Chapter 85: Chapter 85
The sun begins to set, casting a golden glow over the seaside cafe. The sound of gentle waves crashing against the shore adds a soothing melody to the atmosphere. At a table by the water, sits the lovely couple, Shravan and Drishti. They lean in close, their fingers interlocked, enjoying the tranquil moment together.
“You know, I could get used to having date nights like this every day.” Shravan whispered, leaning closer to her.
Drishti smiled.
“Lemme see how many days you could take out of your busy work schedule.” Drishti said in a teasing tone.
“I was trying to be romantic.” Shravan hissed playfully, making Drishti chuckle.
“Jokes apart, I am loving it here. There's something so magical about the sea and the setting sun.” Drishti said with a dreamy sigh.
Shravan nudged her playfully.
“Of course, the beach and Drishti have a special bond that nobody can ever understand.” Shravan said with a chuckle.
Drisht laughed at that.
“You are right about that.”
A passing waiter comes to take their order.
“Good evening! What can I get you both?” The man asked
“I'll have the seafood linguine, please.” Shravan said, glancing at Drishti.
“And I'll have grilled salmon with lemon butter sauce.” Drishti said, smiling at the waiter.
The waiter entered the order in his tab.
“Excellent choices. Coming right up.”
As the waiter leaves, Drishti looks affectionately at Shravan.
“You always get the same thing whenever we come here.” Drishti said teasingly.
“Well, why fix something that's not broken? Plus, it's always delicious.” Shravan grinned.
Drishti playfully rolled her eyes.
“True. Just like you. Always the same, yet always managing to make me fall in love with you all over again.” Drishti said, her eyes brimming with love.
“And you, my dear, have a way of making every day feel like an adventure. I wouldn't want it any other way.” Shravan said, leaning closer.
They share a tender moment, gazing into each other's eyes, lost in the depth of their love.
“You know, sometimes I can't believe how lucky we are to have found each other.” Drishti said thoughtfully.
Shravan squeezed her hand.
Luck had nothing to do with it. It was destiny that brought us together.
Drishti smiled.
“Destiny or not, I am grateful for every twist and turn that led me to you.”
The food arrived, and they enjoyed their dinner, occasionally stealing glances and sharing knowing smiles. The sun continues its descent, painting the sky with hues of orange and pink.
As they finished their meal, Shravan pulled out a small wrapped box from his pocket and placed it on the table.
“I may have one more surprise for you.” Shravan said, with a mischievous grin.
Drishti's eyes light up with excitement as she unwraps the box to find a delicate silver bracelet inside.
“Oh, Shravan, it's beautiful!” Drishti gushed, looking at it.
Shravan made her wear it.
“A token of my love for you. Something to remember this beautiful evening.”
Drishti: (teary-eyed)
“I don't need anything to remember this night. It's etched in my heart forever. Every moment with you is etched in my heart forever.” Drishti said, teary eyed.
“Then consider this the anniversary gift I missed this year.” Shravan said softly, earning a laugh from Drishti.
They hold each other close, the soft breeze carrying their laughter and love into the evening air. In this perfect moment, their connection grows stronger, and their hearts beat as one, grateful for the love they've found in each other.

Shravan sat on the couch with Dhruv perched on his lap, while Drishti watched from the nearby armchair with a warm smile.
Shravan tickled little Dhruv.
“Who's the cutest baby boy in the world? Is it you? Is it you, little Dhruv?” Shravan asked in a baby voice.
Dhruv giggled, his tiny hands reaching out to grab Shravan's nose.
Drishti chuckled.
“Oh, watch out for that mischievous smile of his, Shravan. He's up to something.” Drishti said.
“Oh, I know! This little bag of naughtiness has a whole bag of tricks up his sleeve. Just like his Mama.” Shravan said playfully, earning a glare from Drishti.
As Shravan continued to tickle Dhruv, the baby boy squirmed and managed to wriggle out of his father's lap, landing on the floor with a soft thud.
“Dhruv! Are you alright, sweetheart?” Drishti asked, concerned, as she hurried towards the baby.
But Dhruv is already on the move, crawling away with determination, giggling as he goes.
“No worries, Drishti. He's as sturdy as a little tank.” Shravan said with a chuckle.
“You're right. He's our little explorer.” Drishti said, watching Dhruv’s progress.
Dhruv reaches the coffee table and spots a colourful set of building blocks. He immediately grabs them and begins stacking them with a gleeful expression.
“Look at him go! Our genius architect in the making. He has taken after me.” Shravan said proudly.
“I have a feeling we'll be building towers and castles all day now.” Drishti said with an amused sigh.
As if on cue, Dhruv knocks down the tower of blocks with a triumphant clap, making Shravan and Drishti burst into laughter.
“Oh, no! Our masterpiece!” Shravan said, pretending to be shocked.
“It's a good thing we have the world's fastest builder to rebuild it.” Drishti said, joining in the fun.
Shravan starts stacking the blocks again, and Dhruv eagerly helps by knocking them down.
“I think he's trying to tell us he wants to be an engineer when he grows up.” Drishti said, teasingly.
“Or maybe a demolition expert.” Shravan said.
“Either way, I am sure he'll be amazing at whatever he chooses.” Drishti said, with a fond smile on her face.
Shravan and Drishti shared a tender moment, watching Dhruv play with delight. They are filled with love and joy, cherishing every precious moment with their little bundle of mischief.
As the day goes on, they continue to play with Dhruv, joining him in his games, and enjoying the laughter and happiness he brings into their lives. Together, as a family, they revelled in the delightful chaos of parenthood, knowing that these memories will be cherished forever.
