Chapter 64: Chapter 64

Rella gave up trying to climb out of the stall because it was too high for her. After what seemed like eternity, she made a decision she knew she would regret.

Well I can't stay here can I she thought to herself besides being in the restroom for long was starting to make her stomach roll and she knew she'd be reaquainted with her lunch soon if she didn't get out.

"Here goes my pride and dignity."

She braced herself and went on all fours going all the way down until her belly was touching the ground as she crawled out of the stall. There was no saving her dress, it was wrinkled and dirty. Curse those stuck up women for real.

Rella washed her hands and left the rest room only to find Lucille standing in the hall.

"I've been looking everywhere for you!" She said. "The induction started about half an hour ago and when you were called on stage you were no where to be found."

Rella figured that would happen, but what about Stefan was he looking for her?

"And I bet you must be thrilled that your little plan worked afterall. " Rella accused, her voice dripping with venom. She stared daggers at the woman and wished she grab her by the neck and squeeze.

" Why ever would you like think that I had something to do with you being locked inside the stall?"

" Hmm, you see the thing is I never said I was locked in the stall… "

Realising her blunder Lucille cleared her throat, pushed her hair back and folded her arms across her chest.

" Well you just came out of the restroom so I just assumed. "

" Oh please spare me all that bull what are you nine? Next time be a little more creative. " Rella said and started to leave but Lucille blocked her way.

Rella raised her brows in surprise. "Move."

"I can't let you walk out of here just yet. I know about your little secret and pretty soon so will everyone else. Stefan is going to find out tonight Jenny will make sure of it."

"What do you mean?"

"She deserves to be in your position as Mrs. Diamond. I wanted you to find out what he's been keeping from you so you would leave him that was the plan until I found out you have an even bigger secret. Oh this is going to be fun to watch."

Lucille clapped her hands with glee.

Rella's heart plummeted into the pit of her stomach and she felt bile rise up her throat. What does Lucille know exactly? How did she even find out?

It's possible she's only bluffing to keep Rella on edge.

" My cousin was abandoned because of you, an innocent child will grow up with an incomplete family and I won't let that happen."

" What? "

Rella forgot about Lucille possibly knowing her secret for a moment as her eyes snapped to the woman who bore the expression of someone who knows they have an upper hand in a situation.

" I bet Stefan didn't tell you. He has a child with Jenny and once he knows he knows the whole truth nothing will stop them from being together."

Rella pushed past Lucille with a strength she didn't expect coming from her taking her unawares that she lost her balance and topple to the ground. Rella did not stop.
