Chapter 24: Chapter 24

Jack was so jealous of Iris petting the dog. He put his arm around Tommy's shoulder, still watching Iris even though Jack's eyes were on Iris' cleavage.

"I want to be a dog. Wooff! Wooff!" Tommy shuddered.

"I'm going to be an animal torturer." Jack rolled his eyes lazily.

"Then Iris will be the cop," said Jack, who Iris ignored.

"Come on, Arthur."

Wooff! Wooff!

Tommy and Jack looked at each other for a moment. Just now, Iris called the dog by the name Arthur. And the dog also barked like he was happy to be called Arthur.

"And he hasn't made a sound since I met him at the beach," Tommy muttered. Jack touched his chin with a bit of thought.

"The power of beauty. Even dogs know which women are beautiful and which are not." Tommy and Jack followed the others into the hotel.

Iris took the dog to her room. The two roommates were very surprised because the dog was large and looked very elegant when walking.

"You bought a dog?" Iris massaged the back of her neck.

"No. He clung to me at the beach earlier."

They suddenly approached and were about to touch the dog out of excitement. But the dog immediately growled and barked loudly.

Wooff!

Iris restrained the dog as it looked like it was about to attack.

"Hey, hey! Calm down..." Iris's two friends slowly drifted away.

"I don't think we should carelessly touch a dog who doesn't know us."

"Yes, you're right." Iris felt guilty too.

"Sorry, I don't know who owns this dog. He didn't want to leave after I kicked him out." Iris pushed the dog towards her bed in the corner.

"Do you need help?" Ask them.  Iris shook her head, and a smile formed.

"Eva has helped me. Thank you."

That night, Iris looked pensive in her room alone. She spent the night and finished the many snacks she bought last afternoon.

She licked her thumbs when she had just finished a packet of chips by himself.

"Hey, you don't want to go back to your master's house? For your information, tomorrow afternoon I have to go back to America."

Iris was astonished by the dog's superior behavior. He slept comfortably on the bed. Sabotaging right in the middle of the bed until Iris herself had nowhere to lie down. And it's a single bed, and the dog doesn't want to share space with her to sleep.

The dog woke up. He stared at Iris for a while and went back to sleep. It was as if Iris had just told some unfunny humor.

"Tsk! Your majesty."

Bored, Iris turned on the TV and started streaming a horror movie. She sat on the edge and then pushed the dog to a small side. But the dog suddenly stood up and motioned for Iris to climb onto the bed.

She watched a horror movie together with packets of chips on a blanket. But after an hour of watching, Iris felt sleepy and went to bed early.

The next day, as Eva promised before. They had to go home after two days off in Hawaii. The sky turned to dusk, and they had all gathered at the airport.

"Go straight home when you find this dog's master," Eva warned Iris. Her hand patted Iris' shoulder several times.

"I understand." Shane pulled her suitcase and accidentally kicked Jack's ass, who was seducing a group of flight attendants passing by.

"If you don't find it until tomorrow, you just leave it to the officer who takes care of wild animals." Allan gave quite extreme advice. But Iris appreciated it.

"I'll try to find someone who can take care of him," Iris said, and Allan nodded. Shane turned her head. To be honest, she was a little restless, leaving Iris alone in the country of the people.

"I'll ask Martin to stay." Martin's expression looked affirmative, and he waited for Iris' decision. Eva put her hands on her hips while another hand was on Tommy's shoulder.

"And this man." Tommy turned out to her quickly.

"No, I do not want." Iris chuckled.

"No need. I can take care of myself. You guys, be careful when you get home." Iris parted with the others.

After taking all her colleagues to the airport, she immediately returned to the hotel. She looked into the room and looked for the dog's whereabouts.

"Arthur?" Iris' brows furrowed deeply. Her hand that was about to take off her shoes immediately stopped when she felt that no husky dog was in her room.

"Oh my God… Arthur?" Iris started to panic. She screamed a little calling the dog until she crouched down to peek under the bed.

But nothing.

"Oh my god! Arthur? Where are you?"

There was no way the dog had run away since Iris was only leaving briefly to drop the others off at the airport. And she locked the door to her room.

Iris hastily reached for her room phone to call the hotel. She didn't notice that the sound of the shower water from the bathroom had stopped.

"Oh my god! How is this? The dog was kidnapped? How is that possible!" Iris panicked for fear of being sued by the dog's master.

Suddenly the bathroom door opened. Iris looked back and almost let her heart drop and fall into her stomach. Her mouth opened and closed while she was already in a sitting position on the floor.

"Don't sit on the floor. Dirty." Iris blinked a few times.

"N-Nathan? W-w-what are you doing here?" Iris ask and act stuttered until she forgot to breathe. Jonathan glanced at Iris for a moment then walked away towards Iris' suitcase.

"Where did you put my clothes?" His question still couldn't bring Iris out of her shock.

Iris was flustered and her face was red when she saw the man with many abs pass before her eyes. The wet hair dripped a few drops of water from the ends of her hair.
