The clinging and clanking sound of plates and whispering woke Audrey up. She opened her eyes and sat up beating her head. She rubbed her eyes and stood up lazily then stopped when she noticed the bathroom direction changed. Isn't she at home? She went to a party last night. What happened? She tried to remember and pour out the water when images of her stalking Luke were envisaged in her head.

She disheveled her hair roughly indicating her frustration. Did she stoop so low and hit on her arrogant client? She doesn't like him. Now how will she face him? He's going to call her a slut again. Wait he kissed her too. She could get away with it and pretend not to remember.

That's a better option. Now she has to resume work. She recalled his kiss from the other night and chuckled. It seems he doesn't hate women completely meaning something changed his notion.

Why does she care? He's too wealthy for her anyway. She can't afford to offend such a person. She reminded herself. Don't fall for the bad arrogant CEO.

She got dressed and was set for the day. Someone knocked

" Come in"

" Manager Zachary, Mr. Hamilton is asking for you" she announced making her frown. Here goes nothing. It's time to test her acting skills. She checked if her ass was obvious and it was. She hopes he doesn't complain about it too. She buttoned up her sleeves and checked if her lipsticks were too much and wiped a little from them.

Though it was foolish of her she needed to take precautions in case he says something terrible again. With that, she quickly trailed off to his room. She knocked

" Come inside. " she walked in and saw him by the desk signing some papers.

" Good morning Mr. Hamilton, you sent for me" she acted cool she thinks.

" Did you sleep well? " He asked still writing on the paper

" I think so though I don't remember how I got home. I hope I didn't cause a ruckus. I know I'm a good girl even when drunk" she laughed jokingly earning a glare from him

"' you made a suggestion yesterday about giving me a new hostess. I thought about it and I agree. Bring them in and I'll pick" he started typing on his PC

" Okay. I'll be right back" she smiled sweetly. Finally, she's free.

" Hold on. You kissed me without permission last night for that I'm not paying two days bill. " He announced. The smile immediately vanished. Is he joking or getting on her nerves. He deepened the kiss. He held her waist too and kissed her without permission in the car. She was furious.

" I don't understand. I think I saved you with that kiss and you kissed me too. ravishing my mouth actually" she voiced her salary wasn't up to the amount he pays a day. Thus she was ready to make him change his mind.

" Ravishing? He asked while raising a brow waiting to hear her elaborate on it

" Not ravish but a little ravishing. You sucked the air out of my lungs"

" Weren't we playing the lady? He asked mischievously

" Okay fine. I made a mistake. I thought I was doing the right thing so please anything but the bills. I don't know have that kind of money" she said dejectedly

" Yet you think I'm bossing you around when your salary isn't up to my suite bills. That's despicable" he cursed as her face turn green

" I have another suggestion. Have a seat " he ushered. She sat down slowly. Isn't she pretending not to remember? Two can play the game.

" When I check out, my chauffeur will pick you up to remain my plus one to every party or event I go to. I'll take care of the clothes. I don't care where you are or what you're doing. When I call you must appear. " He uttered. She listened carefully waiting for the day to come. As long as she escapes the hell hole she got herself into.

" Fine. Is that all?

" No drinking. You made a fool of yourself last night. " He said making her flinched. No no. He shouldn't talk about it.

" I did? Oh God I don't wanna know"

" You may leave. " He said. She stood up happily and left. He was finally done with her. Now she can resume her daily life.

Lucas heaved a sigh of relief. He was getting attracted to her and it wasn't right. He doesn't need a woman. Audrey might change his mind if he keeps her around. It's better to prevent it from happening.
