"Did you have to choose that car?" Ivy asked angrily making me raise my eyebrow unto her.
"Why can't you understand it? We told the guy to call after thirty minutes or did you want us to keep loitering around the shop till the time passes and we won't be able to talk to him later on," I said trying my best to keep calm.
"Oh, sorry I forget," she said in a low tone as a way to show that she was in wrong and was embarrassed making me roll my eyes.
"Can you text him and tell him to call immediately," I said as I walked towards the grey three-sitter couch.
"Alright," she said as she took out her phone.
"I hope that he passed the interview and will be able to always get inside,"she sat on the couch across me.
"Let us hope for the best," I said as I looked down to see what Jasmine was doing cause she was really disturbing me.
"Ma..ma," she called out as soon as she realised that I was looking at her.
Raising my eyebrows to her as a clue to indicate that she should tell me what she wanted, I heard her sighing in distress, making me chuckle.
"What do you want to do, baby?" I asked as I raised her up.
"Ma...ma. d...oo," she said and I suppressed the laughter which was nearly evading my mouth.
I heard a chuckle and we both turned to Ivy. "I never thought that I would become a good teacher. I feel humbled and honored," she said with pride.
"You? Humble? If you were really humble then I guess you shouldn't be the one complimenting yourself. You are supposed to wait till another person compliments you, idiot," I told her.
"We both know that if I had to wait for you to compliment me then, I would never see that day no matter how long I wait for it," she said and I shook my head.
"Okay, baby. I will put you down so that you can play with your toys but don't make any noise," I said as I put her on the mat and near her toys which Ivy opted never to collect claiming that it would be time saving when the kid wants to play and no one is in the mood of standing and going upstairs to pick them up for her.
Immediately I did that, we heard the phone ringing. I gestured Ivy to follow me to the resting room so that to avoid the person on the other line from hearing Jassy's voice as she laughed and talked while she played. After getting in, she picked up the call.
"Boss," the other line saying with full of respect and admiration.
"Have you passed their test?" Ivy asked immediately making me sigh since that was not the best way to start a conversation even if you were talking to your subordinate.
"Madam, yes I have but that's not the reason as to why am calling," he said. That simple sentence was enough to get all of our attention. Even I who was listening while looking at Jassy's direction turning my head and looked at the phone keenly as I waited for his next sentence since I knew that it would either be a good thing to us or a bad thing. Either way, we had to be prepared mentally.
"You all know that I specialize in poison, therefore, I applied for been a chef in the house but luckily, after they tested my cooking skills, I was sent directly to the main house. That's Elijah's house," he said.
"Does that mean that you can access the main house?" I asked cause that whom be considered as good news to us.
"Yes, boss. I have already toured the whole house and I have gotten to know the black spots, the places with aren't under surveillance and also the places which people aren't residing," he said humbly but that didn't matter cause we were already proud of his success.
"That is a very good news. Since you have already gotten access to the main house, the next thing I want you to do is implant small and untraceable CCTVs and recorders in that building. The most important places that Elijah stays," Ivy spoke with a serious tone just like a mafia don would. That tone was totally different than the one she has been using. Honestly, after the long holiday e have been, I was afraid that she won't be able to talk in such a tone but now, it seems that I have been proved wrong.
"Madam, I already did that. I knew that that would be mostly likely the first task assigned to me," he said and we broke into a proud smile. As expected to the people whom we taught personally.
"That's good. After this mission is completed, you will get a bonus. Since you have already done that, stay alert and if there is anything we are supposed to see or hear from the cctvs and recorders, you send them immediately. We have to get rid of that mafia immediately and quietly.
"Boss, the main reason as to why I called is because there is something that you should hear and see. I was also shocked. I have already sent it to you business email. Kindly assign me the next task as soon as you view it," he said making Ivy and I turn to each other.
"Okay. I will text so that you can go to somewhere safe after we see what you have sent and come up with a plan," Ivy said and later hung up as soon as she finished that sentence.
"What do you think he has sent that made him turn so serious immediately he mentioned it?" Ivy asked.
"I guess we wouldn't be able to find out unless we got to the office and see it ourselves," I said as I walked out and towards Jassy.
After picking her up, we walked to the study room.
Thirty minutes later, the room was silent after we finished listening the the two people who were on the video.
"Does that mean that my own father fucked me? he broke my virginity!" Ivy broke the silence with her words as she couldn't believe what she heard.
"Hei, don't cry. I am so sure that you have also heard why he was so addicted in fucking young girls," I said.
"Don't you dare defeat him. What he did is not acceptable at all!" she shouted.
"Can you watch the way you talk or shout. The child is present and you are making her flinch," I said trying my best not to raise my voice.
"Sorry," he said after hearing that.
"I wasn't defending him. Furthermore, isn't he dead yet? I killed him because of what he did to young girls and that's you included. We got our revenge. Don't thing about it anymore, okay? What we need is to come up with a plan to wipe off the whole mafia and take what rightfully belongs to you," I said trying my best to convince her.
"Yeah, I guess that you are right. So that means that Max is the betrayer? He wants the organisation. But why when they already have the mafia?" she asked.
"Don't you know that our organisation is more powerful than any mafia? Of course they want the organisation so that they can be extremely powerful and unstoppable," I said.
"Then what are we going to do?"
"Text him now," I said.
After some few minutes, he called. Luckily, Jassy had already dozed off I guess out of been tired while playing.
"Boss," he said in a very serious tone.
"What do you think you can do to kill Elijah and Max while you are there?" I asked.
"Boss, luck is on our side. There is no need for us to only kill those two while even after killing them, there are still evil people in the mafia and also, his heads will not make it easy for any of you," he said.
"Then what do you propose?" Ivy asked.
"Madam, I think we should kill his entire family and also the people with high position in the mafia and all who follow him blindly," he said coldly.
"I don't think that that is possible for now since we will have to wait till they have a meeting to wipe them all in the same time," I said after some minutes of thinking.
"Boss, luckily, I just found out that the reason I was sent to the main house is because they will all be having a meeting. Even Elijah's wife and mistresses together with all their kids will be present.The high heads will also be present and also the most trusted subordinates, I have been told that there is a celebration for causing distrust between you and all the other mafias," he said making me chuckle at their stupidity.
"Boss, if you allow me then I can add poison in every of their meals and drinks. The poison which am planning to add is the most effective I have. They will only need twenty minutes after taking it. Actually, since I am sure that they will all toast and drink together at the same time, I should add in that drink so that they can all die together. The poison is fast but painless even after their death. They won't be able to detect that there is something with the drinks even after their death. Boss, what do you think?" he asked.
I could tell that he was grinning evilly at the image and what he will do. "Then you better get started. Make sure that you aren't caught till everything is done. Wipe everyone who will be in that premises today. I will be waiting for good news. If you fail and you know the consequences," I said.
"Its either I kill or get killed," he said.
"Good. Get back to work," I said.
"Guess today we won't sleep till we hear from him," Ivy said after hunging up. I hummed as an agreement.
