CHAPTER 29: DON’T DIE

LIAN

FLASHBACK

I prepared early for our vacation and I decided to go to callix house so that we both go to the airport but when I got entered their house I saw gab helping callix walking up.

“ what are they doing? “ I asked myself. Why is gab helping callix to walk, is he sick?

I sat quietly in the living room and waited for gab then I saw gab going down so I stood up.

“ lian?” he looked shocked when he saw me.

“what’s wrong with callix gab?” I asked him seriously and I could see dee in his face that he was surprised.

“ I saw you, why are helping callix walking until entering his room?” he just signed.

“let’s talk outside” I followed him.

Gab told me everything about callix and I can’t believe what I heard to gab, I can’t even breathe.

When I heard him sing, I couldn’t help but cry because the song was tearful and I heard the word leave that makes me cry more.

I let go of his hug ad I adjusted myself then laughed out loud so he was surprised and look me like I’m crazy.

“ I don’t want to anymore, I’m not broken-hearted to sing that one,” I said annoyed while callix smiled and went back to his seat.

“ because your so choosy, find a boyfriend now,” callix said.

“ hmp! If you’re not the one who’s going to be my boyfriend, never mind!” I look at him and he was shocked so I just smiled at him.

“ haha, you’re not the type of a girl of sir callix” gab said so I rolled my eyes at him.

“ why not? Lian is beautiful and it looks like she’s nice” Alex said then he look at callix.

“ hahaha sir Alex, lian is not a nice girl” gab replied so I poked him.

“ what did you say? If I hadn’t been nice, I would have fired you now!” how could this man say that I’m not a nice person.

“ Sir, look lian is getting a monster again” I looked at him sharply.

“ that’s why you’re not having a boyfriend, you’re sadistic” callix smiled.

“ hmp! Like what I said, you’re the one who is my type because at least you accept me even im like this” He is blushing so I was happy.

“ you’re both single so there’s nothing wrong with liking each other” we looked at Trisha and I looked at callix.

I know I have no hope to callix because until now Trisha is the only love of her life, tsk! How did I do that hiding my feelings since we know each other?

“ no it’s okay,” I said reluctant, and drink my tequila.

“ lian doesn’t deserve me, she going to meet someone more than, than me” I heard callix answer but I didn’t look at him but I focus on my glass spinning.

“ and who deserves you?” I seriously asked, I know that they looking at us.

“ no one, no one deserves me because I’m a worthless guy” I gritted my teeth when I heard from him.

“ a worthless billionaire guy” he added.

“ is that what you think of yourself?” I looked at it and he looked at me too. Whiles those with we were just quiet.

“ yes because from the very beginning that’s what they called me being a worthless person and I admit it” I, even more, get mad at what he said.

“ Why?” he looked at me still and I don’t know why I dare to talk to him like this.

“ what do you mean why?” he asked me back.

“ why? Why do you saying that you’re worthless? And did you admit it? Is this how you shallow you think to you’re more than on that and we all know that but you, you admit that you’re a worthless? Where is the man we taught and tried to show people that you are not really like that huh? Where?” my tears flowed.

“ that guy is dying already” my body trembled at what he said and something stuck on my throat while my tears dripping so I stood up at came to him.

I slapped him very hard and my chest going up and down in anger, he just looked at me in disbelief.

“ dying? How could you say that? Why is it that it’s easy you for to say that you dying? Callix you’ve changed a lot, You’re not the man that I loved since I met you. Callix Is a strong person that he does whatever it is even it’s hard and he makes the impossible possible then now you saying that the man I loved is dying without fighting? Is that what you want?” I said disappointed in him.

“it’s not a joke the word dying callix, it’s not a joke to lose a loved one” I cried while he was staring at me.

“ lian stop it” gab sopped me.

“ I’m sorry” that the only what he said.

“ if you’re sorry then don’t die not only for me but for us” I took my bag and left them, I can’t hold it because I think my heart will explode.

“ lian!” I heard someone shouting my name but I ignored it and walked fast even though I don’t know where to go.

“ lian!!!” I stopped but I didn’t look at him and I listened to what it had to say.

“ lian I’m dying” my heart ached, even I know that he’s dying it hurts me and much more that he came from him than his dying.
