Until I came to an open field with a cliff, there were several men in a mask with a tiger tattoo. Shit really! How did they find us? I saw the young master fighting. It’s not his inner demon who resists, but him.

“Young- this is Killian! Are you okay?! Are you injured !? ” I asked and approached him, there were still men around.

“I’m fine, I can’t contact Ophelia. I hope Vanilla’s fine, maybe they are also being attacked. ” I bit my lip so hard, why is he still thinking about Vanilla? He’s in the middle of a fight! What if he gets hurt? Vanilla parin ?!

We just attacked the men, they didn't speak. Damn the number of them but we still attacked them, Killian’s good at this-

"Hello." a familiar voice… “Great to see you two again.”

It was Eve. How did he see us? Why was our information leaked ?! Why-

"Y-you." Kill and I said at once. "What do you need? HA !? ”

Fortunately, we are ready for such things, we have some guns with us. Since I was fast, I also easily dodged the attacks of these men. Killian’s good at combat now too, because maybe his training is aborad.

Phee did mention that Killian got stronger because of what happened to us at school. I would have brought up the topic at school earlier in case he avoided me afterwards. I have so many questions at the moment I can hardly focus on Eve.

"We just want to kill her." they always say her, but who is her?

"Her… you didn't mention who she is." I said to him.

I saw Eve smile, more and more men surrounded us so we became alert.

"As expected, you're sharp and smart." He smirked and said that he was the only one who was not masked by his colleagues.

“Why do you need him? She’s been through so much! Why do you need him ?! ” Eve laughed and pulled out her dagger.

“We don't need her, we just need to kill her. That’s all. ” Why didn't he mention the name !? Is he really pertaining to Vanilla? But why is he targeting others.

Obviously Killian’s pertaining to Vanilla.

"Why would you kill him?" they are still not attacking, what are they waiting for? Are they waiting for something to signal? It’s just my instinct telling me that something will happen later.

“She’s in our way with our plans. Even the Tigress wanted to kill her but she just can’t. many are watching. ” He said and sighed

“How did you know where we were? This land is undiscovered yet-

“Oh you don't know? Meet Levine Pines, she’s the best of the best! She can leak any information from any of you! Do you know he is good at such things because he comes from the Pines family? ” wait… what? Levine… Lev ???

"What are you saying there?" I asked angrily. “Lev-

“Oh really? She is the only one who gave us the information, her family is best in any devices. She’s also good at combat fighting. Kind of an assassin actually, because of him. we found you. ” Pines? Why don't we know that? Isn’t she Aurelius ’assistant?

Wait, maybe she’s pretending to be Aurelius assistant? To get information? Aurelius has any kind of information… I don’t think Eve’s also lying.

"Where is he now?" I forgot, that I haven't seen him since the incident at school happened. He's also on that wing, isn't he?

“She’s monitoring us, you can’t see her. But! She can hear us. ” I held Eve by her ear and nodded. "Attack them, Levine says we need to move"

He commands his companions. What ?! I was surprised when they attacked at the same time, of course we attacked back. The young master is behind me and he has an opponent in front of him. guess we’re protecting ourselves from behind then.

We started attacking, I don’t really like using guns but I prefer to use a bat or metal something to strike them. They won't be able to wake up to that especially on my neck. we attacked and only a few were left.

But we were breathless and exhausted, we didn’t know how many hours we were fighting. But I’m sure the night’s getting longer. Killian and I have a few scars and wounds, but we can still fight.

Eve’s not attacing which is weird. She seems to be waiting for something…

*KILLIAN! APPLE !!! SI VANILLA-*

We heard the earpiece case was broken. What happened to Vanilla? I immediately looked at the young master… he wants to go there.

"Guess it's time." I heard Eve whisper. What time? Time for what?

“Quinn! We have to go there! Let's go! Just dodge every attack! ” Killian shouted loudly, we can make it out here because there are only a few of them.

Killian ran first so I followed. He runs fastas heck I can hardly catch up with him as we start running. We’re running near the cliff… the speed he really ran-

"Ack!" I was surprised when Eve suddenly attacked me so I backed away. shit- I'm on the edge of the cliff!

I know he would attack us when we ran away, but I was the one he attacked and not Killian. While at school, they attacked Killian.

"Ahhh… he left you." Smiling Eve said, didn't Killian see me? Maybe he didn’t, because he was busy thinking about Vanilla’s safety since our earpiece rang. only Eve caught up with us.

"W-what do you need?" I readied my gun again. He smiled even more when I asked that, wait that look… don’t tell me ??? "H-you don't need Vanilla…"

“BINGO !!! Fortunately, you were left behind, we really want you exhausted so you can't run properly. We were aiming at you instead of Prince Killian… I don't think he will leave you right away. Now it’s easier to kill you. ” He replied.

As I thought, he was already looking at me. Why? What do they need from me. They want me dead? Why ??? I was ready for the position. I'm panting and sweating too much… what do they need?

"Why- *BANG *" I got on my knees when he shot my leg. SHIT! NOW I CANT FUCKING RUN! I CANT MOVE PROPERLY SO I CAN'T MOVE.

"Too bad…" he would have shot me in case I have decided. Obviously he was aiming at my heart, but what if I jumped in the cliff? I need to jump- “WHAT THE FUCK STOP MOVING AND DON’T JUMP-

"QUINN !!!" I turned my attention to the caller. It was Killian, he came back for me… but too late, I was already falling down the cliff. "NOOOO !!!"

He promised to protect me too, I trusted him. But I guess my trust was never enough…

I saw his fear and shock when I fell. I don’t know how high this cliff is. I don’t know if I’m gonna die…? But this is better than getting shot.

I slowly closed my eyes and my tears flowed. I hate him, but I still love him… no matter what happens.

I looked at him as I was slowly falling, he was near the cliff because he leaned towards me ..

I smiled at him and mouthed ‘I love you’… for the last time.
