"Why?" Ergon asked.

"Just don't come close. Leave me alone, Ergon," Valeria said in a glare.

Ergon didn't listen but moved closer to her, and placed both his hands at each side of the wall with her head in the middle. Since he was taller than her, he had to crouch down at her level.

Valeria quickly turned her face away, she didn't want to look into his eyes.

"Why are you avoiding my gaze, Valeria?" Ergon asked.

Their close proximity affected Valerian. She could feel his hot breath fanning her face, and it made her shiver.

"Talk to me, what's wrong with you? Why are you suddenly avoiding me?"

"I'm not avoiding you, Ergon, so please get away from me. I need to use the restroom." She replied, with her face still turned away from him.

"You're sure you're not avoiding me?"

Valeria remembered Noah also said that to her when she had told him she wasn't afraid of him. He had asked her to prove it to him.

What's with the brothers and proving her words to them? Valeria mentally groaned her frustration.

"Come on Valeria, prove to me that you're not avoiding me," Ergon said.

Valeria shut her eyes tight, and sighed deeply before opening them again.

"What should I do?" She asked, her face still turned away.

Ergon smirked mischievously.

"You say you're not avoiding me, but you can't stare back at me." He smirked.

"Shit!" Valeria hissed.

"Look at me in the eyes, Valeria, then I'll believe you're not avoiding me. Stop avoiding my gaze."

Valeria was about to speak when someone interrupted them.

"What are you two doing?"

Ergon turned in the direction of the voices and frowned when he saw it was Sheila.

"It's none of your business Sheila." He fired, and Sheila scoffed.

"Why don't you two get a room instead!" Sheila barked.

Valeria immediately pushed Ergon away, and ran back to the classroom at the speed of light.

Ergon was lucky he didn't lose his balance, else he would have fallen when she bolted from him that way.

He glared at Sheila angrily. It was all her fault, she had come at the wrong time and Valeria had slipped out of his hands.

"Bitch!" He cursed.

He made to leave the classroom so he could go after Valeria, but Sheila grabbed him by the hands, preventing him from leaving.

"Let go of my hand right now, Sheila!" He yelled with gritted teeth.

"Why are you doing this, Ergon? Can't you see that I'm in love with you? Why do you keep chasing after someone who doesn't deserve you? She doesn't even have time for you." Ergon scoffed at her.

"I don't care what you choose to believe, and I don't give a shit about anything you're saying right now, but that girl you say doesn't deserve me is my girlfriend, and she's the only one I love."

"Do you think I'll believe that?"

"You two aren't truly dating, and I know it," Sheila said.

"I don't give a fuck what you think!" Ergon spat.

He angrily took her hand off his, then he made to leave, but Sheila quickly ran over to him and stoo in front of him. She hugged him tightly, pressing her boobs against his chest.

She stood up, dusted her skirt, and left the classroom, with the thought of making life unbearable for Valeria, since she'd decided to take Ergon away from her.

She vowed to make Ergon hers. She isn't the type to give up easily.

It won't take long, Ergon will be hers. She'll get what she wants, and she'll destroy anyone that gets in her way.

Erica sat in her room, thinking about what she said to Valeria. She knew she had managed to install fear in her. But it was all for the best.
