Aviena's POV

"Still mad at me, Baby?" I asked Camillia as I approached her. She immediately frown at me so I couldn't stop pouting before I tried to say sorry to her.

"I'm sorry… Something came up…" I said so she immediately looked at me and raised an eyebrow.

"And what is that?" she asked. She even folded her arms as she looked at me.

"Who's with you earlier, Mama?" Camillia asked. Even though she was sulking, she still couldn't stand asking about it.

"Is that Mister River Savellano?" She could barely utter those questions.

"That's your father, Camillia… Your Papa…" I said so she stopped.

"I'll introduce you to him…" I said so she immediately shook her head. She was just staring as if she was thinking so I look at her.

"Not yet, Mama… I still… Uh… want to win the swimming competition this week before I'll do that…" she said to me so I couldn't help but stare at her. I don't know if I should be happy or feel bad that she's so mature at her age.

"Don't you want your father to support you?" I asked her.

“Hmm, maybe next year? We'll be together when you introduce me to him, right? We won't need to live apart, will we, Mama?” she asked me. I was just looking at her. I also don't know the answer there.

“Hmm…” I don't want to disappoint her. I didn't answer her either. I don't know. I also want that to happen but I'm too scared for her. What if Big Sister still wants to kill her? What will happen to both of us? I don't want to lose her.

"Your Dad will be happy just to see you… No need for anything, I love… You don't have to do things for other people, Baby… Do things for yourself…" I told her.

"Still… Don't introduce me yet, Mama…" she said so I stared at her. I know how she wanted to impress her Dad but I don't want her to burden herself.

"Don't burden yourself, okay?" I ask. She just nodded at me because of that.

"I'll introduce you to him once we come back to the Philippines then…" I said. She was just looking at me. She doesn't seem to be expecting that either. I know she's scared and so I am. If they won't accept her, I would cry as well. My baby doesn't deserve that if that's the case.

I can't help but overthink while we get ready for bed. I also just fell asleep when Camillia and I watched new cartoons.

The next morning, I already ready our breakfast. Camillia was hiding from the curtain while looking outside.

"What are you doing there, Baby?" I ask.

"I was just nervous that Papa will come here again," she said. I was also nervous. We didn't talk about that together but knowing that guy? That brute always decides on his own.

"Just eat, he won't…" I said. I was already ready to tell her about our daughter. I also ready myself for the consequence of hiding her from him.

I was glad that I didn't see him at all in the morning. I also don’t know how to deal with him. I was about to leave the office to eat when I saw a call from Tom. I can’t help but grin. When I went to New York for one of my shoots, I met Tom there. He's an international model now. He is also Camillia's godfather. He was already living happily with his American boyfriend.

We also got along. He was also spoiling Camillia so much. Camillia always had already met his boyfriend too when they visited here.

“Hey! How are you, Vena?” He smiled broadly at me there.

“I’m good. You? Why did you call?" I asked with a wide smile on my face.

“Our gift for Camillia is already ready. I think we'll visit you next week before we will go back to my family in the Philippines,” he said so I shook my head.

“No need. We will just visit you in the Philippines,” I said so he stopped immediately before looking at me.

“Wait, what? Are you coming back? ” he asked me.

"Yup, I'm also coming back to the Philippines," I said, still smiling. Immediately a smile spread across his lips.

“I can't wait to see you! I miss the two of you, Vena!” he said.

“See you, Tom! I miss you too! ” I smiled broadly before waving at him.

"So it's Tom, your boy toy." I almost jumped in a panic because of River speaking from my side.

"What are you doing here?" I even held my chest because of him.

"You're coming back to the Philippines because of that asshat?" he asked me while glaring. I frowned at him there. Of course not!

"Then I'll just give hell to both of you once you come back," he coldly promised me before turning his back on me. He also stopped before looking at me.

“What are you talking about? It's not like what you think it is— "

"Eat your lunch." I could still see his smirk when he handed it to me. I just followed him with my gaze until he was gone. I was frustrated there. I was not even allowed to explain.

On my way home I was looking for him but I didn't see him either.

Ocean:

Hi. What's up with your mother? I heard that Big Brother’s there? Hahaha are you stressed much?

Ocean would have been nice but can really laugh like this. Annoying. I typed while in the car.

Me:

What does your brother doing here? Why did not you say???

Before I could put down my phone, there was a call coming from her. She is in Japan now.

“My marites friend, whose name is Marissa, told my brother that you’re with someone in the Maldives. And of course, Big Brother thought that you were having an affair. ” She was still laughing so my lips felt open because of that.

What the heck?

“And now he thought that it was Tom. He's already asking someone to ruin Tom's career, ” she said so my eyes widened.

“What? What the heck is wrong with your brother?” I asked, unable to stop the nervousness there. Ocean just laughed. She's still teasing me while I can't help but shake my head. I don't really know how I became friends with this one.

I waited for River to come back but he was already in the Philippines. I even tried to contact him in some of his accounts because it might be true that he would actually ruin Tom's career. He's replying to me but when I talk about Tom, he doesn't pay attention to me anymore. I never heard that Tom's career was ruined until the day came when we would have to go home to Camillia's Philippines.

“You already got your gold medal, Baby. What’s your problem now?”

“No! I don't want to go to the Philippines! ” Camillia's already throwing tantrums while holding my legs. I can't help but look at her.
