"Oh my God." The doctor panicked, then she rushed to Valeria's side.

"Oh dear, please calm down, please." The doctor cooed as she hugged Valeria.

Valeria began to weep, she just found it hard to believe that she was pregnant, she cried uncontrollably, and the doctor did her best to comfort her.

Valeria walked out of the hospital looking so dejected. She wasn't even looking at where she was going to, she bumped into someone and she fell to the floor.

"Are you blind? See where you are going, girl." The lady scolded.

"You're two weeks pregnant." The doctor's voice rang in her ears.

"You'll need to take good care of yourself now."

Valeria placed a hand on her stomach.

"I'm pregnant, I'm pregnant with Ergon's baby," She whispered, as tears ran freely down her cheeks.

"How could this happen? Why did I let this happen? What will my mom say? What will ma'am Shiella say? What will everyone say or do to me when they find out?" She asked herself several questions with tears in her eyes. She trembled badly out of fright.

"What have I done to myself?"

"What have I done to myself?" She repeated, then she began to slap herself.

"Valeria!" The driver called as he rushed to her side.

"Oh dear, what are you doing? Get up please." He said, then he helped Valeria to stand up.

"What happened to you dear? Why are you like this? What did the doctor say?" The driver asked.

Valeria couldn't reply, all she did was cry.

The driver sighed deeply.

"Let's get you home," he assisted Valeria as they both walked back to the car.

He opened the front door for her and she slowly got in. He went to the driver's side, opened his door and he went.

The driver drove off immediately.

The car pulled up in front of the mansion.

"We're home." The driver announced.

"Sir?"

"Yes dear."

"Can I ask you for a favor, please?"

"Sure dear, go ahead."

"Can you not tell anyone about what happened earlier?" Valeria asked, pleadingly.

"Don't worry dear, I won't say anything to anyone. I might not know what the problem is, but I want you to be strong, okay."

"Thank you sir," Valeria replied.

She wiped off her tears, then she got out of the car. She went directly to her room, and thankfully, she didn't meet anyone on her way.

She got to her room and she locked herself inside, her back was against the door, she slowly fell to her knees, and she began crying again.

"Oh God! What do i do now?I've made a huge mistake. What will Ergon say when he finds out?" She cried again.

"Ergon," She whispered his name and quickly braced herself.

"I..i.. had better tell him about this. We need to find a solution to this, there has to be something we can do,' she wiped off her tears with the back of her palm.

She hurriedly took the pregnancy results from her bag, she threw her bag on the floor, hastily opened the door, then she went out, running straight to Ergon's room.

When she got to his room, she didn't bother knocking but opened the door and walked in briskly.

"Valeria," Ergon called in surprise. He was actually playing a game on his phone when she came in.

"Ergon, there's a problem, we've got an issue," Valeria stated, breathlessly.

Ergon furrowed his brow, he got down from the bed, then he went to her.

"What do you mean, Valeria, I don't understand this?" Ergon asked in confusion.

"Take a look at this," She quickly handed him the test results.

Ergon took the paper from her and opened it. He read the words silently. Suddenly, his eyes widened with shock, and his jaw dropped when he finally realised what the paper was all about.

"Y...y...you're pregnant!" He stuttered.

Ergon felt like a whole bucket of ice had been poured on him.

"Y y you're pregnant." He repeated, still finding it hard to believe.

"Yes Ergon, I'm pregnant, I'm pregnant with your baby." Valeria panicked.

"What?" Ergon yelled, the paper he was holding fell out of his hand.

"W..what do you mean? Whose baby?."

"With your baby Ergon, I'm pregnant with your baby." Valeria repeated, holding each side of his arm.

Ergon looked at her in disbelief, his brain was literally still trying to process what she had just said.

How can she be pregnant with his baby when he hasn't even touched her yet, and if Valeria is truly pregnant, then the baby isn't his but someone else's, and this also means one thing. Valeria has been cheating on him, and now, whoever she was cheating on him with got her pregnant and now she's trying to pin the blame on him.

Ergon roughly pushed Valeria away from him.

"You slut!" He spat. Surprising Valeria.

"What?" Valeria asked, not being able to believe he'd just called her a slut.

"How dare you, Valeria?" Ergon yelled, in rage.

"How dare you cheat on me with another man and when he's finally gotten you pregnant, you want to pin the blame on me." Ergon said, staring at her with so much hatred in his eyes.

The eyes which used to hold nothing but love in them for her now have only hatred in them.

"W...what are you saying, Ergon? Please, if this is a joke, just stop it already. I don't get it. What are you saying? I'm pregnant with your child. You were the one who got me pregnant, you're the only man I've ever slept with, Ergon. I gave you my virginity even when I told you to wait. What are you saying now?"

Ergon suddenly busted into terrible laughter.

"So, you also gave the bastard your virginity and pretended to be a saint in front of me? I seriously can't believe this Valeria, you're a bitch, a shameless whore, you're a pretender! How dare you, Valeria, how dare you try to pin another man's child on me?!"

Ergon's words were like a knife, and they cut deep into Valeria's heart.

"Ergon, please don't do this to me, " She whispered with tear-filled eyes.

She slowly walked over to him and made an attempt to touch him, but instead, she was rewarded with a hot slap on her cheek.

"Get away from me!"
