Chapter 14: Chapter 14

(Luhence's POV everyoneee !!!)

[Luhence's POV]

I felt lonely when I reached our modern castle. I rest my forehead in the steering wheel and close my eyes.

"Am I doing the right thing?"

I know my responsibilities but why those things can make stop from seeing that beautiful blue-eyed woman. Her pink looking soft lips, tantalizing blue eyes, smooth white skin and curly chestnut hair that cascades naturally in her back. If only I were asked. Her looks can be classified as a real princess beauty. And that's the thing that makes me want her.

I can't believe because simply meeting us in a private part of my land I will go crazy so fast with him. That lady could make any men worship the way she's walking to. How much I want to tell her that I like her, I can't.

And I should not or never tell her.

Once upon a time, I hate myself being a royal and worst being the only prince means the next king because I can’t just go liking some women because I had a responsibility to marry a woman that had a tittle.

A princess to be exact.

And unluckily, she's not.

I pull out from my reverie when I heard a soft knock in my car's window. I will go back to being formal. Pretending to scare and respect us by the subjects. For the first, after a long time accepting that royal blood runs to me, I hated myself being fake just to assure everyone that I'm worth being the next king. The door opened and he got out of the car. The people waiting for me from outside the car quickly bowed.

They're really irritating me

"What is it?"

"Your majesty. The king was waiting for your arrival since this morning. He has something to tell you. It's important and confidential." He nodded in response

What do father want this time?

Did they already found the princess?

I wished not.

Never.

"Where is he?" I sighed

"He's the office's balcony, your majesty,"

I nodded and walked inside our palace. Our armored soldiers cross their one arm around their chest as a sign and respect. I just nodded at them and continue walking. I knocked on the door three times before entering my father's office. He's not in his balcony but in his chair in front of some neatly filed papers. I bow down.

"Sit son. I have to tell you something,"

I was silently anxious when I heard serious and disappoint in his voice. Something is up. I sat in the front and looked at my father seriously.

"Why did you call me Dad?"

He didn't answer for a couple of seconds before turning his gaze to me, "You knew that me with our country promised to marry the Ihmapuleya's princess when you reached the right age. Right?"

"Yes. I knew that all too well that I even pratice myself to marry a woman. A didn't even love," my voice dead serious

I can see him frown at me as if He heard unsual thing. Yeah. I was always lively and obedient at him. Always responsibility first so he must be curious of why I'm kind look questioning and disgusted. He chooses to ignore it.

"I love you and your mother. You knew that. As much I hate marrying to stranger, I should. Because we promised,"

You're the one who promise not me

"But there's a less chance of your marrying the lost princess. Our officials were worried that you might couldn't have heir next to the throne someday, so they decided to marry Princess Christine. If they didn't find the princess within 3 days to one more week. You'll going to marry Princess Christine instead, "

No

[Vy's POV]

I didn’t go in the morning because of what I did yesterday. I’m definitely the center of gossip right now because of my fight with Cassandra. I'd better just hang out at home and look for things to get a clue.

I don't even like it. I want to know who my real parents are. They are reasons why they are leaving me and who I really am. They will be back here in four days and I can't wait. I took something to eat from the refrigerator and brought it to the living room then sat on the sofa. Holding the letter left before they left mama, I leaned on the sofa and read it again. I seemed to be floating while reading that when I noticed something strange in that letter that gave me interest.

Samara Venice

I frowned. When did Samara Venice become the name ---- I was able to sit up. I felt my chest throb when I remembered what Mama had called me before.

"He called me Samara then! That's right! I even tried to search for that in -----," my eyes widened

I searched for it on my laptop but forgot to read it. I quickly got up and ran to the bedroom and I opened the laptop. I typed the name 'Samara Venice' in the search box but I didn't expect it to open for me.

No result

I close my eyes tightly. I can't google my name. Why don't I think of that right away? I am not an important person to have a biography here. I fell down on the sofa. It seems like I have no choice but to wait for them to find out the truth.

I just hung out at home all day and stayed in my bed while reading a book with a knock on the door. I looked at the clock.

"Lily for sure,"

I put on my slippers then went to the door and opened it but I expected to see something different now. Luke's car was in the front and he was in front of me now with a wide smile. She is holding a boquet of roses.

"A-what are you doing here luke?" My eyes widen

"Flowers for you baby munckin," I took the flower in her hand "I just want to ask you for dinner. Would you come with me?"

"Luke ... I don't want to be bad but didn't I make it clear that you shouldn't flirt with me? Didn't you see enough between Cassandra and me? I'm getting into trouble because of you," I explained.

He should know what effect his presence has on me. He can't get too close to me because I'm getting more and more into trouble that I hate the most.

"I'm sorry Vy. I know it's hard to be with me but don't just throw me away. Give me more chances in proving my love for you. I talked to her and she promised not to that again. Again. I 'm sorry. It's okay if you can't come just don't push me away. Goodbye vy, "

I bit my lip as I watched him walk away.

To be continued...
