ANDREW POV

I was more than shocked to find them together in the same restaurant where I had the business meeting.

It's all clear Mike planned it so he could prove to me he has gotten close to her.

I really can’t believe she also agreed to go with him. This is really annoying and crazy. I don’t know why I am really concerned about them sticking together when it’s actually not my business.

I think I do need to see a therapist and discuss the issue with her.

“We will take our leave then. Will you still make it to the ball party?” One of the business tycoons asked.

“I will be there, Mr Caver.” I affirmed with a smile.

“That will be good. You can also bring your wife along.” The second man stated.

“I will try.”

“Alright. We shall take our leave now.” The first man said as they both walked out of the restaurant.

“Shall we leave, sir?” Frank gestured the way as I stepped out of the restaurant while he trailed after me.

We got into the car and headed to another company where I was having a meeting with the owner on accepting our products.

Mike and I really have a score to settle and he must explain to me for what reasons he has to take my wife for lunch at the same restaurant I was having a business meeting with.

TIA POV

Throughout the journey back home, I kept thinking about Andrew and what he must be thinking after seeing Mike and I together.

I really don’t know if I will say the way he looked at me shows he was angry or surprised but one thing is for sure he will say some nasty words to me when he returns home.

If I knew Mike and I were going to run into him, I would have rejected Mike’s offer right away but fate has its way of doing things.

“Hey Tia. What are you thinking?” Mike asked as his eyes were focused on the road.

“I’m just wondering what Andrew might say since he saw us together.” I said while he just burst out laughing.

“It's not funny Mike. It was really an awkward moment for me.?”

“I really love the expression on his face when he sees us. It was like he was going to explode any minute.” He chuckled.

“It’s not funny Mike. He’s your cousin and my husband. I feel really bad right now.”

“It’s sure funny, Tia. You don’t have to feel a thing for my grumpy cousin. He sure deserves it.”

“Why would you say that? Do you remember he’s my husband?”

“I know Tia and I am sorry and not sorry because Andrew is one of the most difficult person, I have ever come across.”

“If it's about his attitude, I have no problem with it but I know how he must be feeling seeing his wife with another man who isn’t just a stranger but his cousin. You know he’s going to assume a series of things going on between us when there isn’t.”

“Don't worry yourself, Tia. Just forget about the incident and let me handle things with him. Andrew has a score with me not you, so stop getting worried about him and try to be yourself. I have known Andrew since childhood and know when he’s worried and when he isn’t.”

“You think so?”

“I’m sure Tia. Trust me, it will do you good.” He affirmed and kept his eyes on the road.

“Okay.” I responded.

I do hope he’s right about what he’s saying. I really don’t need to get worried since Andrew made it clear to me I am of no importance to him and will never be.

I also need to act that way towards him. Maybe that will help in making him change his attitude as well.

NAOMI POV

I found my way inside the meeting room where a meeting was held between new and old investors of Erickson Multinational Company.

My company was one of their new investors after threatening one of the board members with his son’s life in other to secure a place for my company with them.

I really believe in playing dirty in other to get towards my goal and I don’t mind if it hurts or kills people just to achieve it.

“Please, take a seat, Miss Francis. We’re waiting for someone else.” The C.E.O gestured to me to take a seat which I did and took a glare at the man who I threatened with his son’s life.

“I’m sure Mr Walton isn’t this way. He must have got stuck with something. He will be here soon enough, I’m sure about that.” Another man who was seated close to the C.E.O said.

Why do I have a feeling it’s none other than Andrew. There’s no doubt he’s the one since he’s a famous billionaire after all.

It‘s really going to be fun seeing him again. I’m sure he has learnt I am back to take his wealth all away for good this time around.

After a few minutes of waiting the door was opened by one of the bodyguards standing at the door as Andrew stepped in but when he saw me his eyes turned into hatred.

“Long time no see Andy.” I smiled, calling his name short like always.

“What’s this bitch doing here?” He asked and charged at me in full force and grabbed me by the neck.

“I should have killed you when I had the chance. What gave you the guts to show your face again after you almost ruined my family?”

“Let go of her Mr Walton. I don’t care what misunderstanding you both are having but I won’t take such behaviour in my company.” The C.E.O ordered.

He increased his fist the more as I was beginning to lose my breathing.

“I demand you let go of her right now.” The C.E.O roared as he let go of my neck as I tried to catch my breath.

“What the hell is wrong with you Andrew?”

“I apologise for my misconduct but I can’t withstand having this bloody woman here.”

“Watch your words Andrew. She’s one of our new investors.”

“I’m sorry to say but there’s no way she can get to meet the standard of such a company. I’m sure she got her hands dirty to get to this position because that’s what she’s really good at.”

“Is that true, Miss Francis.” The C.E.O inquired.

“Of course not. Don’t listen to any of the nonsense he’s saying. He’s just filled with hatred due to our conflict.” I tried to explain, stuttering a bit.

“She’s wrong Mr Albert. She got in through me because she threatened to kill my son.” The man whom I threatened exposed as everyone gasped in shock.

“She’s a witch in human clothing. I will report the case to the police and you will be locked up behind bars.” He added as Andrew kept staring at me in pure disgust.

“Don’t even try that shit or you won’t have to see your son again.” I threatened him as everyone kept staring at me in disbelief.

This is all Andrew’s fault and he will definitely pay for this humiliation. He’s grown stronger and cold unlike how innocent and dumb he looked before.

“This isn’t over little brother. I will make sure I hunt you down even if it’s the last thing I do on this earth.” I vowed and grabbed my bag before making my way out of the room.
