Alan also enter the bathroom to take a bath. He decide to use the shower instead and as he take a shower, his mind went back to what had happened in the last three days. After he left with Joel the other day, they went straight to Kellie and together the three of them went to where Sanchez and Vienna’s father is to meet them. After placing all the evidence before them and interrogating them for hours, they both confessed and then they get to know about the coal that was found in one of the land and that is the real purpose for Martin and Vienna’s father involvement.

Vienna’s father deals with mines and they need him as a small company to achieve their purpose without raising any suspicion from anyone but when he found out about it too and became greed, they had to get rid of him and frame him but then the evidence he has with him was lost and after Sanchez was captured, Karen and his subordinates were alerted and so they wont get to locate them he shut every communication they have with the outside world.

He had thought that the matter is just about them wanting to take hold of power in the corporation and be able to do as they like and take money for themselves illegally but turns out that they have other intention to seize the coal for themselves. Alan wanted to reveal everything after he find out but then his eyes problem set in and he couldn’t see again for a whole day and if he shows up like that, they might use that to their own advantage and since most of them want Karen for their selfish interest they might oppose him so he decide to wait for them to take a step and fall completely in his trap and Joel was also able to get a temporal cure for his eyes and also he switch on his phone just before they set out and Vienna’s text and information came in and he also got to know about what her mother and sister told her.

Alan off the shower and step out of the bathroom and saw Vienna waiting for him with his cloth in her hand.

“you should get dressed fast so we can go eat” she said with a smile stretching the cloth to him. Alan took them and remove his bathrobe and put on the cloth then they both head downstairs to eat.

“the food nanny made is cold and is no more okay to eat so I quickly prepare some noodles for us” she said and led him to the dinning then put out a chair for him and let him sit first then she also sat down and place the food in front of him

“you don’t have to bother yourself, I can do stuff like this on my own” he said and pick up his cutlery to start eating.

“I want to do that for you” she replied and also start to eat then raise her head from the food after a little while

“Alan, the stuff you gave me the last time where is it I need to take it” she ask as lowly as possible. Alan look up from his food and look at her confused then he understand what she meant.

“oh that, I will get it for you” he said and stood up

“no need to bother yourself, I will get it just tell me where it is” she said and stood up instead

“don’t worry I can get it on my own” he replied and went towards the kitchen then came back with a glass of milk and gave it to her. Vienna drank it all at a go but didn’t feel any taste of drug in it.

“you put it inside right?” she asked checking the glass. Alan nodded and they continue to eat in silence.

Vienna woke up very early the next day and couldn’t find Alan beside her so she went to look for him and found him making a call in his study. She turned away and went downstairs then saw the nanny already taking care of their breakfast but notice that the food is too much for just the two of them.

“why are you cooking so much?” she asked and the nanny reply her that its for Alan’s visitor. She nod her head and join her so they both finish soon wondering who the visitor is and hope that its not his mother or sister.

After they finished, she went back to the room to freshen up and saw that Alan is already dressed and he even looked different and dressed more nicely. She admire him for a while then told him she will join him soon before dashing into the bathroom.

She came out much later putting on a simple yellow gown and went to join him downstairs. Then she noticed her mother and sister with Nisan and another man in the room, she move nearer to them wondering what her family is doing there then she saw her father.

Vienna stop in her track and stared at him not believing her eyes, she was both shocked and greatly surprised she had thought that he is still in prison.

Before he was arrested, she didn’t get to see him and did not get a chance to see him in jail at all, all together she hasn’t seen him for a very long time and she has always thought he was wronged and wants to avenge him but now that she knows that he actually took advantage of her relationship with Alan to try and fulfil his own selfish goal she is not feeling very happy or excited to see him like she had thought but rather she has mixed feelings with seeing him now.

Everyone turn to her when they notice her presence in the room and Alan was the first to move over to where she is standing and pull her over to them.

“Vienna why are you standing there and staring at dad like that come closer” Vanessa urge her standing beside their father and linking hands with him.

Vienna try to fake a smile and looked at Alan as if asking for his approval before going to her dad, Alan nod his head at her and pull her nearer to her dad, Vienna move nearer to him and stand right in front of him then smiled.

“dad, why are you here?” she asked slowly.

Her father close up the space between them and made to hug her but Vienna held up her hand and stopped him to everyone surprise.

“Vienna what are you doing and what do you mean that why is he here? Alan asked him to be released this morning and invite us over so we came immediately” Victoria said.

“wait I don’t understand, Alan released him? And you are here to see me first how are you here? How can you even think of coming here?” she questioned bitterly. Everyone was more surprised at her outburst and keep quiet. Alan move closer to her and place a hand over her shoulder then turn her face towards him.

“you’ve been looking forward to seeing your dad for a long time now and he also helped us” Alan said to persuade her but Vienna fling his hands away angrily.

“so you all except me to jump in to his hands happily and just forget about what he did? He lied to me, to us and you all lied to me” she yelled at them.
