I hoped that they wouldn't attack because all of us were very tired from fighting all day and with no food except breakfast.

A powerful scent of musk filled my nose and made my head spin. I suddenly felt dizzy and nauseous as I looked around the circle to make sure that the others were alright. Everyone else except for Luna Ashley seemed fine who was shaking her head as she blocked her nose from the sweet scent. So I took a deep breath and tried to calm down, letting the sweet scent be a good thing for me and not a bad thing.

"Stay calm, everyone. I'll get us out of this forest." Alpha Clause said in a loud, reassuring voice as he glanced around at us. His gaze lingered on me as his expression softened and I felt my heart warm at the moment that our eyes met. However, he pulled his gaze away from mine and looked over at a particular oak tree.

"Who is there in the shadows?" He asked them in his deep Alpha voice which was deeper than his usual deep voice.

"Why does it matter who we are, Alpha Clause?" A deep voice frown behind the tree asked as a tall man with pointed ears stepped forward into the light. He had red hair and a silver crown on his head of hair.

"Do you have a problem with me, Lycan?" The man questioned Alpha Clause again.

"Not right now." He answered as he narrowed his eyes suspiciously at him, "But I might have a problem with you once I hear why you've been following us."

"Well, I'll be damned." The man laughed lightly as he shook his head then glanced around at each Alpha, "You're the Five Lycan rulers of the werewolf land."

"Yes, we are. Now, how about you tell me us your name and answer my question?" Alpha Clause asked him as he looked at him suspiciously.

"My name is Henry Thomas and I'm the leader of the Elves in this forest. Some might call us Leprechauns, but we aren't Leprechauns."

"Yeah, we know that since we met those evil Leprechauns, and they captured us thrice!" I exclaimed through gritted teeth as a frown fell on my brows, but let out a deep breath to calm myself down.

"Are you working with Asgard and his Leprechauns? Where are they now?" Alpha Nathan asked him as he looked concerned.

"I would like to know where the witches in this forest are too." Alpha Sloan asked him as his eyes narrowed.

Henry didn't respond for a few seconds, pthen he looked at Alpha Nathan and answered him, "They're dead, we killed them. Some of them are still breathing, but you won't find them in this forest, Alpha Clause because we have decided to keep them in our prison cells in case we have some use for them in the future."

He glanced at Alpha Sloan as he answered his question, "And no, I don't know where those sneaky witches are because they're always hiding unless they plan on eating you."

"Thank God." I breathed out relief at the news of the Leprechauns being defeated.

"Even though we're all relieved that they are defeated, but why did you kill them?" Alpha Mason asked him what we were all wandering.

Henry smiled and bowed his head respectfully, "I apologize that I cannot tell you because it has to do with our people. They did something to us that made us swear war on them. However, if you don't mind, may I ask you all to join us for dinner tonight?"

He looked around at everyone as he asked that, and Alpha Mason nodded as he replied, "Of course, I would love to."

Henry glanced at Alpha Clause who nodded his agreement, "Good, I'll inform the other members of the Elven Council that you've arrived."

He turned around and walked into the shrubs where some people were standing in the shadows. I glanced at Alpha Clause as I asked, "How did he know that you are the Five?"

"I don't know, but I'm sure that he has heard about us since we have been the Five rulers for a long time." He answered me as he glanced at me with a soft smile on his lips.

"That's what I think too, any creature, especially a royal should know we are." Alpha Nathan added with a grim spreading on his face.

Luna Ashley looked excited as a mischievous smile showed on her face, "Do you think that they also know about us since we're the Lunas of the Five?"

"Oh, I think so since he seems like a smart guy, but I guess you have to be smart to survive in this forest." Luna Kasey answered as she looked over at Henry talking with his elven people that were still hiding in the shadows.

"I hope that he doesn't cause any trouble for us." Luna Kat muttered as she also looked over at him.

Alpha Mason nodded his head in reply to his Luna mate then turned to Alpha Clause as he said, "We need to ask him to take us out of this forest instead of dining with him, Clause."

"I know, Mason, but we need more allies and this is a way of making more. So we will ask him to take us out of this Forbidden Forest as soon as we're done dining with him." Alpha Clause explained to him with a reassuring smile with his hands raised up in a calming gesture, and I found that everything in his sentence made a lot of sense to me.

Alpha Wyatt frowned as he interjected, "We don't even know if he's a good guy or a bad guy, how can we just follow him? What if he also tried to capture us?"

Alpha Clause looked at him with raised brows as he dropped his hands and answered him, "He and his kind defeated those evil little Leprechauns, of course, they're good guys."

"Exactly, besides, I can sense that he's a good person from my Lycan ability." Alpha Nathan added as he nodded with a smile.
