“I thought you said revenge wasn’t your thing.” Josephine said to Jhonia, who looked up at her at that instance.

“It’s not. At least not for me. Josephine, my friends are now involved. Nearce is going out of his way to make sure their husbands fall. These girls already had a hard life while others are having it easy-”

“You too had a hard life Jhonia. You almost died. But how many time does someone need to go at you or how many hurt do you have to go through-”

“That’s enough. I expected better from you Josephine. Are you not her friend too? Would you rather she watches you get hurt and fallen apart than help you?”

Kyhe intervened between them as he realized what Josephine was doing. Even after Jhonia telling her that she is willing to be revengeful for Nearce is doing this to hurt her by hurting her friends.

She then added how rare she really is, Jhonia met her gaze immediately. Josephine smiles as she spoke of her not being someone who forgets things. For when her revenge began it might not end. Someone else would punish Nearce so she should think of her future and leave the past behind.

“He will help those who help themselves.” Jhonia quotes with a smile before leaving her in Kyhe’s presence.

“I thought you were on her side, but it seems Nearce is your favourite. You seem to like that kind of personality.” Kyhe spoke of the side thought she had long taken but it seems Nearce's personality is her type liking.

He left that departed wearing a pair of black jeans, work shirt and sneakers. He catches up with Jhonia. The took was silent on the elevator, he on one side and she on the other.

“I don’t think you should go as Azerjie.” Kyhe said after the elevator stopped.

“Why shouldn’t I go as Azerjie?” Jhonia asked her tone and told Kyhe she was upset.

“She means well, you know.”

“I know.”

“I think she’s worried you will get hurt while hurting Nearce, he is someone you loved like oxygen. Probably your first love. So, I don’t think you should dress up like Azerjie.”

He said to her reminding her how she was once head buried in love with Nearce, So Josephine was scared she would hurt herself hurting him.

“To hell with who she used to love. That’s the past Kyhe, the past. Jhonia didn’t do him anything for her to be treated that way. Even now, he is hurting her friends what is he trying show that he powerful. Oh hu, look at you Mr. Mighty and Powerful what exactly are you doing? And why she shouldn’t dress like me?” Azerjie was pretty upset about everything Kyhe said. She went off on him, making his stood properly as if his mother was speaking to him. He looked at Jhonia with Azerjie’s question.

“Is that how everyone sees me?” He asked, looking away from Jhonia.

“Yes, that’s how we see you. You could put Nearce down in a second but you’re holding back, why?”

“Because of me, okay? Because of me, he’s holding back. He knew this is not his fight Azerjie, so don’t go at him be-”

“Sorry, I will wait for you in the car.” He apologized and left the elevator.

“No, Kyhe wait. I—What the help Azerjie? He is doing enough you know. He by my side, he cares for me and hold me when he sees me falling apart. I don’t have tell him am falling he see it. He listens to me. He does what I told him. So, instead of bringing Nearce down he stood by me waiting for me to decided. I have never had that after my father died. I was just happy and now he’s off thinking I may feel the same.” Jhonia tried to stop him, but he didn’t stop. She faces Azerjie and asked then tells her he is doing enough. She explains how Kyhe knows without her having to tell him. And him standing by her side was enough because, that kind of feel left with her dad but here now with Kyhe. However, Azerjie made him feel like she’s thinking less of him.

Kyhe who had returned to tell her his idea. Return in time to hear how much Jhonia appreciates him, but he would like to stay a secret, so he left and took the other elevator. He went down where he decided to wait for her, he took out his phone and texted Jhonia of how she should dress but she was still with Azerjie and ignored the phone.

“Kyhe is right I can’t go as you; it was a great idea, but it seems he was thinking this through while I was cloud with anger. I didn’t realize that was not a good idea.” Jhonia said, agreeing with Kyhe, as she thought about it and realized something.

“And why is that?” Azerjie asked her, her attitude told Jhonia was not happy.

“Because your husband who is to be ex-husband works for Nearce. Any signs of you out without your bodyguards Kyhe cover could be blow. Nearce and your husband is out to get you, remember. But why are you hesitating when the lawyers here are one of kind?” Jhonia explained to her why kyhe is right and what could happen before asking her.

“I am not sure. Why don’t you contact him and see what his idea was. So, when he comes to work, he’s all jolly and merry. Is it because he stayed with you?” Azerjie responded to Jhonia, then said to her, asking about Kyhe happiness being caused by her.

“Oh my God.” Jhonia called out because of Azerjie’s question. She looked at her immediately in shock.

“Well?” She asked Jhonia.

“He said he wants me to change myself completely. A me no one has seen before.’ What?” Jhonia read his message and asked.

“Change, and for this one-time wear makeup. Be a sexy rich bad ass. By chance was there anything you wanted to do before you know?” She said to her with a devilish smile on her face, sadness appears when she asks.

“I wanted to dye my hair greenish. I would want it to look good on me.” Jhonia nodded and said, then told her she wanted it to look good.

“Jhonia, your skin colour is just right and that green would look breathtaking on you. Let’s go.” She said to her with a wide smile, complimenting her. She grabs Jhonia's arm pulling her off the elevator.

“Ahhh, wait.”

Two hours later, Jhonia came out from the dress room with her hair colour changed like she wanted it with wavy curls. A black leather skirt above her knees with a sexy curve split. Gray office like shirt and pair of red bottom heels leaving Azerjie, draw drop and speechless.

“Wow. Jhonia, that’s… I mean you--- You’re looking like someone new. If I wasn’t here not can say it’s you. Wow, you are truly remarkable. You did all this for Kyhe, he might drop or die instantly I’m not sure.” Azerjie seems loss of word. She pulled herself together and said to her. She compliments her for she looks like a whole new person and told what might happen to Kyhe.

“He said he was on the left of the badge department. Let me go and shock him to death. Let’s go.” Jhonia said where he is and what they should do.

“Me too?” She asked and Jhonia nodded.

They left together and arrived at the spot however because Jhonia went up to him alone. He was looking at her in shock then suddenly giving her a go away from me, an angry kind of look. Jhonia was taken back because He didn’t notice it’s her.

“Why are you still here? Go away.” Kyhe said to her, he was calling Jhonia at that moment, so her phone rings and he drops himself to the floor in shock looking up at her.

“Kyhe breathe. Deep breaths slowly.” She said to him, as he was unable to speak. She told him to breathe slowly.

“Fuck sake Jhonia, are you trying to kill me?” He asked her, suddenly his nose was bleeding.
