After about an hour and half, Alan’s grandfather came on stage to talk and everyone stop what they are doing to listen to him.

“I appreciate everyone for coming here today although I informed everyone a bit late but looking at the turn out am quite pleased. Am sure everyone is wondering what the purpose of this party is and also who the party is for? Ever since the news came out about my grandson’s accident everyone has been wondering what is going to happen to our empire even though I haven't handover yet. Today am pleased to announce to everyone that the reason for this party is my grandson’s engagement party and also to inform everyone about their upcoming wedding” he said with a mischievous smile on his face. Alan stood up immediately he heard him say that. Engagement? Although he knows that he is up to something not really good but how come its his engagement party even without his knowledge? He signal to Kellie and she held his hand and they walk towards his grandfather. Some of the guest were congratulating him so Alan waited for him to finish. Although Alan’s family were already informed about it but they were still shocked and shaken. By making the relationship public and official then they cant do anything again and might be relieved of their positions in the company. Alan’s mother and Harley were the most surprised among them. This is a very bad news, Sasha’s friends start to question and congratulate her.

“Sasha your son is still quite capable, he manage to get a girl to marry him despite the fact that he cant see at all” one of them said.

“I even heard that his last girlfriend who he left his other fiancee for betrayed and left him because he is not capable enough” another said mockingly with a laugh.

“that’s a lie my son is not like that and they broke up because they were not real to start with” Sasha said in her son’s defend.

“really? Then who is this new daughter in law of yours? Are you sure she is not a gold digger that is just here to dump your family?”

“mum lets go meet dad and talk to him” Harley came and drag her mother from there leaving the women alone.

“what on earth is your dad and dad thinking? How could they make such an announcement without talking to me about it at all and to think that he called a lot of important people and reporters here there will be no way to reverse what he said” Sasha said angrily as she walk towards where her husband is with her father and Alan.

“dad what on earth is happening and Williams why didn’t you inform me about this beforehand? Were you both planning to make a joke out of me?” she asked angrily.

“I also don’t know about it this time. I only got to know today and dad told me not to tell anyone” her husband answered her and she turn to face her father.

“why are you all so surprised and angry? This is about Alan and I already inform you month ago that they are going to get married so why do you look surprised to hear they are getting engaged? Do you expect them to marry without first getting engaged officially?” he said and Sasha face Alan to get him to support her. She is sure that he is also unaware about it and Vienna is definitely not pregnant so why on earth will an engagement take place? as long as he also kicks against it then her father might reconsider.

“Alan dear, do you also agree with your grandfather? She is not even pregnant yet what if she cant give birth when you eventually marry her? You said you want to put things off until after three months before getting married”

“its been almost two months since they start living together and sleeping in the same room, since they are getting married in about a month time then there is no problem in doing it now and also people are looking at us both of you go now and attend to everyone before they both finish changing their clothes and come out to meet everyone” he said and face Alan.

“what is the reason for this? Did something happen?” Alan asked him.

“you told me to wait patiently and I agree with you but you still deceive me about Vienna and use an excuse of getting a baby first to deceive me but right now I wont allow that bastard take over due to your stupid attitude. By making it clear now the people on their side are going to have a rethink and also till you take care of her family issue make sure it doesn't come out”

“right grandfather” he simply replied. His grandfather was a little surprised to see that he didn’t have any reaction like anger at all. Even though he is quite serious about it but he except him to get angry and scold him.

“you are not against it? You are not going to leave in the middle of it right?’ he asked to be sure.

“you found out about Vienna isn't it? Where is the clothes am supposed to change into?” he asked and walk away with Kellie beside him.
