Aviena's POV

"How can you flirt with me at work?" I whispered softly to him. I simply pushed him before I step away from him. I could see the smirk on his lips there.

"Your husband is here," Levi whispered to me so River turned to us. The wide grin on his lips gradually turned to a frown. He immediately glares at me too.

There's another employee here who seemed to want to leave and seemed to regret that he hadn't come down when the elevator stopped on the first floor earlier.

"You won't even introduce me to your friend, Wife?" River asked. He really emphasized the word friend so I couldn't stop myself from rolling my eyes at him. I just shake my head because of his childish acts.

"Levi, this is my husband," I said to Levi who smiled at River.

"So this is Levi, huh?" he asked while still smiling and looking at him.

“Nice to meet you, Mr. Savellano. Aviena actually talks about you when we're in Amsterdam,” Levi said while looking at him. River raised an eyebrow at me.

"He's Camillia's godfather," I said because River was just looking at me.

"It's good that you're clarifying," River said so I couldn't avoid shaking my head.

When the elevator opened on the second floor, River's employee, who was also in a hurry, came out immediately. I also feel embarrassed when some employees who also seemed to be going upstairs did not enter the elevator when they saw us.

"It seems like your employees are scared of you," I said, shaking my head.

“They aren’t. I'm so nice at them so how could they?” he asked, raising an eyebrow. I just stared at him there.

"I'll guide you to the conference room." He was just looking at me.

It seems like he doesn't have any intention to talk to Levi again who is just watching us. River was clinging too close to me so I just gave him a glare.

“Stop, Savellano. We already talked about this,” I said seriously, so little by little, he also started to pout me.

“I just want to guide you through. I'm just being a nice boss,” he told me so I can't help but to roll my eyes.

“Good my ass. You're probably the reason why some of your employees earlier suddenly go,” I said because someone would have guided us if he hadn't come.

I was glaring at him when I said that he should distance himself from me. He did the same and never followed us to the conference room.

“It seems like you’re really enjoying your life with your husband now, Aviena. I'm happy for you. I'm also happy for Camillia. She deserves a happy family,” Levi said to me with a smile so I just smiled there.

"Good morning," we greeted some employees who were waiting in the conference room. They also greeted us before guiding us to our seats.

I also arranged our presentation. We already talked about this through zoom and once again my good husband really watched us. Speaking of River, I thought he finally understood what I said but the jerk entered the room with an unbelievable smirk on his face.

"Hmm, I'm not here as the company CEO, I'm here as a husband so don't mind me at all," he said so my lips immediately parted. Some employees were secretly pinching, which I also saw. The presentation ended smoothly. The conversation went well and each side was listened to. River also seems to trust his employees.

"We'll eat lunch now?" River asked me as we exited the conference room.

"No, Levi and I will eat together, and don't you even feel a shame that you're here right now when your employee was actually busy doing their job?" I asked, raising an eyebrow.

"I just want to eat," he said sullenly, so I just shake my head.

“It’s okay, Aviena. I will actually eat with my girlfriend, Olivia's also here with me,” he said so my eyes widened.

“Finally? You finally confess, huh? I'm so happy for you!” I couldn’t help but smile on my lips because, for a long time, they hid their feelings between the two of them.

“So he has a girlfriend, huh? He's out of the list now then,” River told me with a smile so I just frowned at him before shaking my head.

Levi actually go out while I ended up in River's room. I can’t help but be silenced when I remember completely us here years ago. River looked at me and even raised an eyebrow at me when he looked back at me and saw such an expression. I just stared at him.

We just ate together. After that, I left him in his office because he still has a lot of work to do. We're about to enroll our daughter together but it seems like the amount of paperwork he ran away from finally faced him now. He can't do anything now that he went to his office.

He give me the key to his Lamborghini and still wanted me to drive it but I don't really like luxury things like that. It was like my whole life was the replacement when I crashed into his car. I just shake my head at the thought before waiting for the cab. I was about to enter when I saw a familiar woman. I don’t know where I saw her. She's in the intersection while looking at me or I'm just thinking that she is? She's actually wearing eyeglasses. Has blonde hair and is thin.

I stopped when I finally got into the taxi. I don't know if she's the girl I saw when we are on the island we visited. Gradually, I stopped when I looked at her again. She was looking in the cab now.

"Big Sister ..." I said weakly when I realized that it was Big Sister. I felt the roar of my heartbeat. I also immediately felt nervous and felt like I could no longer move in my seat.

When I went down and Big Sister was gone. Ocean answered my call immediately. I also immediately got back in the cab while feeling nervous.

“Where are you?” I asked her when she answered the call.

“Hey. At house right now but we're going to eat in the mall. The kids wanted to,” she seems like she already plans to bring them there but I immediately said something.

"Don't take them out, Ocean!" I shouted loudly. I do not know what to do. My mind was too clouded.

“Why are you shouting? And what's with your voice. Are you crying or what?” she asked. She also seemed to gradually realize the situation so her harsh voice was immediately replaced by a calm one.

“What happened? Take a deep breath. Calm yourself down,” she told me so I did what she said.

“I saw Big Sister, Ocean. Your security — Please --- Don't let Camillia come out of your house,” I said but no matter how I calm myself down, I still can't avoid the nervousness and fear I l'm feeling right now. I was also very scared.

Do you have your anxiety pills with you?” she even asked me so I couldn't help but close my eyes. I don't have the pills with me because I was just so happy right now. I thought I would never think about anything. Damn it, Aviena, you're being too complacent.

“Where are you?” she asked me.

"Does my brother know about it?" she asked me again.

"Hey, you're making me nervous, Aviena," she said. I was just thinking about so many things right now.

“Don’t let Camillia know about anything. Your security, please just let her think that they're civilians. I'm going to your house now. I’ll get Camillia,” I said. I was just so scared. I don't think I can even face my daughter right now but I need to. I don't want her to know that her life is at stake here.

I just said where Ocean lives. I was already on my way there when the car stop. A girl with a blonde came out of the car. She was holding a gun. I'm definitely sure that it's my sister.

She dismissed the taxi driver before she entered the car. She gave me a wide grin.

"Long time no see, My beloved sister," she said with a wide smile watching me now. I couldn't help but stop before looking at her.

"What are you doing here?" I coldly ask her a question. I'm trying to calm myself down even though I'm already shaking with how you feel.

“Hmm, don’t you think that I should be the one who supposes to ask you that?” she asked me while still raising an eyebrow. She was so different. Her eye bags are too deep while her red lips back then are now dark. Her cheek was also very thin. She doesn't seem to be my sister anymore.

“What are you doing here, Aviena? Didn't I tell you that you can't come back here?” she asked me with a raised eyebrow.

"I told you to fucking go away if you really care about your daughter's safety." She smirks at me. I could feel the fear and strength of my heartbeat in me. I'm not worried about myself anymore. I'm more worried about my daughter but because my big sister is here, somehow I feel relieved.

“Wake up, Big Sister! In my few years abroad, did you get River? No, right? You're doing things harder for everyone. Can you even kill your own niece, Big Sister?” I asked her.

“You think I can't? I can even pull the trigger right now and kill you instantly,” she said before putting the gun in my head. I felt like I was out of breath and I didn’t know how to be able to calm myself down. I just see myself getting killed right now. I just closed my eyes there. I don't know why I'm suddenly getting teary now.

“Why don’t you just kill me now, Big Sister? Kill me and never bother my daughter again,” I said trying to look back at her but she immediately threatened to fire the gun at me.

“Why? Why would I? Where's the fun in that?! I wanted you to see me get your man, Aviena! I want you to see how I seduce your man! And I'll fucking kill you and your daughter!” she shouted loudly before pushing the gun on my head.

I don’t know where I got the courage to grin at him.

“You’ll just end up ruining your life, Big Sister. Or should I say, you have already ruined your life? Look at yourself in the mirror, Big Sister! You're so obsessed to the point that you can't even recognize who you're!” She gave me a crisp slap.

“Don’t you fucking say that to me when from the beginning you’re the one who ruins everything,” she shouted loudly. I was supposed to ask her but she slapped me with her phone again.

“See this? I know where your daughter is. If I can’t take what yours, I’ll just make your life miserable.”
