BRUCE

I woke up early and saw Simoune still sleeping next to me, because she was so busy that she probably didn't remember that today is Valentine's day. I immediately got up and went to the kitchen to cook our food, after I finished cooking I immediately went out to find somewhere to buy flowers, luckily I saw something outside the village and I didn't have to go far

When I got back to Simoune's house, Nanny Lily woke up

"Good morning Nanny Lily, Happy Valentine's day" I said and then I gave her a piece of rose

"Today is Valentine's Day, right? I didn't even remember because I was so busy and for sure Simoune didn't remember either" Nanny Lily said

"She probably didn't remember it because she was so busy with her work, I could see her tiredness on her face last night so I didn't take it anymore" I said

When Nanny Lily and I sat in the chair, I immediately saw that Simoune had already gone down the stairs and that she was still sleepy

"Good morning babe, Happy Valentine's day!!" I said and then I handed her a piece of flower

I didn't buy a bouquet because there were only two pieces left from the one I bought earlier, but I know that Simoune will be happy with this

"Awww, thank you babe! Is it Valentine's day today? Time is really fast" Simoune said

"Yes, I know you won't remember Valentine's day because I know you are busy with your work" I said

"Sorry babe, if you think I'm not giving you time anymore" Simoune said

"What's up, that's okay as long as we eat at a fancy restaurant later to celebrate Valentine's Day. Come with us, Nanny Lily, so you won't be sad and bored at home" I said

"Oh no, I'll just get tired if I go with you. Just the two of you and Simoune, I really want to rest first" Nanny Lily said

"If that's really the case, go ahead as long as you promise me that you won't get tired Nanny Lily, okay?" Simoune said

"Yes, you and Bruce will be careful! I love you two very much, you are like my real children" Nanny Lily said, hugging us at the same time

"We love you too Nanny Lily" Simoune said

We ate breakfast and then Simoune helped Nanny Lily take the medicine and then take a bath. After taking a bath we thought of watching a movie with Nanny Lily. I'm happy that Simoune is happy because I know that all she wants to happen is for Nanny Lily to get better and for us to graduate with our friends

It was lunchtime when I got up from the chair and then I went to the kitchen while Simoune stayed watching TV

"Do you want me to help you?" Nanny Lily asked

"Not anymore, you're not allowed to get tired, remember?" I said

Simoune immediately pulled her back to the sofa and then they watched again, I know Nanny Lily is embarrassed because I'm the one who cooks in this house but she can't do anything because she can't be tired, and Simoune doesn't know how to cook at home I almost didn't get home, but I knew that mommy understood what was happening.

After I finished cooking, I immediately served it on the table and then I called Nanny Lily and Simoune, they immediately came to me and then we started eating

"Nanny Lily, after eating, you should go to sleep. It is also good that we serve vegetables because they will do better for your body" Simoune said

"Yes, you and Bruce should be careful when you walk outside on a date somewhere. Happy Valentine's to you two" Nanny Lily said

"Happy Valentine's Day too Nanny Lily" Simoune said

After we ate, Simoune accompanied Nanny Lily to her room and then gave her medicine and then accompanied her until she fell asleep while I took a shower and got dressed so that I would wait for her, a few minutes later she went up to her room to shower and make up

It's been a long time since we've been to the mountain where we hang out so I thought of going there for our date, it's nice there because we're the only ones who often hang out there and the air is so beautiful and fresh. After Simoune made arrangements, we left their house and got into the car

“Happy Valentine Babe!” I said

I kissed her and hugged her, because the time we spend with each other is very short so this is a good day at least we made the most of our time together. It's good that there is no school and we are just waiting for the announcement of graduation day

When we got to the restaurant, I immediately put it in the drive-thru, because I plan to celebrate our Valentine's date on the mountain.

"Why should we drive thru?" Simoune asked

"I plan to celebrate on the mountain where we hang out, is that okay with you?" I asked

"Ahhh, yes, it's okay with me" Simoune said

We immediately ordered and headed to the mountain where we always hung out. When we got to the mountain it was very shady and windy. It's beautiful to look at and enjoy the breeze. I'm glad that we had a rest day after all the tiredness we experienced the past few days

"Thank you for all your efforts Bruce, you know I'm ashamed to your mommy because you're almost always at home and never come home or even sleep at your house" Simoune said

"Don't worry, Mommy understands our situation now. Mommy is even happy that I can help you, also since uncle died, mommy said if I can accompany you in your house, I will do it" I said

"You're very lucky aren't you? Because your mommy and daddy are still alive" She said

"Are you lucky too? You have Nanny Lily, you have mommy and siblings who are still alive and of course you have me" I said

She immediately laughed and hit me on the shoulder, we happily enjoyed the breeze as if this was the time we were given to rest. Simoune was taking a nap while lying on my lap so I immediately adjusted it so I could lay her down and we could both take a nap

When I woke up it was late, I looked at my phone to see the clock and saw that it was 4 in the afternoon. I immediately got up and prepared the food Simoune and I bought earlier at the fancy restaurant, a few minutes later she woke up and was looking at me

"Did I sleep too long?" She asked

"Don't worry because I fell asleep too, we can date once and we still fall asleep" I said

We ate while chatting, and when we finished eating, Simoune thought of playing music and then the two of us stood up. I held it by the waist and followed the beat of the music, I saw Simoune's smile and I knew she was very happy

"I love you Babe!" Simoune whispered in my ears

"I love you too" I said, and I kissed her forehead

After we danced, we thought of putting away our things because we had to go home because I was going to cook dinner for us, after we cleaned our bed, we immediately went home to Simoune's house.

When we got home, we saw Nanny Lily watching TV and smiling at us as if she was very happy that we had a date outside

"How was your date?" Nanny Lily asked

"It's okay Nanny Lily, how are you? Maybe something hurts in your body?" Simoune asked

"Nothing hurts me, I'm happy that you are happy. You will always remember to love each other! Don't be tempted by the problem because that will destroy your relationship" Nanny Lily said

"Yes, we will make what you said a guide" Simoune said

I went to the kitchen to cook, while I was cooking Simoune was setting up a laptop in the living room because she still had work. After I finished cooking, I immediately called Nanny Lily and since Simoune was busy at work, I didn't disturb her and Nanny Lily and I ate together.

"Maybe the work that Simoune did was difficult, right?" Nanny Lily asked

"I don't know the job she did Nanny Lily but it looks like her job is difficult Nanny Lily" I said

"Oh go ahead and eat, I'll probably wash the dishes so you don't get tired" Nanny Lily said

"No more, I'll do everything Nanny Lily, rest early" I said

"Alright if that’s what you wanted" Nanny Lily said

After Nanny Lily and I finished eating, I immediately made her drink medicine and then took her to the room where she was sleeping, when Nanny Lily lay down, she held my hand and then said

"Take care and love Simoune, I believe you two will last a long time, you just have to believe and stay with each other. You know how much I love Simoune and you should love her the same, because she deserves to be loved properly. If only I could be with her for life but that's not possible, so you always be with her" Nanny Lily said

"You can still go with Nanny Lily, don't talk like that. You won't leave us yet because we'll be together for a long time, you'll be with us on our graduation day, you can't be without us" I said

Nanny Lily just smiled at me and went to sleep. I was worried about what she was saying because of what she was thinking. I know it's hard to be sick, but it's even harder if you think about the pain, the more Nanny Lily will feel that she is sick.

I left the room and after serving Simoune's meal after she worked, I sat on the sofa while waiting for her to finish what she was doing. After a few minutes it was over and then I took the food I had prepared and handed it to her

"Thank you, is Nanny Lily okay? Has Nanny Lily fallen asleep yet?” She asked

"Of course it's over, you eat that so we can both rest" I said

"Thank you babe for everything" Simoune said

"You're always welcome" I said and kissed her on her forehead

She ate and after she ate she immediately went up to her room, I was left washing dishes in the kitchen and putting away Simoune's set-up in the living room even though what I was doing was very tiring, I was trying to understand Simoune because I knew she is very tired because of her work

After everything I arranged and cleaned, I also went up to Simoune's room and saw that she was sleeping soundly so I didn't disturb her anymore and then I laid down on her bed. I hugged and kissed her, she is such a hardworking and loving person that I am so glad that I am the lucky man to have her as my girlfriend

I didn't realize that I fell asleep because I was tired too
