Chapter 75: Chapter 75

Azians POV

I stood opposite Khloe.

Don't kill her.

She smiled at me.

Do it.

Yep, were doing it.

Two against one? Can't beat them join em right?

"Alright! It's just a simple one on one combat" Abigail announced sending me a glare which meant she had tracked Omegas thoughts.

She turned to Khloe, "thanks dear for stepping in against Azian. You are the only one who has a somewhat decent chance of going against him,” she let out a nerve wrecking chuckle, "don't worry dear, he won't hurt you because you're his mate. His dragon won't have the decency of doing anything to hurt you" she eased.

Khloe looked nervous.

I wonder why.

I threw her my best smile, "don't worry love, I won't hurt you. I scolded Omega and he feels really bad about what happened earlier"

Omega scoffed.

"It's just combat, no powers" I eased.

"Stop talking to her like a baby! Khloe's a bad ass Vamp with instant healing powers! Don't you just hate it when big headed men underestimate us?" Alessia huffed just like we rehearsed.

Khloe chuckled, seeming to have relaxed more.

"No surprises Azian!" Maria called out as Abigail stood beside her.

No promises Maria.

"Alright, this is a clean fight!" Ena began circling around us, "no powers, just brawn and strength. As a golden dragon, think of all the enemies trying to have your head Azian. Khloe as Azians mate you have the same enemies.” She mused and I saw a faint smirk underlining her lips, “fight like it was your last. Begin!"

I took a step back relaxing my shoulders, replaying the plan over again. No more surprises this time, I warned both Alpha and Omega. Play time was over, we couldn't risk anything drastic at the moment because in the end Abigail was right.

Any slight mistake and I would have failed Kaya...yet again. Something I couldn't afford even for the price of seeing Khloe's head.

Just a clean cut. Nothing drastic. All we needed was a little blood.

I rolled my shoulders back as she took the first strike but missed miserably, I dodged all her weak attempts of punches even through her super speed which really didn't do anything when Omega replayed her in Ultra slow motion.

I was about to move ahead when suddenly I was whisked away, as if somebody pushed me very hard from the back. So hard I was shoved into another dimension.

My eyebrows furrowed when I looked at my feet and saw familiar brown tiles instead of green grass, quickly swerving around to look at my surroundings.

I was back at school, in the middle of the school hall.

Somebody passed right through me causing me to step back in shock, touching my vapor self. What was this? What was going on? Had alpha brought us here? What did he sense?

Two people walked towards me conversing deeply with each other, one, a cheerleader I was familiar with and a jock, walking hand in hand and passing right through me.

I stepped back in shock. No one could see me but I could here Abigail's voice calling my name. My eyebrows furrowed following the voice around the corner, suddenly freezing. My breathing shallow.

There she was. Kaya, standing near her open locker.

I smiled still confused but relieved she was here, maybe she could see me? I took a step in her direction but refreezing when she suddenly closed her locker door and I saw him.

And he was close. Too close.

I always knew I had a heart but it never really was as loud as it felt at this point in time. I watched helplessly as the distance between them closed, his hands snaking around her waist.

This isn't a dream. This was happening.

Alpha seemed to be holding his breath and Omega was as quiet as a mouse at that point.

Legion lips moved so slowly, so easily but whatever he said got Kaya staring at him intently.

Don't.      Alpha

don’t do it.  Omega

Please.        Azian

His lips closed the distance between them and in that moment I heard nothing, I saw nothing, I felt nothing.

I was nothing.

There was a sound. It was so high it resembled the sound of a heart monitor after losing a patient. I felt that way.

And then...I felt rage.

I knew someone was going to die today, I just never thought it would be him.

I was burning, in fury, in wrath and in complete obsession, i wasn't furious, Omega wasn't furious, none of us existed in that moment. The last thing I saw was the burn underneath my skin, and an undeniable rip starting down by back.
