Chapter 34: Chapter 34
"What do you mean by paying using my body?"
Jonea's mind was already wandering all over the place. Just imagining she already had goosebumps not playing. Jonea had already thought a lot of bad things about what they would do to her.
Ed raised his index finger and pointed straight at Jonea. "Starting today, you will be a special club dog."
"A-dog? What is this? Do you want to make me your errand boy? Tch!" Jonea silently clenched her fists at her sides. "Rather than like that, we better fight now one on one!"
The atmosphere suddenly became silent. The members of the particular club looked Jonea up and down.
"Hey, Miller. You look so weak from any side-right, left, front, or back. Even you have no chance of winning against our weakest club member."
It instantly exploded. All the club members who were there laughed at Jonea's challenge.
Jonea puffed out her cheeks in embarrassment.
Ed raised both hands to calm the rest of his club. The young man smiled mischievously at Jonea.
"Hey, Glasses! We don't like violence. However, most of our members consist of judo athletes. But you still have to pay for the damage you caused. Or… accept it and become the dog of this club!"
"I'll pay for it!" Jonea shouted hastily.
Silence again.
"How are you going to pay 10 million Coll? Rob a bank?"
"In installments!" said Jonea loudly.
"Installs? It looks like you're joking with us. That thing you broke must be auctioned tonight. Social activities cannot be postponed. Are you going to let those orphanages down?"
'This… this is too much!' Jonea was on the verge of tears. 'They set me up. I was trapped by many weirdos who called themselves a special club. They are playing me on purpose!'
Jonea lowered her head. No matter how angry she is, she still can't do anything. Clearly, Jonea had made a mistake by breaking the expensive object. Like it or not, she must be held accountable for her actions.
"Okay!" Jonea said slowly as she lifted her head straight. "I will do it. So, what's my job now?"
Sitting in the middle and surrounded by special club members, Ed was starting to take an interest in Miller. He took a sip of the tea one of the club members served.
"Biggest!" call Ed.
The big-bodied student from the third grade approached. Even though his face still looked angry because of revenge on Miller, he tried to hold back in front of Edison.
"Starting today, Miller Fallon will be a member of our club. However, he still needs to be an official member. As the club president, I don't want any disputes between members. Because I see that you are still annoyed and have a grudge against him, you can ask for one thing to make your feelings of anger toward him end. What do you want from him?"
Biggest's face suddenly lit up.
Jonea silently closed her eyes. She sat cross-legged on the floor in front of the particular club members. Her hands were in her lap, tightly clenched.
'I'm ready for any punishment,' thought Jonea. 'I don't want to get into trouble with other people. My goal in coming here was not to make enemies but to uncover the perpetrators of Miller's bullying.'
Biggest looked happy when Edison allowed him to express his frustration at Miller.
"I want to beat him to death!" said Biggest, clenching his jaw. "But I know that's not allowed in school." Suddenly Biggest grinned slyly. "There's one thing he might just as well have done."
"Just say it," Ed said. "Miller has been a dog in our club. You are free to order him to do whatever you want."
"Auction banquet!" answered Biggest. "I want to leave that task to him!"
Everyone gasped at the request made by Biggest.
"Are you kidding?"
"You are lucky, Biggest!" another said.
"It will benefit us!" shouted another. "What a great idea!"
"Yeah, we always have difficulty choosing representatives every year at the auction banquet. It's not a problem now, is it?"
Biggest turned to Miller. "All problems will be solved."
"Wait!" With a big grin, Ed began to survey Miller from head to toe. "Miller, try to stand up!" he ordered.
Jonea complied. She stood with drooping shoulders.
Ed snapped his fingers. "Perfecto! You have a keen eye, Biggest!" Ed patted Biggest's shoulder, making the student's head growl.
Jonea did not understand the situation she was in. She watched the members of the particular club one by one, and they all smiled in satisfaction as they looked at Jonea. The girl felt something was wrong. She was starting to worry about the plans they would put on her.
Ed continued to smile without taking his eyes off Jonea. "Guys, take him right now! You guys have to make it as perfect as possible for the auction event to be won by our club."
"What is this?"
Jonea became alert and got into a stance. Five large students began to surround and surround her. Jonea was ready to fight them all if it was necessary.
"Miller, this is your first assignment as a special club dog. It would help if you went with them. You must carry out your task tonight perfectly!" Ed ordered.
"Task? What assignment do you mean?" she shouted.
"We have to dress you up to look like a girl. You will be the sole waitress at tonight's auction representing a special club."
"What? Being a girl? Can't! Impossible!" she shouted. "I am a man. I don't want to wear girls' make-up and wear dresses!"
However, Jonea's screams and resistance were ignored by them. Ed also ordered the five students to drag Jonea and dress her according to the plan immediately.
"What is this? Let me go! Target you, bastards."
Jonea kicked and punched and struggled. No matter how hard she resisted, the five large male students possessed even greater strength than her. They dragged her out of school.
"This is going to be an interesting show," muttered Ed. He took out his cell phone and called his friends from the B4 members.
"Hunter, are you ready for tonight's auction? This year I will beat your club!" challenged.
"What do you mean, Ed? Beat me?" Hunter laughed condescendingly. "Do not dream! We are best friends, but competition is still competition."
"Anyway, you have to come in time! You will suffer your defeat!" Ed gave a satisfied laugh before turning off his cell phone.
In the SUV, Jonea accompanied by five students from a particular club, started to leave school.
"Where are you guys taking me?" Jonea is scared.
"You don't need to panic like that," answered one of the students sitting beside Jonea. "We're just going to go to the salon and shop for some clothes that suit you."
"To the salon? What for? Please explain to me. What are you guys planning?"
"Hey, you're so loud!" snapped another student who was getting impatient to hear Jonea's screams and whining. "Try explaining it to him briefly to keep him quiet."
"Every year before winter break, our school holds a charity event. Teachers, students, and individual clubs will donate their prized possessions for auction. The proceeds from the auction will be donated to the orphanage."
"Then what is my task?" Jonea trembled.
"Values that are up for auction usually have great value. And each club will send a representative to offer their goods to potential buyers. We will select one member to be a representative yearly based on a lottery. The unique thing about this event is that if the representative is a boy student, he must dress like a girl. On the other hand, if the club representative is a female student, she must dress like a boy."
"What the hell is that? This is embarrassing and ridiculous!" protested Jonea.
"Of course. It's just for fun. What else do you think it's for? Besides the boring auctions, we need something to spice up the event. You need to dress up like a girl and show off the items to be auctioned. Your job is done if that item sells for the highest price."
"But…." Jonea still wants to protest. "Why should I?"
"Ask Biggest that! Ha ha ha… He chose you! Biggest knows how to take advantage of the situation."
'No! You can't!' Jonea panicked.
She was talking to herself. The girl looked left and right. She saw the door of the oncoming car was unlocked. Jonea is looking for a way to escape them.
'They can't dress me up as a girl, or my identity will be exposed.'
Jonea suddenly moved quickly, grabbing the doorknob. The steering wheel was shaking. They all screamed in panic. When Jonea was about to run away, another student behind her hit the girl on the nape until she fainted.
"Why didn't you do it earlier? Damn it! This mad dog is boisterous. It would help if you knocked him unconscious from the start. Let us not be overwhelmed," said the student driving the car.
