I was so endorsed in my thoughts that I didn't even realize when Zoya came. She passed me that kit.

"Go and confirm, '' she muttered. I nodded and went inside the washroom. I was waiting for the result in the washroom only and it showed a double pink line. Tears welled up in my eyes. I kept my hand on my stomach. All the thoughts that were running in my mind had vanished. I had tears in my eyes and a smile on my face too, unable to understand how I should react. Even after wishing I was unable to express my feelings. Zoya knocked on the washroom door and called my name.

I wiped my tears and opened the door and hugged her tightly.

"what happened?" she asked, breaking the hug.

"it's positive" I smiled and put my hand on my tummy "I'm pregnant Zoya" I muttered.

"wow. Congratulations.. Did Sid bhai know about it?" she asked.

"How would he know when I just found out"

"yaa but Sid Bhai has gone on a mission and he even said that there will be no contact.. So now?" she asked.

"I have no option but to wait," I said , trying to control my tears.

"Ahana" she uttered and hugged me.

I had tears in my eyes but I quickly wiped them off. She broke the hug and held my hand.

"Don't worry me and Sameer is there for you," she mumbled.

"Tomorrow we will also go to the doctor so that this pregnancy can be confirmed. we can not be reliable on this Kit"

"I know a doctor. I was feeling sick for a few days, so I went for a check-up. Tomorrow I have to go to the hospital to get the report, maybe only from that I will get to know that I am pregnant and if not then I will also get the check-up done."

"fine.. well Sid Bhai told me that if you come here then tell you to go to his room.. you were already upset so I didn't say before and he has got the whole room renovated according to your taste.. go and see how it looks." she muttered. As soon as I opened the room, my eyes went to the front wall which had a big picture of me... I was stunned. I looked in the whole room. Just like I told Sid that I want our room to look like, he had renovated the whole room like that. I went near to the frame on the front wall and moved my hand on it lovingly. In the corner of that photo frame was written "I love you lifeline". There were tears in my eyes.

"I love you Sid," I whispered. I was looking at the whole room only then my eyes went to the table, some papers were kept on it… I went near it. There was a letter kept on the side.. I removed the paper weight and picked up that letter.

"Dear lifeline... If you are reading this paper, can I mean that you have forgiven me? If not then I will trouble you after coming from the mission to make you mine and if you have agreed, then I have put our marriage papers with this letter, I have signed it, you also sign on these papers and promise after my arrival we will get a great wedding... The pen is kept in the drawer near the mirror. go and take it."

I looked at the papers on the table. There were tears in my eyes, yet I'm just smiling like insane. I quickly go to the mirror and open the side drawer. In it, along with a pen, there was also a box on which it was written in bold letters "You're mine lifeline". I took out that pen and box. I went back to the table and read the marriage papers and signed them. I put my hand on my stomach. My happiness has no bounds.

"As soon as you came, happiness came in my life baby.. your father and I became one forever." I mumbled and then opened that box which was kept in the drawer... There was a very beautiful ring in it, which is exactly what I like. I took out that ring and put it on. I couldn't stop crying, missing him terribly.

"I love you.. please come soon. I have already started missing you..." I mumbled.

I was looking at the room and was remembering the moments I spent with him here. I still remember the moment when I came to this room for the first time and slapped Sid because he kissed me. I went to his bed and lay down. I could smell his fragrance and feel his presence on that bedsheet. I closed my eyes and put my hand on my stomach.

I woke up late.. I saw it was 12 o'clock.

"I was sleeping for so long. Dad didn't even wake me up" I thought. I quickly removed the blanket when my eyes turned around me. I realized that I am not at my home but in his room

"Good morning Sid" I mumbled.

I got up and went to Aarzoo's room, she was still sleeping and Afreen, Zoya's daughter was also sleeping beside her. I had a smile on my face. I went to Arzoo and kissed her forehead with love. That's when Zoya entered the room.

"Both have just slept. You slept late at night so I didn't wake you up. Are you feeling well now?" she asked.

"feeling better" I mumbled

"You get freshen up, then you have to go to the doctor too."

"yaa but I don't have clothes... I just came from Dad's house as I wanted to meet Sid before he left." I muttered.

"Congratulations Mrs. Sid Sharma" She mumbled. A big smile appeared on my face but still I'm confused how she came to know about me and Sid.

"Doctor, how do you know about me and Sid and why did you congratulate me? Even outside everyone congratulated me, but I did not understand why?" I asked.

"Sid sir didn't tell you. I thought he must have told you" she replied

"About what?"

"You're 6 weeks pregnant Ahana. He had come to the hospital last night to collect your reports. I also said that it's a late night, he should come in the morning and take the report but he has said that he is an army officer and he has to go somewhere. He requested a lot that I should give him your reports. He was worried about your health. He wanted to know how you are and maybe you must have told them that your health is not good for some days. Tears of happiness came to my eyes after listening to her.
