Rella left her parents' house feeling more confused, agitated and afraid. She didn't know what she expect would come from her revelation but she had hoped to get more closure.

"It might've been a prank call." Her mom had told her. "You know those are on the rise now."

Christian said the same thing but Rella knew what she heard she was so sure that if someone pointed a gun to her head she wouldn't change her statement.

Granted she had been paranoid lately, had even imagined Cindy slapping her and cursing her for taking her place. But she would recognise her twin's voice anywhere even from a single syllable.

"I know what I heard mom. It's her. And I don't know why she refused to talk to me."

"If that is the case then we need to find her."

" Mom I'm scared." Rella choked out. That was the first time she ever said that out loud as she realised she might lose everything she thought she had.

It's not fair.

Her mom pulled her in an embrace and she felt the dam open up. "I don't want to lose Stefan mother I love him."

"I know."

The ride home was swift, ending in no time at all. All Rella could think about was getting upstairs and lying down it's been a long day. She asked Henry to bring some snacks to her room. When she got to the middle of the stairs Rella couldn't move.

Her legs felt like there was led in them, bile rose up to her throat and everything was spinning. She struggled to stay on her feet grabbing the banister for support but it was useless. Her legs gave way from under her.

Stefan caught her just in time and she went slack in his arms. "Oh God." Fear laced his voice as he put his other arm behind her legs and scooped her up. He want back down the stairs shouting for the maid to bring some water. Stefan laid Rella on the couch, she looked pale and sickly and she was out cold.

"Come on wake up baby." He urged frantically. Stefan peeled off his jacket just as the water came.

"What happened? Do you want me to call the doctor?" Henry said.

As the first sprinkle of water hit her face, Rella stirred groaning before her eyes fluttered open.

"Are you awake?"

She glanced around confused. "What happened, why are you back so early?" She asked.

" You fainted."Stefan answered." I called you but you didn't pick up so I rushed over I'm glad I did, if I hadn't been here lord knows what could've happened. You almost broke your neck on those stairs. " His tone was both scolding and worried.

She tried to sit up suddenly but another wave of dizziness swept over her and she lay back down.

" Maybe we should call the doctor. "

" I'm fine no need to worry. I just need to rest that's all. " She insisted.

" Are you sure, 'cause you don't look so good and this fainting spell all of a sudden… " Stefan swallowed hard. Rella put a hand on his and smiled.

"I'm fine I swear."

Stefan's brows furrowed suddenly. "Why were you up and about when you should've been in bed resting?"

"I got bored." She said quickly. "Besides it could just be stress."

"What are you stressed about, is there something bothering you?" Stefan caressed her her face.

" It's nothing you should be worried about. "

" I hope you know that you can tell me about your worries, whatever it is I'll be right beside you all the way." She's aware of that which is why she was feeling bad about everything.

Rella's smile was sad as she stared at him. She kissed his mouth and said, " I know. "
