Vikrat Jeremy sighed "His case is a little pathetic. His wife had taken all he's got from him. As I speak with you, he has no place to turn and he went in search of Freddie Grayson to pass the night.

His wife and her boyfriend wouldn't let him step foot in his house anymore and the divorce proceedings will be through soon…" he gave a brief summary.

Pamela squinted. Looks like the two betrayers are at each other's throats. She likes the turn of events. But she would add a little bonus to Lucas' experience. That would make it perfect for him.

Pamela stood up and walked away. She doesn't need to do anything else, but sit back and watch everything unfold.

Greg watched as the two men laid on the same bed. This is the point where they found each other. This was caused by the wife each had married.

But he had blamed them. Didn't Lucas know the kind of woman Emma was before jilting Pamela for her? If Emma can do something so cruel to her own sister, why wouldn't she do worse to him?

But how long can he console them? Lucas had come to find him, not knowing beforehand that Freddie was with him. He had come to report his niece to him and met his niece's father at his place.

They both sighed when they saw each other. He asked him to stay a few more days with him while he tried to find out what to do.

The next morning, when Louis woke up, he felt uneasy. His heart was pounding within his chest and he wondered what was going to happen that day.

He felt this unexplainable restlessness and decided to take a bath. He was in the bathroom when his cellphones started ringing, almost the same time.

The automated machine answered, telling the callers to leave their messages or call back later. When he got out of the shower, he wrapped his towel around his waist and walked out of the bathroom.

He was cleaning his body when his phone started ringing again. He hesitated and decided to answer the phone.

"President Hayden, the reporters have surrounded your Villa. Please do not step out. I'm bringing the police already" Romeo declared.

He hung up almost immediately. Louis Hayden squinted, reporters? He walked towards his window and moved the window blinds aside, to see properly.

He was dazed. Reporters surrounded his Villa. Something wasn't right as he quickly pulled the blinds over, covering the windows. He was still shirtless and wouldn't want to be captured the way he was.

What's happening? He called his bodyguards and they were all trying to stop the reporters from getting past the gate.

He put his clothes on quickly and came downstairs. His servants were all assembled in his sitting room, shivering. They all had listened to the breaking news, and it appeared they might be out of job soon.

Louis Hayden saw them and was going to ask them what the issue was when he glanced at the television "... billionaire dude Louis Hayden went bankrupt!!.."

The decline in his shares kept going in a downward spiral. He couldn't believe his eyes. What is happening to his company?

He took his phone to make a call when he saw several missed calls and an automated message blinking. He listened to it, and his eyes turned dark.

Without as much as caution, he got out of the villa and went to get his car. He slid in and was going to drive out in fury when his bodyguards surrounded the car.

"Mr Hayden, you can't drive in this state" one of the bodyguards declared and pleaded with him to step away from the driver's side and he would drive him.

Like an obedient child, Louis agreed. He stepped aside and told the bodyguard to drive to Hayden's cooperation. The reporters surrounded his car and wouldn't let it move.

Louis got stuck in the hold up at his gate. He felt worried and sick. He needed to be at the company and see things for himself.

"Did you already know that your company was going bankrupt?"

"What do you say about the present predicament ongoing in your company?"

"Are you shutting down the cooperation or selling it to whoever is ready to salvage the situation?"

Different questions were being thrown on Louis by the reporters. Camera lights were flashing and recording was ongoing.

Louis Hayden remained expressionless. He was in a tinted car and the windows were windy. Hence he didn't give a single answer.

His phone was ringing but he didn't answer it. He wants to maintain his composure as much as he can in order not to make irrational decisions.

Eventually the police car was blowing an alarm as it made towards the path leading to Louis Hayden's Villa. Romeo was with the police and soon, a path was created and Louis' car sped past the reporters.

Pamela sat in her office, feeling satisfied with her achievements. She didn't for once look away from her cell phone. She watched as Louis Hayden got into his car and the police came to help him drive out of the crowd of reporters.

Those reporters were handsomely paid to harass him and blow the whole scenario out of proportion. Now, she was liking what she was watching. She would watch until the end.

Louis arrived at the cooperation and took the elevator to his office. The ICT department was invited and Louis watched as his company had gone 70% down.

He received several emails of notification that his investors had terminated their partnership with him because he was incompetent and went for a better offer.

They are also requesting their capital investment from the Hayden's cooperation. Louis instructed that he wants them to track who the new partner was.

In less than ten minutes, he was informed that they all have moved to join the P and D4 group. That infuriated Louis. Pamela threatened him and went ahead with her threats?

He immediately ordered the shut down of the website and imported tight internet security to prevent the public knowing whatever was going on.

His parents kept calling him but he wasn't interested in answering his phone just yet. He will call them when he's able to stabilise the whole disaster.

"...oh gosh... Louis, just answer your phone!" Leah Hayden was murmuring the words under her breath. She was going to develop hypertension if she's not being careful.

She had watched the breaking news and saw it all. She watched how Louis left his villa and arrived at cooperation. She's been trying to reach him but her son would not answer his phone.

She glanced at the stairs, Ellis was still on the phone probably. He had left her for over an hour and was making several phone calls.

Ellis had told her to calm down. Everything will be alright. Louis is not unwise to hatch all his eggs in one basket. There's always an alternative and she would be surprised at what she would see in the near future.

She held her phone close to her chest. She hoped so. She can't afford to discover that Louis lost all he's laboured for all these years.

But someone definitely had done this to Louis. A competitor wants to bring him down and ruin him. But why? Isn't the sky large enough for every bird to fly without obstructing the other?

Greg and Freddie were shocked. Lucas was going to the court for the dissolution of his marriage to Emma that morning when the hottest breaking news of the day left them shocked.

The great Hayden cooperation can be reduced to this? Louis Hayden's world was falling apart in just one night? Hayden's cooperation is strong but a stronger influence has ruined it.

"I won't be surprised if this is Pamela's doing as well" Freddie declared. If that woman he met a few days ago was Pamela Grayson, his daughter, she wouldn't be able to do it.

But if it's Pamela who took his property without compensation and said those hurtful words to him, she definitely was capable of doing that.

"Pamela? You know where she is?" Lucas asked. He didn't even wait for Greg to comment on what Freddie said when he blurted a question in a daze.

"You have no idea who Pamela is now, do you?" Freddie asked, surprised that Lucas hadn't known what's up.
