Chapter 32: Chapter 32

My lips stretched into a smile as my heart warmed at his praise, "I hope it does because Alpha Ross might be trying to bring down all of our packs."

"That's what I think the message means too, but we will find out for sure once we get back home." Alpha Clause replied to me as his lips tugged up into a smile at seeing me smile.

"Yeah." I replied as he started towards the door and I walked with him.

The others that came with us have already walked out, so they were waiting for us when we walked out of the cottage. We all made our way back home silently, everyone lost in his thoughts. As soon as we reached the front door of Alpha Sloan's mansion, he pushed the door open and walked in with me, still holding my hand. There was only Rachel, Carter and the other rogue wolf in the living room as they sat on the couch on either side of him while waiting for us to return.

The three looked our way as soon as they heard our footsteps. Carter stppd up instantly as he said, "You're back! Don't tell me that they already escaped before you got there?"

"They did, but we found something else that might lead us to where they are or their next plan." Alpha Clause answered him as he pulled out the letter that we found from his jeans pocket and stepped towards the rogue wolf on the couch.

The wolf looked surprised as Alpha Clause stretched the letter out to him and said, "Here, read this and tell us what it means. We found it at Alpha Ross's cottage, it seems that he left the message for you since your friend doesn't know what it means."

He took the letter from him as he nodded, "Alright, I will see if I can understand it."

He looked at the letter as we all watched him, and after a long moment, I asked him, "Well? What does it mean?"

He hesitated before he finally answered me as he looked between Alpha Clause and I, "I think it's his plan that he told his second in command and I before we attacked you. We attack you first and win over your pack then attack the south part of the land where Alpha Sloan is, followed by Alpha Wyatt's pack in the west, Alpha Nathan's in the North and finally Alpha Mason's pack in the center of the land. But I don't know what he means by adding his name's initial at the end."

"It could mean that he will make all these packs one and rule over them? He said something similar to that when they attacked." Alpha Clause added as he rubbed his lightly bearded chin in thought.

"That must be it!" Rachel exclaimed as she nodded in agreement.

"So they must be planning to attack the south now. We should call Alpha Sloan to warn them." I suggested as concern showed on my face.

My Alpha mate nodded as he said, "Yes, that's a good idea. I'll get my phone in my study and call him and the other Alphas right away."

I placed my hand on his, stopping him from leaving as I said, "Alright, but then, they might also know that we were the ones that found the letter and might change their plans. Besides, they haven't completed plan A yet which is to take over this pack."

"Yes, they might change their plans, but I know that for sure, they would attack all the packs because Alpha Ross wants to take over as the only Lycan leader and Alpha. So it's better to be safe than sorry." He replied to me as he gave me a small reassuring smile.

I let go of his arm as I smiled and replied, "You're right, it's better that you let them know what's going on before they get to them."

"Exactly, I'll see you later." He lowered his voice as he moved his face closer to mine and brushed his lips against my forehead before moving back.

"Sure." I answered him as I watched him turn around to make his way up the stairs.

His bare back muscles looked so sexy along with his muscular arms even from behind. My thoughts were pulled away from him and to Bailey as she asked me, "What are we going to do with the rogues now?"

The two rogues in question looked at her before looking at me, waiting for my answer, "Bailey and Carter, you two should keep a close eye on them and make sure that they are trustworthy, and you two, better be on our side."

I said the last part to the rogues as I turned to them. They both nodded as the brown haired one answered me, "We will, Luna!"

"And so will we, Luna Fay!" Carter added as he looked determined and I was glad that he took the duty that I gave him seriously.

"Yes, we will, Luna Fay." Bailey added as a smile stretched on her face.

"Good, that's great. But what I'm worried about now is where exactly Alpha Ross is. If he doesn't attack Alpha Sloan's pack next or the other packs then where is he hiding now?" I mused my thoughts as my brows furrowed in thought.

"I can seek a vision to see where he is for you." Rachel answered me which surprised me.

I glanced at her as I sat on the other couch opposite the one that she was sitting on, "What do you mean?"

A smile touched her lips as she looked amused at my question, "I mean that I am this pack's Oracle or Seer as some call it."

I felt shocked because I grew up in this pack, although, not in the pack house and I have never known that we had an oracle or a seer in our pack. So I couldn't help but exclaim, "Wow! So you can see the future?"

I wondered what how she got such an amazing gift, it must have been passed down from her ancestors or something like that.
