advantage of me! How dare she say that she deserves Storm more than me? Who does she think she is? She has no right!" I said annoyed.

My friend crossed her arms and looked at me seriously. "Are you crazy? She probably has the right since she is Storm's girlfriend. I told you to stop already and move on! Anyway, what happened?" she asked.

I quickly tell her what happened between Beatrice and me in Storm's office.

"That's why you're so annoyed because Storm's not on your side, what do you expect? She's the girlfriend so Storm will surely side with her,"

"I already told you I will not allow myself to be a loser!" I snort at her.

"So what do you want? Look miserable in their eyes? If Storm still loves you, he'll come back to you, but he already loves someone else."

"I'm sure he still has some love left for me and I feel it, if only that woman wasn't there, maybe we would have settled. She is the only obstacle." I said.

"You just can't accept that she replaced you in Storm's life. That's why you're so mad with her even though she's not doing anything. It's not her fault that they became in a relationship and  it's not her fault why your ex loved her,"

"But she's still the reason why Storm doesn't want me back!" I said.

"How can you be sure that he will come back to you even without Beatrice? That woman didn't take anything from you, especially Storm, your ex is single when she came into his life,"

"I won't allow her to get the man I love," I said smiling.

She frowned. "What do you mean?"

"Storm and I are okay, we talked already and we're friends now. We had a closure already." I said.

"Good to hear that, it's good that you've come to your senses,"

"Because I need to get close to him again and I couldn't do that if he pushed me away, so I made him believe that it was okay with me and that I was happy with his relationship with that woman," I said.

She looked at me seriously. "You mean?"

"Yes Lovely, you're right whatever you're thinking. I need to regain Storm's trust and that to make friends with him again and to that Bea," I said.

She shook her head. "I thought you finally accepted that you have no chance with him and you gave up, it turns out it was all just your plan,"

"I love Storm and will not let go of him just like that. I will not allow that woman to replace me in Storm's life, She is not worthy of the man I love." I promise seriously.

"And I still have plan B, I know how much Storm loves her sister," I added.

Lovely's eyes widened. "Don't tell me you're going to sympathize with Kiara as well in that madness of yours?"

"If that's what it takes, I'll do it!" I said.

"Storm will kill you if his sister will be hurt!"

"I know that Lovely thing and I won't let anything bad happen to Kia because she's like a sister to me," I said.

She seemed to breathe well when she heard what I said. I'm not stupid enough to harm Kia because I know that she is one of the important people in Storm's life and she is also important to me. But I have to use her so I don't lose the man I love. I know who can help me now because we have met and talked once before.

"I'm the one who's nervous about what you're doing, Kaye, maybe after you and Storm get along, he'll hate you even more when he finds out what you're planning,"

I looked at her, I can't blame her for saying things like that. We treat each other as sisters and I know she's only thinking about my welfare. "Don't worry about it, I'll take care of it and I'll make sure I can get Storm back without anyone getting hurt. I just love him Lovely and I'm not ready to see him held by someone else." I whispered.

"I won't judge you because I'm not in your position, I just don't want you to end up looking bad to other people and I don't want you to do something that you'll regret in the end,"

I smiled at her and hugged her. "I know, thank you for always being there for me Lovely," I said.

"You're my best friend Kaye so I'll support you in everything but I won't allow you to be harmed,"

"I know that stuff and of course, I won't do something that will hurt other people,"

After we talked, she said goodbye because she was going to get dressed, while I went to the kitchen to cook food because we haven't eaten yet. I'm just going to cook because I'm fed up with ordering food.
