THE BLOOD MOON PACK: Taste of blackmailing

It was morning already but Vincent was still sleeping due to the fact he had too much last night and Jessica who is still laying beside him cuddling up already.

He open his eye slowly, as he tried to move his hand and turn away from the sun shadow coming from the curtain but he felt a weight on his arm.

He tried to move again and same thing happened, so he was forced to open his eye and what he saw was terrifying.

"What are you doing here!" He pushed her away, and jumped out of the bed leaving Jessica who had no regret of whatever he must have thought had happened.

"What's wrong with you?. Can't I sleep peacefully" She scowled, and turned to the other side to sleep but Vincent tapped her again.

"What happened last night!" He asked, after he realized the only thing left on him was just a boxer and Jessica looked so miserable like she was forced into an act which scared him even the more. The only thing he remembered from last night was getting drunk and talking to Laura who broke up with him even to the extent of rejecting and Alpha mate.

"You were all sad last night and I tried to console you but you end raping me your moron" Jessica stired up, and started crying making Vincent even more confused.

"I'm not stupid Jessica!. I didn't touch you" Vincent tried to justify yourself but Jessica seemed to be a drama queen.

"You raped me!." she cried out loud, Vincent was forced to cover her mouth to stop her from saying any words furthermore.

"Get your hands off me" She snatched his hand off still pretending to cry profusely cussing him for all he did to her last night.

"Why were you even in my room?" He asked, Jessica shift uncomfortably because she didn't had that all planned out.

"I.... wa___s just passing by and I saw your door opened and you were so drunk" She stuttered, as she didn't even know what to say after each words.

"You have to promise me, no one is going to know about last night and everything would be fine" Vincent walked away and out on his clothes fast.

"And why should I!" Jessica replied, he stopped what he was doing and turn to her.

"What do you mean by that?" He asked.

"You raped me and wants to silence me just because you are an Alpha!" Jessica hit him hard, as she stand from the bed and stride to the mirror to arrange her messy hair.

"You made my hair like this Bastard, do you even know that pain I passed through last night. I cried till I fell asleep while you jus snore like you've achieved a great thing" She yelled angrily, at him.

"Is this some kind of a joke. How come I don't even remember anything" He asked, sitting on the bed.

"Because you were totally drunk and out of control" Jessica replied.

"What do you want from me? I'm an Alpha, and it is against the rule to be drunk in the first place" He muttered, Jessica snugged at her reflection in the mirror as she packed her hair properly and turn to him pretending to be sad.

"I don't want anything from you but I'm just so sad, you could do something like that to me" She cried, this touch Vincent heart because he didn't mean to hurt her.

He was just mad at everything after his discussion with Laura who had refused to mind link with her after their break up.

"I'm sorry I did whatever you said I did to you but..."

"Make me your wife back!" Jessica chirped in, Vincent eye widened in shock and his lips parted as he stared at her and wondered if he had just heard her right.

"What are you talking about?. I'm getting engaged" Vincent replied, dishonesty.

"With a wife that isn't coming back or me that I'm available?" She replied, crossing her arms together.

"You don't have to be evil!" He said, as he seat on the bed and looked at her move to and fro with her torn underwear.

"Do you know how much it hurts last night when you raped me calling another stupid woman name. Anyway, if you want this to remain a secret the both of us then the first thing you should be doing is making me your wife again and I will forever to obliged to you" She replied, Vincent looked so furious as his fist clenched into balls but he had to keep it cool.

"I'm getting engaged" He fired back, even after controlling himself.

"Laura is gone! You don't have to cancel the engagement, I will be your bride for that day. No one has to know" Jessica yelled back, but composed herself knowing Vincent can go extreme whenever he is mad.

"Get out of here now!" Vincent yelled.

"Sure, I will give you time to think about it and forget about that bitch" Jessica slammed at him, she pick up her jacket and put it on while Vincent just watch her leave.

"See you soon husband" She blew him a kiss and walked away living him alone to drown in total sadness.

His room looked so messy so he just dress up and head to take a walk and clear is mind off while the maid clean his room. He met Adam outside with Brenda and they seemed to have discussed something important with the serious look on their faces.

"Good morning, my king" Brenda bowed at him.

"What's going on?" He asked.

"I will talk to you later" Brenda walked away, and that's so unusual because she wasn't trying to flirt with him or nothing but just left quietly.

"What's wrong with her?" He asked Adam who still have an eye on his sister.

"She broke up with Victoria yesterday and seemed to be hard getting over it" he seethed his teeth.

"Oh! That's not cool but anyway what about the paperwork I asked you to work on?" He asked.

"Let go to your office" He replied, we walked through the palace hallway and the workers keep their heads down as we passed.

We finally got my office and Adam picked out some files he must have dropped on my table and passed it to me.

"Few death has been recorded and that makes my work easy because it's just fifteen old lady that died but there is one that had worked for the previous Alpha, your father before his death and according to history she was chased out of the palace by the queen mother" Adam addressed, while Vincent stare at the picture of the old woman smiling happily.

"She must be the one!" Vincent muttered to himself.

"What?" Adam asked.

"There is one more thing you will do for me. Is there any descendants from this Old woman that is still of existence?" Vincent replied, Adam looked confused as he arched his brows at him wondering what he meant by that.

"I will be needing this picture, I'm visiting my mother today but when I get back I want a result" He stood to his feet and wrap the picture paper of the woman and tied it up.

"You visit your mother quite often recently have you forgotten we are training the new warriors today!" Adam asked.

"That can be taken care of by the leader of the warriors today, I will take it up from wherever he stops tomorrow" Vincent said, without even twice he walked out of Adams presence who just stood there in shocked.

Alpha Vincent, seems to have neglecting his work lately and it's affecting the pack already without him realizing.

Adam, the beta of the Blood moon pack strode back to his office and it was even up to a minute before Jessica showed up.

"Good morning, Adam" She stated, as she walked majestically into his office smiling like never before but Adam wasn't really happy to see her.

"What are you doing here again?" He asked, as quickly hide the documents of the old lady he had gathered up before she intruded his privacy again.

"Where is Vincent? I haven't seen him after I left his room this morning" She said, excitedly.

"What are you up to?" Adam asked.

"Nothing, I'm just here to give you an hint of what might happen in the next few days so you won't be shocked neither surprise if you later come to know of it" She replied, proudly and showing off at his face which disgusted Adam the more.

He isn't really in a good mood because his mate, Victoria hasn't come to visit neither reply all his messages since she broke up with his sister, Brenda.

"What is it this time around?" He asked.

"I'm getting married to Vincent in the next few weeks and also probably expecting our first child" She laughed out so loud but Adam just stared at her unbelievably.

"With the look on your face I'm very much sure Vincent didn't tell you anything but it's fine I promised to keep his dirty secret for him" She added, with hands on hips.

"What did you do to him?" Adam asked, looking so furious.

"Nevermind, I just want to know of his whereabouts" She replied.

"Get out of my office, I have works to do" Adam replied.

"Incase you've forgotten, we made a deal last night and I know you ain't stupid to back out so soon. We have to work together and make sure Laura never returns to this pack again but here you are taking my past up against me again!" Jessica scoffed, and offered herself a seat.

"Keep your voice down or someone might hear you" Adam shushed her, hoping no one heard her words.

"Then cooperate" Jessica rolled her eye, as she wrap her hand round her chest.

"Vincent looked like he had gotten over her but I still don't trust him because the works he had been giving me lately is weird and he even visits his mother frequently now" Adam replied.

"The queen mother?" Jessica repeated, in surprise.

"Yeah! I think they are working on something but I'm very sure the queen mother won't even help him bring back Laura because she had hated her so much and even brought you in to send her out" Adam stated, Jessica looked more confused because he is right but why is Vincent going to her lately?.

"I bet with you he isn't over her. I was at his room last night to get him forget that bitch but he was totally drunk and won't stop mentioning her name. I already worked things out myself but Adam, tell me the truth. Is Laura, Vincent mate?" She asked, Adam moved uncomfortably but if Jessica is the only way to make him forget Laura then so be it.

"Yeah. What did you do to him last night?" Adam asked, Jessica fists clenched into balls as she comes to realize the whole truth while Vincent head is wrapped around her.

"I blackmailed him since he doesn't remember anything at all" She shrugged.

"What are you talking about?" He asked, as he lean down to her eager to hear whatever her plans was.

Jessica told him everything and his jaws were dropped to the floor even before he had the concluding part.

"No! this is wrong, you went too far" Adam hit his hands on the desk continuously having all bad feelings about it.

"And you think Vincent would fall for it!" Adam asked.

"He agreed to make me his wife and forget about Laura, so what else!" She shrugged.

Adam just looked at her like he had completely lost it but he pulled out all the paperwork he had gathered and pass it to her.

"Then why is he curious about the descendants of this old woman?. Ain't your curious because he is leaving me in the dark too much" Adam stated, Jessica observed the paper properly checking the profile.

"I think I know one person that can help us with a full information since he is always with them invisibly" Jessica muttered, still staring at the old woman picture that matches with no other person but Victoria, Adam's mate.

"Who!" Adam asked.

"Gary" She replied, with an evil smirk crept on her lips.

"Gary?" Adam repeated.
