(Blaire’s Reminiscing The Past)

It was a lazy Friday afternoon. Blaire was getting bored so he decided to drive around without any particular direction.

He ordered food from the drive thru and he tried walking in the park and took some photos. Photography is one of his hobbies. But still, he felt bored. So he got back in his car and drove again without any direction.

As he was driving, a national library caught his attention. He got curious so he parked his car and went inside the library.

He is not a book lover but he was amazed by the number of books he is seeing right now. He is guessing roughly a million books. He started to roam around and take photos.

He was trying to focus his camera lens when someone caught his eyes. He can’t believe that from a boring Friday afternoon, this turns out to be one of his unforgettable Fridays because he was looking at the most beautiful lady with an angelic face he had ever seen. Then his heart started pounding erratically.

“Mon Ange, you are back! How lucky I am.” He whispered.

He walked towards the shelves near the table of the beautiful lady. She was focused on what she’s doing to notice him sneaking around. He saw her typing on her laptop. He was certain that she was writing a blog. Good to know that she was into writing.

“Beauty and brain.” He said in his mind.

Then he saw a book beside her laptop. Maybe she loves reading books as well. Then he decided to sit two tables away from her. He smiled at the thought that he was acting like a lovesick fool.

He was already 23 but until now he did not have the courage to approach this beautiful lady. Yes, he had known her since they were kids. But it seems that this beautiful lady does not even have any idea that he existed and that hurts a bit whenever he remembers a certain childhood memory with her. But he was happy that she was back now.

He simply took a photo of her while she was so focused typing on her laptop with her eyeglasses on. She looks cute but he wanted to remove her glasses so that she can see her angelic face clearly.

When he saw her move her head and looked around, he suddenly looked away and pretended to check the photos on his camera. He kept on doing that for a while and when he checked on his peripheral vision that she was reading a book now he captured another photo of her.

She was really beautiful. The calmness on her face makes his eyes stick with her. He just stayed there looking at her and whenever she was moving her head, he would suddenly look away. He pretended to read some books as well. Anyone who will see him will definitely laugh at him.

He stayed there for three hours just looking at her! When she left the library, there was no need for him to stalk her because he knows where she lives. He was just glad that she was back now.

He made sure to get the book that she was holding. Through some connections of his parents he was able to get the exact book that she read.

“The CEO’s Little Enchantress.” He read the title of the book and smiled at the thought that this was the same book that the beautiful lady was reading and holding a while back.

Blaire blinked twice after remembering that certain memory of him like a lovesick fool towards Claire. He sighed deeply and he put back the photos inserted on the book and put back the book on the shelf.

“Mon Ange.” He whispered.

“YES, I AM TELLING you Rose. I saw them in the library. They really look good together.”

Claire was about to enter the kitchen area when she heard Maria talking to Rose. There was a romantic excitement in her voice.

“You know, Ms. Claire is beautiful and there was no doubt in that. And since she’s been really nice lately, it’s not hard to fall in love with her.” That was Rose's voice.

“Why? Do you think Sir Blaire was not in love with her before?” Maria asked.

“They always have a strange relationship, you know. They were married but they don’t act like the usual husband and wife. Well, I can’t blame Sir Blaire before. But if Ms. Claire changed for the better, then yeah, maybe Zack will really have a happy family.” Rose elaborated.

“I am sure that Sir Blaire was about to kiss her.” Maria said still with romantic excitement in her voice.

Claire was certain that she was blushing. She felt her face heats up.

“Then that’s something new. I never saw Sir Blaire showing affection to his wife before. So there's progress now.” Rose said smiling.

“Well, with this new attitude of Ms. Claire, I think every man will completely fall in love with her.” María stated.

Claire smiled upon hearing that.

“Yeah, remember when I used to tell you that, she’s really beautiful, it’s just that her attitude does not compliment her beauty.” Said Rose.

“But the good thing is that she has changed now. Sometimes, I wonder if she was really the Mrs. Castillejo that we used to serve in this mansion.” Said Maria.

“Yes, after her accident, she was totally a new Ms. Claire indeed. Maybe she realized it after her accident.” Rose continued while washing some dishes.

Claire decided to show herself in the kitchen.

“Hello ladies!.” She said smiling.

The two ladies froze and looked at her like she became a zombie in their eyes.

Claire can’t help but laugh at their expression. “What happened?”

“H-How long you’ve been there Ms. Claire?” Maria asked, her face was pale.

“Long enough to hear everything.” She said smiling.

Both ladies looked more pale and sucked in their breath upon hearing that.

“Chill ladies, It’s just okay.” She said, still smiling.

“Y-You are not mad at us?” Rose asked.

“There’s nothing to be mad about.” She said genuinely.

The two ladies sighed deeply.

Claire decided to help them prepare food and minutes later the kitchen was filled with their laughter.
