TWENTY ONE

SHE BELONGS TO HIM ALONE

Laura just stayed at the basement wondering what Tracy was talking about but she didn't stop trying to bring the spoon to the middle of the basement but she failed repeatedly.

Tracy just watch everything from the mirror in her room and smiled with a mischievous grin as the spoon continue to fall repeatedly.

That is the simplest part of the training and she can't even do it even after two hours of trying. She looked famished but Tracy had been replaced by her twin sister from hell. This is how it all happened...

After Tracy had thought she had shut the spirit off from the human world unknown to her that's just a passage for her to get in. If Laura successfully get to use her power and breaks the curse then she would be free and definitely enjoy all benefits Laura is enjoying and she couldn't.

Her name is Del, a devil twin sister that was casted away after her birth. Xalorad had returned back to the forest that night and carried just a baby without realizing there is another one in his wife womb but he thought she was dead and disappeared but Marissa was actually in a different place trying to push Laura twin sister but unfortunately she was casted into hell immediately she was born by the witches that wouldn't allow her live like a normal human.

Laura successfully raised the spoon up and place it gently back but then she figured out it can be controlled using her hand to direct it. She was enjoying every bit of it until Tracy walked in again.

"Finally, someone is able to get something done and that's awesome" She clapped her hands as settled in the same seat she was sitting before she left angrily.

"I need a break" Laura begged.

"Your food is in a green flask, eat and rest because tomorrow would be more tough" She replied, Laura didn't even wait to hear more words before she stomped out of the basement to eat as she was so much hungry and after that she went to take her bathe and went to sleep again.

Meanwhile, Vincent had just arrived at his mom's place.

"You know I don't like seeing your face here" Annabelle said, as she climb down to staircase to join his son in the living room.

"It's urgent" He replied, but it doesn't looks like she cared.

"What's the matter again?" Anabelle asked.

"I found the old woman you said was responsible for the unfortunate things happening to Laura" He replied, she looked so disappointed to hear her son call a name she don't want to hear anymore.

"I told you to forget about her and move on, is that hard to do?" Annabelle asked, with her hand moving up in the air to and fro.

"That's not possible" He replied, abruptly.

"Like seriously Vincent?. Anyway, what do you mean by you've found the old lady that cursed her?" She asked.

"Here it is" He unwrapped the picture portrait of the woman and showed it to her.

"So?" Anabelle rolled her eye.

"I asked Adam to make enquiry if there is any descendants of her left" He added.

"And?"

"Mom, can you stop doing that?" He scoffed, totally frustrated.

"I didn't asks you to bring her portrait to me because I'm very much familiar with the woman, all I'm saying is she doesn't have any descendants that can wipe the curse off" She explained.

"Mom, I need to find Laura fast and please Jessica should leave" He added.

"She is going nowhere, learn to accept your fate because that witch isn't stepping her leg into this land anymore as long as I'm alive" She said, Vincent eye widened.

"Do you want to die mom?" He asked.

"Vincent!" She called.

"I'm just been honest with you because Laura is coming back to be my wife, queen and the mother of my unborn child. If anyone have a problem with that, then..." He paused and looked at his mom who just stare at him with so much disgust.

"I don't know what that girl did to you but don't you think it's time, you forget about her too?" She asked.

"Where is Gary?" Vincent asked, changing the topic.

"I sent him on an errand, why do you ask?" She questioned.

"Let him know I was here, I have works to do at the office and I'm making this promise to you that I will bring back Laura to Blood pack and there is nothing none of you can do by then" Vincent declared,and walked out of his Mom presence.

Annabelle was more than furious at this point and she quickly mind link with Gary to send Jessica to her home immediately. They have an important thing to discuss fast because Vincent is going too far for that woman that isn't going to last a long years.

Axel was seated in his room pondering over everything that had been happening to him lately before Cora walked in looking sad too.

"You are here?" She crashed beside him on the bed, looking so tired.

"What Happened?" Axel asked.

"The Alpha and Beta had a little misunderstanding and now my father is raging in fire, I had to leave" She replied.

"Omg, what have you done this time around" Axel said, as he stood to his feet ready to leave.

"What? Why are you always trying to blame me for everything even if I'm not involved?" Cora asked.

"That's because you don't know how to shut your mouth up especially when you are busy planning someone's else down fall with your stupid father, Lorenzo" He yelled angrily at her.

"Axel!" She bursted into tears but he just ignore her and quickly rushed down to the scene and quickly interrupts the hot raging conversation between Jacob and Lorenzo.

"I'm the king, the Alpha, I will do whatever I want without your permission. If you have a problem with that you can leave my kingdom!" Alpha Jacob yelled, pointing finger at the Beta and elder of the pack.

"You've grown so much wings" Lorenzo scowled.

"If you don't leave now then I will order my warriors to throw you in the dark room where you would learn to keep your mouth shut" Jacob raged up.

"You dare not!" Lorenzo fired back, the fight between this two seemed to be the new gossips topic between the maid.

"Saffron!, Timber!" Alpha Jacob called.

"My king" they both chorused, kneeling before him.

"Take him away immediately, no one is allowed to visit him until I say so" He ordered, the look on Timber and Saffron made it so obvious they are scared of Lorenzo too but dare not disobey their Alpha.

Lorenzo was being dragged out by the warriors when Axel walked pass completely shocked on our a noble man is been dragged by the warriors.

"I will kill him with my bare hands!" Lorenzo shouted, as he was being dragged out.

Axel quickly rushed into the Alpha Chamber and meant him breathing heavily as he looked unsettled.

"My king" Axel bowed, before taking his seat.

"Any news?" Jacob asked.

"Laura is missing, no one has heard from her for the past two days now and all Alphas seems to have calm down till Blood pack provide her again. What happened between you and Lorenzo?" Axel asked.

"He dared question my order. That man needs to be taught some lessons" He replied, not wanting to talk about it.

"Does it have anything to do with Laura this time around again?" Axel asked.

"How dare he discuss about killing Laura with so much confidence" He hissed.

"What! Cora didn't do anything?" Axel asked.

"What has Cora have to do with it?. He's been sending his warriors out to kill Laura for days and the news got to me. He doesn't even feel remorseful at all" Jacob spat out, Axel suddenly felt guilty for yelling at Cora and blaming her for nothing.

Cora, can be so stupid whenever it comes to Laura possession but lately Axel think her father is the main problem and she is just a spoilt brat been used by her father.

Cora, cried so hard after Axel had left screaming at her. She no longer want the marriage and regret losing a friend like Laura because ever since she left, even though she had everything she wanted. The palace felt empty without her, She doesn't even want Axel because they won't be having a long lasting marriage because he doesn't love her at all or is he just treating her like a trash can because there is a secret that mustn't be exposed?.

Axel walked back into the room and met her still crying, his heart broke but as much his wolf urged him to apologise he just walked to the other side of the bed and seat to watch her cry out her eye.

"Your father has bee locked and he ordered the warriors not to let anyone see him so I guess you won't be seeing your father for few days" Axel broke the news to her, she stopped crying and raise her head up a bit.

"Did I do something wrong to you that is making you punish me this way?" Cora asked.

"What are you talking about?" Axel asked.

"I know, I was stupid to have betrayed my only best friend but was loving you a crime?, I just had this stupid connection with you and my wolf won't stop yearning for you, is there something you are hiding from me?" She cried.

"I don't want to have this conversation with you" Axel replied, coldly as he turned away.

"Axel, I'm sorry. I'm ready to make things right just give me a second chance" She begged.

"Cora, can you just stop!" Axel stated, trying to control his wolf that's getting emotional already.

"Please, I can find Laura for you and make up for everything I've done. I can meet with father to end the engagement ceremony just stop treating me like this. I love you for real" She pleaded.

"I have to go train now" Axel stood up and just walked away out of the room without giving her ay respond.

Immediately he was out of the room finally he leaned down on the door and sigh deeply.

"Mate" He muttered, as he let the word out he was finally relived.

Axel fell in love with Laura before he met Cora and after he discovered Laura's bestfriend is his actually mate he couldn't hurt her and fell in love with her even the more but since he had been with Cora more lately his wolf can't continue to resist the urge to have her.

He wasn't going to tell Cora because his feelings for her is just mutual and not love. If she truly wants to changed then it can't be done with a cry and words, things have to be put into action properly.

"Axel" Venna, one of the maid who had been watching him from afar walked up to him.

"Venna" He called, as he stand up probably hoping he hadn't seen his distressed look.

"What's wrong?. Is everything okay?" She asked, and she looked worried.

"It's fine, I'm just getting ready to go train with the other warriors" Axel replied.

"I'm heading that way, We can catch up with times we had lost probably because you got so important" Venna said, and linked her arms up with him.

Venna is Axel friends and they talked alot but since Laura had left and he got so important she stayed back with the fear Cora can have her fired from the job she loved the most.

"Sure" Axel cheered up a bit as they walk away together but unfortunately Cora had heard a female voice and rushed out to take a look.

She was so mad to see Axel walking away with one of the maids in the palace happily meanwhile she had cried her eye out to get on his good side.

"Stupid man!" She cussed out.
