“but you know that guy that came to meet me at the hospital, I know for sure that he is part of all this.ever since we move he always contact me and threaten me to make sure none of us go to visit your father at the prison or contact with him at all. He also make sure that we don’t get a good job to sustain on our self. He really is a beast, before when he came to me before your father was imprisoned, I thought he sincerely love you and meant well but I allowed myself to be lured to his trap” she said and wipe the tears threatening to fall from her eyes.

“mom, I know its not your fault and dad also, he can be greed sometimes. Just that about Alan, I feel really sorry about misunderstanding him and all that but I really need dad to confess and release the evidence with him”

“about the evidence, your father lost them all”

“what? How could he lost something that important? didn’t he put it something important?”

“actually the evidence was lost on the day he was arrested and our conclusion is that the other party must have stolen it”

“what exactly is the evidence and how on earth did they get their hands on it?” she asked raising her voice a little.

“its a small box and its contain some USB devices and in there are all the evidence he has with him. But not to worry, they cant actually get their hands on it, it has a code and can not be unlock except with the right password” she answered.

“what if they destroy it to keep the true from coming out?”

“they wont do that, in it is also the clue to where billions of money is. The real deal is not to embezzle money and overturn the company but what they are actually after is coal that is find in one of the company’s property and later your father discover that what they actually want to do is take it for themselves. He gave the evidence to me just before he was arrested and I checked it but lost it after I was admitted to the hospital” she explained again.

‘so you are saying that you’ve seen the content of the file before?”

“yes I have but there is no other evidence elsewhere” she answered.

“okay fine, then I will have to inform Alan about this” she said and stood up to leave but turn back to her mother again

“mom, is this all you have to tell me there is nothing else you guys are keeping from me?” she asked to be sure.

“there is really nothing more, that’s all” she answered sincerely and Vienna left to her room. She tried calling Alan again but his number was still not going through. She dropped her phone in frustration. If only she could get a chance to inform him about what they are really up to then maybe it can help him more with his plan she thought worriedly then heard Vanessa screaming and went out to check what the problem is.

“you bastard! How dare you spread rumors about me like that?” Vanessa screamed as she run after Nisan to catch him but couldn’t

“what is going on and why are you shouting like that?” Vienna asked her angrily. Vanessa went over to Vienna’s side when she saw her

“Vienna can you believe what nonsense Nisan sent to everyone in school, he told them am pregnant” she said loudly.

“pregnant? Are you pregnant?” Vienna asked shocked

“of course not idiot, he spread a rumor its not true at all” she answered pissed off the more.

“I didn’t spread a rumor about you been pregnant, really I just told Steve about that day and for some reason, he concluded that you are pregnant and informed everyone” Nisan explained.

“okay both of you what on earth are you talking about and who is pregnant?” Vienna yelled a little confused

“no one is pregnant!” they both echoed.

“why did you text him in the first place? you said you are not bothered with me dating him”

“okay fine I was bothered but I didn’t know that he will do something like that” Nisan said and they both continue chasing after each other

“stop both of you! Do you… do you..” she said not able to complete it.

“we didn’t do anything at all” they both said again.

“Vienna, actually I think its better for us to talk inside alone, we wont bother you now” Vanessa said and went over to Nisan then drag him inside with her. Vienna sigh shaking her head at them then went back inside her room.
