Chapter 26: Chapter 26
It came as a surprise to me as well, now I haven't been able to understand the Symphony of the whole marriage thing, but in all, I had to play along, "yes bestie, I don't know what to say but yes, Liam and I are getting married".
"Whaaaat". He plastered a shocked look at me, At the same time Liam walks in on us talking, "hello, who are you" he says attaining Christina's vicious glare.
"Well, well, well, you must be the famous Liam Khan, am I right?". Christain tries to act as the possessive best friend to Liam.
"Yes I am and who are you?". He duplicated his words back, finally gaining notoriety to me standing behind.
The whole question and answer felt like a childish game to me, and I know when it comes to games, Christain will always want to come up on top.
"Please excuse us, Liam".
Before they get to finish each other's sentence, I dragged Christain over to my room, closed the door behind, and regained my eyes to him.
"What the hell was that?" I asked waiting for a reasonable explanation.
"What is what Sara? Please don't tell me you're going to marry a man like Liam Khan?".
I get this weird feeling every time I hear someone call his name, Liam Khan, there's a little dose of Power attached to it, it's crazy but who wouldn't want to be associated with a man like him.
"And if I say yes, what will you do?" I ran a check on him as he pulled a step backward.
"Nothing Sara but I warn you, Liam Khan is not to be trusted". Christain quietly walked out of the room, as he made sure his words sank through my head, "urgh! Drama king?". I frowned going back to the leaving room.
And if that wasn't enough drama, I walked back and saw Liam in a shocked expression, he felt like he has just seen a ghost, as he sewed my eyes decerning a young lady, wearing a huge smile on her face.
"Who are you?".
Now was my turn to ask the same question Liam did not quite long ago, the lady veered closely to Liam, as he pulled backward in shock.
