CALLIX

I’m in the office with lian and gab, we were fixing some documents then someone came in.

“ sir it’s time for the shareholders meeting” I nodded then she closed the door.

“ callix are you sure about this?” lain asked.

“ yes, so let’s go” we walked and go to the conference, gab open the door then I get in.

“ good morning, it looks like you all know me so I’m not going to introduce myself. Sit down” I said seriously.

“ straight to point, based on the information given to me. We have a minority share and I want one of the majority shares will buy” they looked at me shocked.

“ Mr. Devera, who is referring to?” I smiled and I looked at Santos who I angry looking at me.

“ the Santos, they are only minority shares in my company so I want you to buy that. Any of you majority shares” I looked at them.

“ that’s impossible Mr. Devera, we signed a contract with your father so we don’t sell our shares even it’s minor, “ said Mr. Santos.

“ yes I know that but you signed a contract but you also have a shareholder agreement right?” I said.

“ and besides you violate some contractual agreements, Mr. Santos. Well if you don’t know, why don’t you asked your son-in-law?” I looked at Alex.

“ I’m just being fair because even you have a minor share, what are you doing bad is still has a big effect” Mr. Santos couldn’t speak while Alex holding back that he wanted to punch.

“ Mr. devera if my son did something wrong I am the one who apologizes but I hope you give us another chance” he looked at me.

I was just quietly looking at them when I called lian and she came over then he handed me some papers.

“it’s easy for me to talk Mr. Santos, I will give you a chance but I have a condition” they both looked at me.

“ you will sell me 50%  shares of your company” everyone looked at each other and having some speculation.

“ are you crazy callix!” Alex shouted. I smiled at them foolishly.

“ Mr. Ledesma since you took over the company of the Santos and it has been gradually losing money. And even though it’s hard to admit that you earn even more from my company than the company you have” Mr. Santos was surprised by what he said so he looked at Alex as if asking if what I was saying was true.

“ sell the 50% shares of the company and I will help it to recover or if it does not want you may go out to my company because you no longer have shares in my company” when they agreed to sell 5o% shares of the company only one it means I am one of the owners of the company and they will do whatever I want, my company my rules.

“ after all, you didn’t lose in my offer, will you still be choosy?” I leaned back in my chair while smiling at them.

“ Mr. Devera give me a few days to make a decision” request of Mr. Santos.

“ I want now Mr. Santos, I’ve fixed the paperwork and you just signed, you don’t have any more problems “ lian approached them and give them the papers.

Mr. Santos took the paper but he trembles and he looked at me then took a deep breath then took the ballpen to sign but Alex gets and tears it.

“ we will not sell half of the shares In our company, you want that minor share then go ahead! Is all yours” Alex said angrily.

“ Alex!” Mr. Santos shout.

Alex approached me but gab blocked him as I sat complacently with a smile.

“ get them out of here because we still have important things to do” some men entered and took Mr.Santos and Alex out of the conference.

Quietly inside and I started selling the shares of the Santos and immediately sold it for a large amount so Santos will nothing to say about it.

Our meeting already ended so I went already and go to my office but I saw Alex with gab.

“ Is this how you fight?” he looked like he’s going to eat me.

“ huh? Mr. Ledesma, I’m not doing anything, I’m just cleaning the dirt in my company” I smiled at him but he gets pissed so he punches me but gab blocked it.

“ I don’t believe that you changed like what Trisha said and I am right you still haven’t changed, you are still worthless—” I cut him and I punch him hard.

“ you don’t have the right to tell me because In fact you are most worthless person to us” I said emphatically.

“ haha no matter what you do our view of you as a worthless person will not change! So go on do what you because in the end you will be still a worthless” he stood up and smiled before leaving.

I went into the office and couldn’t help but to punch the wall out of anger, alx know how to annoy me but he is wrong is his last words because im going to make sure that they will be the one who will be worthless in the end.

“ sir” I sat down and take a deep breath.

“ call lian I want to talk to her now” he nodded and left, you like game Alex so I’m going to give you.

“ callix” lian peeked at the door and she entered.

“ look at the owner of the land and buy it no matter how much is it” lian looked confused, but she just nodded. I’m going to start with their company.
