Edgar's P.O.V

Pietro has gotten Phoebe's sister on his hands, and now Phoebe is freaking out over it, and I don't exactly know whether I should just tell her to forget about that and pretend nothing has happened or go there and risking life with the oddities of that woman being killed ready before we arrive there.

Why do women make everything so difficult? First it was Phoebe being difficult in letting me have her, now it's her sister getting in trouble with my sworn enemy, geez, I swear, these women would be the death of me.

"Pietro... he has her! Edgar, we have to save her! We have to save my sister! I... I can't lose her, she is the only family member I have. Please Edgar, please, please save my sister, I..."

She begins to panic and sudden anxiety rushes through her body, her eyes are getting watery and her body is trembling.

I quickly go to her side and wrap my arms around her, I rub her back in attempt of calming her down a little bit while my other hands wipe away her tears that has fallen uncontrollably. She looks so vulnerable, it scares me.

I hate looking at her this way, I don't like it when she has a breakdown like this, it upsets me, it really does.

"It's okay, Phoebe, you have me, I will kill that bastard for us, he wouldn't kill your sister, I promise."

"We have to be quick, Edgar!"

"Calm down, Phoebe, we will go tomorrow okay, I will get my men ready in the morning, we will go straight to Pietro's main base, and put an end to everything once and for all."

"Edgar, I'm so scared, Edgar, what if something horrible happens to her? I can't bear to live with the thought" she starts to sob, and I look at we straight in the eyes, as I touch both of her cheek.

"In worst case scenario, If you lose her, you will still have me, I won't ever go, Phoebe, you have me and I will take care of you for the rest of my life, it will be okay."

Her sobbing quietly fades away, replaced by a deep breathing, and I look at her to find her staring at me back.

"Promise me, you won't ever leave."

"I promise."

I have gathered my men, the bet weapons I have, and a few cars and back up cars that would come in case something bad happens. Nikolai, Matvey, and Viktor are all been informed about this and they are excited, as excited as children on a halloween night about to get their treats.

After all, today is the final day, for everything I did, it was all to put an end on someone who has ruined my family, someone who killed my father and almost killed me once.

This is the day, this day has finally come, it's really happening.

I am about to kill Pietro for good, once and for all.

All these times, I always think that I am never ready enough, even though I have accumulated everything and I have everything I have ever needed to take him down, all these time, all I really need is a push to drive my courage, to give me the bravery I need.

"Edgar, please bring my sister back to me, and please, don't let yourself get hurt, don't die" Phoebe tells me as she hugs me, and I hug her back in return. I don't care if my men are starting at me and probably laughing in their mind, she is all I care about.

"No matter what, stay in the mansion, and stay safe" I tell her in demanding tone, and she nods. I hope she doesn't act stubborn again like she usually does, after all, I can't risk losing her, it will be the same as death.

I lean in closer to give her a kiss, a kiss she returns, but to my disappointment, I have to make this one a quick one.

"I'll see you later."

I get inside the car, and turn the machine on, and I look forward, thinking about what is going to happen. I am not scared of death, but I have a promise to fulfill.

"Let's go." I tell my men through a microphone that is connected to all the other cars, as we drive toward hell.

A hell we will conquer.

We finally arrive at the Beneventi Main Base, and as I expected, we are welcomed by a few shots here and there, my men are all well trained and well prepared, we have worn bulletproof vest, so even if one of us get hit, as long as it doesn't touch any of our unarmed part, we are good.

My men begin to shoot them as well, I am leading on the front and killing these men are no big deal, because after all, they are not as skilled as I am.

So far, none of my men get hurt and we have reached the inside of the base, we are welcomed by more of the Beneventi's men, but these men aren't that difficult to destroy either, sure, I have to do a few punching here and there, but it's not that hard because I can tell they aren't as well prepared for this as my men.

The hard part is finding where Pietro himself is at and where is Phoebe's sister is held hostage, it's more difficult than dealing with these ants.

After punching one of his men, I grab him by the collar, push him toward the wall, and I give him a serious glare, as I lift him up slightly, letting him gasp in fear.

"Tell me, where the hell is Pietro Beneventi ?"

"I don't know!"

"Don't lie, you bastard, tell me, where the hell is he ?" Right now I put my hands around his neck, as I strangle him lightly.

"I... don't know..."

"Looking for me, Ed?" On the corner of the hall, I see him, smirking. As he slowly walks toward me but stops briefly two meters away.

I just want to wipe that smirk out from his face, it almost irritates me to a whole new level.

"Pietro.”

"It looks like you seriously came, even though I have also found out that the woman isn't exactly your woman, but she is her sister, so of course you would save your sister in law, wouldn't you?"

As I pull out my gun to shoot him, he moves and disappears, into the wall.

"What the-"
