Leo quickly escorted alana to the hotel room they had previously lived in
"I'm just going to talk about work and it won't take long," Leo said, putting alana on the bed.
"I'll go along with it," alana said, "but Leo put his arm over his shoulder.
"Just for a minute, you'd better clean yourself up and rest, I'm sure you're tired." Leo blurted it again, making alana wiggle her lips.
"You promised not to be long," alana said, making Leo nod his head, Leo kissed alana's forehead long before she actually left the hotel room, hoping that all of her husband's problems could be solved properly and also hoping that a man named Edgar would actually help them out.
Alana stepped out of her seat, and Leo seemed right in saying that he should get cleaned up and rest, alana really felt his body breaking, his numb feet as most ran and stroked his bloated abdomen.
"Thank you for being so strong in there," alana said to the fetus she was carrying, alana just being a little alarmed because the terrible events she was experiencing caused her to move a lot, even running, she feared if anything happened to the baby being conceived, but alana didn't feel the slightest complaint in her stomach and hoped nothing would happen again.

Leo was out of the elevator passing his gaze at one of the restaurants that were in the hotel, after which he looked at the one table in the corner, there he was waiting for him with a drink he was gulping down.
"I'm sorry I took so long" Leo said as he pulled up the chair in front of Edgar.
"Is your wife hard to persuade when you leave her? "Asked Edgar casually as he looked at Leo.
"Like that, she's been a bit spoilt since her pregnancy," Leo replied, making Edgar giggle for a while, but afterward Leo could see the look on Edgar's face that turned into a melancholy.
"You're so lucky to be able to feel his perturbed", Edgar said, leaving Leo to frown, when his sad face was visible to him but as Leo was about to open his mouth to answer his words, Edgar suddenly cut him off and changed the conversation.
"So what is the most important thing you want to discuss with me? "Edgar asked Leo again, swallowing the question he was about to ask.
"About this ongoing project in Italy" Leo said made Edgar look at him expressively.
"You know, I couldn't possibly stay here and I had to take care of some issues in Indonesia, where there were still two people left to clean up." Leo said.
"And my main reason, you know not that I can't leave alana alone in Indonesia after this, I might not be able to walk away from her." continued Leo, who was starting to get caught up with Edgar.
"The only person I can ask for help is you."
Edgar then leaned over and put his hands on the table while staring at Leo with a serious look.
"Why do you trust me? "Asked Edgar
"Maybe I'm not doing the same thing Bruce did, and don't you know that I am one of the most powerful mob bosses here, of course the path that doesn't suit you is that I'm running a dark business that I already know is stuck in me." Leo knew everything about Edgar, but his little heart told him that the only person he could trust was the man he barely knew who claimed to be the friend of his father.
"Since I'm just following my heart, I'm sure you can trust me to continue on with the project," Leo said, making Edgar giggle.
"I think you were wrong to point at me" was Edgar leaning against the bench.
"I can't take your trust, you better appoint someone who can finish all the existing projects here"Edgar's suggestion that Leo was in denial, but Leo felt that if no one else could be trusted than Edgar, maybe pedro could take over but his secretary Leo needed to be with him at headquarters.
"Well, then I'd better stop the project already in motion, if you don't want to take over, you know it's not hard for me to trust someone again and you're different." Leo said with his decision to make Edgar raise his eyebrows to stare at Leo.
"So you stick to your decision, you want me to take over the ongoing project." Edgar made Leo nod his head.
"How much can you pay me if I take over this project?"
"You could take thirty percent of the profits from the first project I agreed upon, not the one Bruce wanted."Leo's words left Edgar speechless, Leo knew his return was small with the wealth of Edgar's underbelly, but somehow Leo believed that Edgar would surely accept his offer.
"All right. Thirty percent and no change, how much time do you want to target this project? "Asked Edgar, made Leo pull the corners of his lips.
"No more than one year" Leo replied, Edgar nodding his head, Edgar not only accepting Leo's offer just because of the benefit he was given, there was another reason that helped his friend's child in the first place and perhaps this was the only way to make amends to his friend, but that Edgar now made his part in the ocean group project.
Leo then extended his hand to Edgar made Edgar look at him for a moment before greeting him.
"I hope this alliance will do us good." Leo said, full of hope.
"I will have prepared some documents that we need, and then I will send them to you, and I will also ask my secretary to adjust to arrange everything and introduce them to you, he is one of the people that I trust.
"Well, I guess we'll just have to get here where my room key is," Edgar blurted as he stretched out his hand, making Leo giggle and giving him the key he had previously ordered.
"One room in my new business partner" Leo said upset Edgar.
"Even though you could have a plain room, what the hell for a honeymoon suite you've reserved for me, you're making fun of me" Edgar replied, making Leo giggle.
"You can call one of your girlfriends if you want, I don't mind, all the perks I'll pay for." Leo said back.
"And that sounds ten times more painful than your first taunt, but fine I'll enjoy the suite you've ordered me to indulge me, have fun with your wife.
While Leo remained silent for a moment at the back of a middle-aged man he had recently met, yet somehow Leo was able to trust him and feel that he was very close to the man with the scar on his face.
