Chloe Montclair

"Oh my goodness! Chloe!"

"Is this you?!" Both my friends exclaimed in a stunned tone. The latter was Janet.

"You're going out tonight?! Having a dinner with Ken?" Janet asked again as her face lighten up in excitement.

"I have a date tonight." I twirled and asked. "Tell me girls, is there anything I need to retouch?."

"You're looking stunning, Chloe! What's the occasion?." Tiana questioned.

I'm putting on a pencil slit maroon skirt and a black top, I bring out my black 4 inches heels and curled my brown long hair. It was a simple dress but yet, I look elegant. I do not need to be told that, I saw it with my two eyes and I loved what I see.

Still, wondering where I'm going. Wondering if, it's Ken I'm having a dinner date with? No... Not with Ken but with someone else.  Just yesterday, on my way back from the airport with Ken when I got a text from Sebastian.

'Hi, Vivian... I don't know how you're going to take this but, could you spare me your time and have dinner with me tomorrow? It's fine if you don't what to, I just want to apologize for what I did to you'- Sebastian Diego.

I know, it was a big risk for me to say yes to him but, this was what I had planned for right from on set.. to get closer to him and ruined him for good. And now, I'm doing just exactly that.

"So, tell us. Is my brother coming over to pick you up? You crazy girl! Why didn't you tell us you two have been seeing each other? When did it start? In Toronto? Or where?." She bombards me with questions.

"Well, girls... I'm not having a dinner date with your brother but, with Seb."

"What?!!"

"Sebastian!!!" They both exclaimed in unison.

"Yes so, I will see you, girls, soon." I tried to walk away but Tiana stopped me.

"Are you crazy or what? What do you think, you're doing? You're planning to dine with a man that planned to hurt you?." She scolds me.

"You can't blame me. Besides, this is what I've always planned, for a day like this. You're aware of it."

"That's because I thought, I mean, I never know it will put you in danger. You can't go to meet that bastard, after all, he's done to you! Janet, state some sentence into her!" She said in a worried tone.

"Chloe, what she's saying is right. Stop all of these, please. You want to ruin him for good? I believed, Ken can do that.. he will help you."

"And, what about my reputation? What about all he has done to make people hate me? I need to at least pay him back for that. Janet, Tiana, I know you two are worried about me but trust me, I will be fine. Nothing is going to happen to me and please, non of you should say a word to mom about this... I do not want her to get worried."

"What, shouldn't they tell me?." We all heard her voice ask.

"M.. mom? Erm, I.. actually I-" she stared at me and asked again. "Are you going out tonight? What's the occasion?."

Yesterday as I came back home, we had a conversation. I told her everything about me including my revenge on Sebastian.

"So, you change your appearance too? Isn't that too hurtful to do?."

"No, it's not mom. To be able to get my revenge on him without any trace, I had to do this."

"And your sister? Do you still hate her and want to take your revenge on her too? What if, she was fooled by that man? What if, she had no intention to hurt you... She's still your sister after all and you can't hurt her."

"But she hurt me, mom! I loved her! I loved her so much and could do anything or fight anyone in the whole world because of her, use betrayed me first. Not only did she side with Sebastian but also, paid the warder to make life miserable for me in prison. The warder told me herself! She went to her and lied about me to her. She made me look like a bad person, mom! Tell me, how can I forgive such a person? She never considered me as a sister because if she does, she wouldn't have hurt me that much." I said and tears stream down my cheeks.

"Chloe, are you even listening to me at all?." Mom's voice brought me out of my thought. Before I could say a word, she asked again. "Where are you going to?."

"I... I have a date with Ken." I lied.

"Then, why are you still standing here talking? Aren't you supposed to be out by now?."

"But mom, she's-" Tiana tried to say something but I cut her off.

"Of course, mom. I think, my ride is here." I said and ran out of the house before anyone of them could stop me.

Yes! Yes, you can do this Chloe. This is the best opportunity to make him believe you. Lure him into your trap, use him and dump him like the trash he has always been- I reminded myself.

Kenneth Domanco

I just got home tired and all I wanted to do right now is to rest. "Hey! I prepared your favorite. Will you eat it after you take a shower or-"

"Yes, after a shower please." I said before Nanny could finish her statement. I sauntered up to my room and just before I could walk in, my phone started to ring. I hissed and mentally cursed before I bring my phone out of my pocket.

It's Tiana.

What's wrong?- I thought.

"Hey!" I said as I pick up the call.

"Ken please, you need to do something. You have to stop her, I think she's going crazy already." She said in a worried tone.

"Calm down and talk to me. What's going on?."

"Chloe, she's going crazy! Do something, fast!"

"I'm not going to ask again after this, what's going on? Stop beating around the bush and tell me exactly what's happening."

"Okay, she... she left home just now to have dinner with that bastard. That con man!! I don't know what has gotten into her."

"Con man? Who?." I asked but, Janet called my name instead. "Hey, brother."

"Hey! What's going on? What's Tiana trying to say?."

"Chloe, non of us know what's going through her mind right now. She dressed nicely and went out just now to have dinner with Seb. She said, she has a date with him. I think something is wrong somewhere."

"What?!! Dinner date? With that bastard?!!" I burst out in anger. "Where the heck is she right now?."

"No idea, brother. Please, find her and bring her home. I think she might end up in trouble." She said and I hang up the call.

A date? With that bastard?- I scoff.

"Boss." My private investigator and also my personal guard said.

"John, find me Chloe's location now! I need it ASAP!"

"Roger that boss."

I turned around and walk down the stairs to leave but, Nanny had to stop me again. "Ken, where are you going to?."

"Something urgent came up. I need to leave now."

"But, you just got in now. Do you have to leave again?."

"I'm sorry, Nanny but, this is important. I need to leave now. I promise to be back as soon as I'm done." I hug her and left the room before she could stop me with any of her complaints again.

Chloe Montclair

"Hey!" Sebastian waves when I spot him. I moved closer to him

"Hi." I said

"Please, take a sit." He offered me a seat and I nod my head.

"I must admit, you look beautiful tonight."

"Do not forget, Mr. Diego, you're married."

"Being married doesn't mean, I shouldn't compliment another woman." He said with a slight chuckle.

"So, you wanted to see me?." I asked.

"Yes... But before that, I would like to apologize to you for what happened weeks back. It was never my intention to do that to you."

"It's fine. We all make mistakes and I believe, you mistook me for someone else."

"Yes, I did. Actually, at first... I thought you were her. She was my ex." He said in a sad tone.

Does this mean, he regrets his actions? Maybe, he's ready to change. Maybe, he wanted to ask for forgiveness. "Hey, are you alright? Is this something you would like to talk about?." I asked but, something caught my attention.

His wife, my sister. She was standing a few feet away watching us intently.

I missed her so much. This was the second time I will be setting my eyes on her after coming out from jail. I wanted to hug her, and ask her questions but, I can't do any of that.

She's hurt me too much to question her actions towards me. It's already been proven that all she did to me was from her heart.

I mentally smirk. Is she stalking her husband now? I got up from my seat and hug him as I tried to calm him down. I never wanted to do anything as such but because his wife is here, I need to make her feel jealous... She needs to experience every bit of pain I've been through.

And her husband looks vulnerable right now. I'm not sure if he feels bad about what he's done to me in the past but the fact that I can make his wife this restless with my presence- I like it.

"I used to love her! I love her so much." He said in a pained voice.

I loved you too, I loved you dearly but you betrayed me- I wanted to say that to him.

I went back to my seat and placed my hand on his that was already on the table. "You know, you can always talk to me right?." I said again caressing his hand.

I pray, that my tactics are working. I've always known his weakness and by that, I'm going to use it against him now.

"I-"

"WHAT THE FUCK IS GOING ON HERE?!!." I heard an angry voice said behind me.

Oh my goodness! what do I do now?! He's here!

For some strange reason, I looked terrified, Sebastian looks calm, and Ken? My God, he looks scary right now. What do I do now? How did he find me? He can never know I was coming out here to. meet Farhan, right?

Now, the two men are glaring at each other. "Ken, I can explain." I tried easing the tension between them.

"Ken, what's he doing here?." Sebastian asked, pointing his index finger at Jawad.

"I-" Ken cut me off by wrapping his hand on my wrist tightly as he made me stand on my feet immediately.

"Let's go." He said with an authoritative tone.

"She isn't going anywhere, Ken. Who the fuck are you to tell her what to do?! Just because you're the president son doesn't give you the right to act as you wish." Seb said as he held my left wrist also.

Great! people are beginning to glance our way. These two men are causing a commotion already. I don't even know how to stop them.

What if, the paparazzi get to know about this and start taking pictures? Ken's reputation will be at stake and, that might hinder him from getting his father's empire.

Chloe! What have you done again this time around?- I mentally scold myself.

"Don't you dare question me as you have no right to do that! she's my fiance! I'm warning you, Diego.. stay away from my woman else, you're going to regret ever crossing my path.

"Your fiance?." Seb scoff. "Then, why is she here with me without your knowledge? Does that mean, she doesn't love you and sees you incompetent enough to own her heart? Is it possible, she likes me?." He mocks Ken.

"How dare you!" Ken drops my hand and attacks him by giving him a hard punch on his face.

Oh my God!

Then, my sister made her presence known. "Seb!!" She yelled out his name in a worried tone as she ran closer to us.
