He walked over and saw her makeup arranged before the mirror. Her dress in the laundry baskets, it's obvious that is the one she wore to come over.

He pulled his suit away and then his shirt, throwing it in the laundry basket as well. When he opened the closet to pick a towel, he was dazed.

Her clothes were all over the place. She had rearranged the closet and he likes the way things are now. Is she coming to stay for a while?

He sighed. He already told her he was not interested in settling down with her or any woman for now. They would only make love over and over and that's all.

Why is she so much in love with him? He wishes he feels the same way about her. How can he handle such a woman without breaking her heart?

He picked a towel and went to shower. When he stepped out, he got into short jeans that barely went below his knees and an armless top.

When he came downstairs for dinner, the table was really set and he went to the fridge to get them juice. When he opened the fridge, he was dazed how stuck up everything was.

He just stood and glared at the fridge. There is no space for anything else. Why is she spending her money on him? Couldn't she leave that for him?

"Honey, just come over, there is juice here already" Alice called him. She stood, smiling broadly at him.

Lucas massaged the bridge between his eyes. He just closed the fridge and came over. He sat down and Alice did, opposite him.

"Please, don't do that again. You are here as my girl, don't spend a penny for anything when you are with me or around me.

I know you have the money, you are a doctor and your income is good. But please, I'm doing very well financially. Don't do it again, please" Lucas pleaded.

"I don't see why I should hold back anything from you. I love you and I can give my life for you, Lucas. I can do anything for you, anything" Alice said with moist eyes.

Lucas stared at her for a long time. So much in love with him? She really loves him to that point?

Few hours later, they were in the sitting room and Alice said "Lucas, I've taken a few steps towards finding a solution to your infertility.

I want to be pregnant and you will definitely be the biological father of my child. I will ask you a few questions and then, I'll like you to come over and see my colleague, he is a Urologist" she began.

She laid with her head on Lucas' thighs. She glanced at him just as he nodded. "I'm willing to do anything you want me to do," Lucas replied.

It's for his own good. If he becomes alright, he would be the happiest.

Alice nodded and said "When you went for semen analysis, what did you do with the report?" She asked.

"Nothing. The doctor just explained to me that I can't father a child. But he mentioned to me that there are other ways I could still have a child when I'm ready" Lucas explained.

"When we get to the bedroom, you'll show me the results. We would have a solution to this. You are alright sexually. I won't rest until I see you as a complete man and I will be that woman that will carry your children" Alice assured.

"Thank you" Lucas said, appreciating her with a smile.

"I think we should get to the bedroom and be joined by body and soul. Then I will know that you are really ready" Alice teased, and raised herself to capture Lucas' lips.

"Sure," Lucas said, picking the remote and shutting down the TV . He lifted Alice and carried her up the stairs. When he got to the bedroom, he placed her down and crashed his lips on her.

Two weeks later

Louis Hayden and Romeo arrived in Switzerland. Louis had left without telling Miranda Alvan that he was travelling. He owes her no information whatsoever.

They already had an appointment. They were invited in, and the doctor started by apologising.

"Me Sorry Mr Louis. Your fiancée tried to convince, and pleaded with me to come over to Oak City, but I couldn't. Please forgive me for that" the doctor said.

His fiance, was it Pamela? He glanced at Romeo and he nodded. Louis then smiled and said "It's alright. It's all the same, we're here now"

They soon waved that aside and the doctor asked Louis some certain questions, when it happened, the drugs he was placed on and the rest.

When the doctor asked about the drugs, Louis didn't know the name of the drugs that Miranda had been feeding him with. But quickly, he produced the drugs, the ones he'd been hiding in his study.

The doctor stared at the drugs and then at Louis. In his years of practice and having attended to severe complex cases, he is not sure he'd come across this kind of drug.

"Is there a problem doctor?" Louis asked, glaring at the doctor intently. He hopes their suspicion is true?

Romeo turned and glared at Louis and they both exchanged glances. The doctor raised his head and stared at Louis.

"Did a doctor give you this?" the doctor asked. From what he'd asked the young man and the questions he had answered, he shouldn't be having this memory loss anymore.

He was suspecting something was amiss. He hopes this drug is not the reason why the young man is still stuck at a point in his recovery.

"Yes. My doctor gave it to my.." Louis paused. He cannot say wife. The doctor just apologised a while ago and said his fiance booked the appointment for him a long time ago.

"What's the matter?" The doctor asked. Why the sudden pause.

"Sorry, my friend who lives with me takes care of my medication. So she's always in touch with the doctor" Louis explained.

"I see," the doctor said and sighed. He sat and relaxed his back against the chair and glared at Louis "in my years of practice and experience gathered from attending to severe terrible mental health, I haven't come across something like this.

Your case is mild, very mild. But I will examine you further and see what exactly is wrong with you. Why are you stuck at a point in your recovery?

Meanwhile, I will have these drugs tested in the laboratory and the report given to you. I will proceed with the examination. But first you'll have your skull thoroughly examined.

You'll be having a cranial computerized tomography (CT) done. This CT scan would enable us to know what steps we'll take. In the meantime, relax and tomorrow, we'll book you for it.

There are a few patients that we need to attend to. We can only take a minimum number of patients in a day.." the doctor explained.

That way, Louis and Romeo put up in a hotel. On their way to their hotel room, Louis said something amazing "I remember a few things. About the surrogacy. From the moment I woke up from coma to the time I learnt Pamela was pregnant with my surrogate babies, I remember.
