Lovely POV

My friend has been giving me a headache now, since she came home, she seems to be out of her mind. I don't know what happened to her. Isn't she going crazy because she and Storm are not okay until now?

When will it go back to normal, they can just have closure because I know my friend and I know she won't agree then just leave it like that. She's a brave woman and she's not the type of person who just gives up without trying to fight.

But it makes me think too. As she told me when they first met, his ex still loved him, he would have not confronted him or not kicked him out when she went there. It looks like Storm doesn't have feelings for her anymore.

And because of my annoyance, I threw a pillow at her. "What the hell!" she shouted at me.

"Don't you know you've been acting like a fool for a while now? Psh!" I said.

"I was thinking, okay?"

"What's going on with you? You've been like this since you came home. Don't tell me you went to Storm again and got kicked out again?" I said.

She shook her head. "I was with Kiara earlier,"

My eyes widened because of what she said. "You mean Princess Kiara Alcantara? Sister of Storm?"

She nodded and began to tell the story of what happened while I was just seriously listening to her.

"So am I right that he already has a girlfriend? You have no hope for that." I said.

"You're not helping Lovely,"

"What do you want me to say best? It's time that you need to move on because he seems to be happy with his new one." I said.

"That's what annoys me more! There are so many women in the world, why choose his secretary? Has Storm's standard and taste gone down?" her face showed irritation.

"There is nothing impossible in love, girl! That woman seemed to be a beautiful and kind girl, so maybe that's why Storm saw something in her and why they became a couple. Based on what I've seen at the Cafe, the relationship between them is serious. So if I were you, just accept the fact that your ex has moved on." I am emphatic.

"I'll accept it if she has someone new because I've been gone for a how many years, but I can't believe it's that woman! There's nothing special with her, so how did Storm like or love her? I know him, so I know what type of woman he'll like. Maybe he's not serious about it and that woman is one of his flings,"

I laughed because of her appearance. "Why not Kaye? She's pretty and one more thing how can you say she's just a fling if Kiara knows her? Just accept the fact that he already has someone else. That's why you're like that because you're still in the denial stage and you still love him," I said seriously.

"It's impossible! I won't allow the man to be that poor woman. She didn't come from a wealthy family! She doesn't deserve Storm,"

"And you think Storm is stupid?" I said.

"He is not but still I can't accept that woman to replace me,"

"What do you mean?" I asked her.

"You know me, I won't just give up, especially if I love the person, it looks like they won't last long and Storm will get tired of her too."

"What if he doesn't? What if they love each other?" I promise seriously.

"Our relationship is long and they seem to be new so I can do something. I can make way for them to separate,"

"Why don't you just accept it, Kaye? If you love him, you should be happy for him. You hurt him by leaving him, maybe he deserves to be happy now." I said. "Kaye, I'm your friend and I don't want you to get hurt. Remember Storm's capability and connections, he can do everything." I reminded her more.

"I know his capability so I'll be careful, Lovely. Don't worry I'll make sure I won't get hurt,"

"I know you want to prove something, I won't stop you, but no matter what you do, please be careful," I said.

She didn't speak anymore so I just let her, I can't blame her for why she's acting like this because I know she loves Storm. I'm also one of the witnesses to their relationship, maybe if there wasn't a problem with her family they would still be together now. I also feel sorry for my friend because I know how much they loved each other in the past and know that Kaye didn't want them to be in this situation but I also can't blame Storm if he had someone else because he deserves to love and be loved.

I just hope my friend doesn't do bad things because of love.

"Do you want to eat? I'll cook you your favorite." I will lighten her heart.

"I'm still full," she answered briefly.

"Everything will be okay, don't think too much. Okay? The best thing for you to do is to rest first." I suggested it to her.

"Good suggestions, I'm already feeling sleepy and tired."

"Alright go to your room now," I said.

"How about you?"

"I'm not sleepy yet," I answered her.

She nodded and stood up. When she entered her room, I let out a sigh. That's why I don't want to fall in love and get into a relationship because it will bring me stress.
