Chapter 116: Chapter 116

"Good morning," Jasmine exclaimed happily as she emerged from the bedroom, wearing Jace's shirt that stopped above her knees.

Jace, who was busy making eggs and bacon in the kitchen, raised his head, and his eyes slowly roamed all over her, devouring her beauty.

The shirt was of light fabric, making it see through; she wasn't wearing a bra, and Jace could see her perking nipples from the fabric.

Jasmine, who noticed Jace was holding her hostage with his gaze, blushed shyly, causing her cheeks to turn red. "Why are you staring at me?" She demanded as she tied up her hair in a ponytail.

"You look damn hot in my shirt. You should wear more of them," Jace commented teasingly while coming closer to her to kiss her on the lips.

Jasmine's gaze traveled to the fried egg on the plate. "How did you know I was starving?" She said this, wrapping her arms around his neck.

"Because you are my other half," Jace replied charmingly before claiming her lips.

His little kisses gradually intensified, causing an inexplicable feeling to set off in his body. His hand quickly fumbled for the knob of the stove, and he turned it off before picking Jasmine by her buttock and taking her back into the bedroom to pick up from where they left last night.

....

Sean was in the sturdy going through some contract papers when he heard a knock on the door before it was opened, revealing Andrea, who was holding a tray containing a glass of orange juice.

Sean was stunned by her presence. She had been giving him the cold shoulder for the past few days, and now here she was standing in front of him, putting on a sweet smile on her gorgeous face.

"Baby, you're here," Sean blurted out distractedly.

Without saying a word, Andrea carefully placed the tray on the table, exposing her cleavage. The white chiffon material dress that could barely cover her mid-thighs highlighted her flawless white skin, causing Sean's Adam apple to twitch.

Andrea slowly walked towards Sean, who was sitting on his armchair, wondering what was going on. Suddenly, she grabbed both of his hands and placed them around her slim waist. "I'm sorry, hubby," she whispered softly as she caressed his brows.

Her voice was gentle and seductive, making Sean's heart skip a beat. She really did know how to get him every time.

She then proceeded to say, "Hubby, I'm sorry for my behavior towards you these past few days." She breathed into his ear purposefully.

Sean was at a loss for words; her actions had rubbed him of his speech. He could only sit glued to his seat as she began to undo the buttons of his shirt one after the other until the last.

She helped him out of his shirt, and her warm hands came into contact with his bare chest. "Hubby, are you busy with work? I'm feeling bored," she pouted, her lips acting unaware of what her behavior was doing to him.

"It's not as important as you're, baby," Sean managed to reply as he helped her sit on his thigh. Sean didn't hesitate to bury his face at the nape of her neck, trailing soft kisses down her cleavage.

With her eyes closed, Andrea's breath hitched as she let out soft pleasure sounds. "Where are the girls?" Sean asked as his hand traveled to the back of her dress and unzipped it.

"Mom wanted to spend time with them, so Jacob came to pick them up a while ago," Andrea responded quickly. "It's just us here; no one will interrupt us," she said, placing her finger on his lips before he could utter another word.

"Let's just enjoy this moment," she smiled nauhtily as she replaced her finger with her lips, kissing him passionately.

Hours later.......

"I know you must have been curious about what happened between Jacob and me years ago. That's why you had the courage to give me the cold shoulder for so long," Sean scolded as he squeezed her cheeks.

Andrea, who was lying on his chest, scrunched up her face. "Of course I was very curious. I wanted to know who the lady was who was capable of stealing both my husband's and my brother's hearts. But not anymore; it doesn't matter if you tell me or not."

Sean smiled and placed her soft hand on his, stroking it gently. "I'll tell you. I don't know if you are aware of this, but Jacob and I attended the same high school; in fact, we were best friends until Megan showed up."

"She must be special to get you two to fall for her," Andrea said while rolling her eyes.

Sesn ignored her comment and proceeded, "Megan joined us in our last year of high school, the first semester. Although I had to admit I liked Megan back then, she made it obvious that she was into Jacob, and later on, he also confirmed his feelings for her, and they became a couple. They went on dates after dates, and their relationship was going smoothly until I caught Megan cheating on Jacob in the janitor's closet. I quickly took pictures and wanted to show them to Jacob when Megan kissed me on the lips, and before I could figure out her reasons, Jacob attacked me from behind."

"I tried countless times to defend myself and explain the situation to him, but he wasn't willing to listen. I guess he was too hurt to process the fact that he had been betrayed by his best friend and girlfriend. Megan played along and refused to tell the truth to Jacob. Once he found out I was into anyone, he made sure to get them before I could even try, and ever since we turned into rivals."

" Whoa! Megan really is a two-faced bitch! I've dealt with her kind all my life. I mean, how does she sleep at night knowing she ruined such a beautiful relationship? And how could you even fall in love with such a despicable human like her? You indeed have such bad taste in women. You're lucky to have met me."

"Baby, why do you sound so angry? Are you jealous?" Sean demanded it and planted a kiss on her cheek.

"Of course I'm not," Andrea scoffed loudly. "I'm just wondering what was so special about the Megan girl, and wait, you liked other ladies after that? Like, how many of them?"

" Aha! I smell jealousy. I won't tell until you admit you're jealous," Sean smirked devilishly.

Andrea hit him on his chest repeatedly while screaming, "You're so cunning. I hate you so much."

Sean chuckled softly and attempted to get up from the bed, and Andrea quickly pinned him down, taking in deep breaths. She then said, "Yes, I am jealous," she admitted through gritted teeth.

"Very good wifey." Sean patted her head like a little kid. "Baby, you don't have to be jealous because I didn't get into any relationships. Moreover, I only liked 10 of them back then, and the most important thing is that you won my heart, right?"

Andrea nodded and asked, "What about Megan? What did you like about her?"

"I don't even know why I liked her back then. I will go take a shower now," Sean said, getting up to his feet.

"Don't you think it's fair that you let Jacob know the truth now? I know you tried to, but he didn't listen to you in the past. But at least you two can sit on the same table without killing yourselves, so it shouldn't be that difficult, right?" Andrea said it with a pleading look in her eyes.

Sean sighs and remains silient for a few seconds before saying, "I don't know about that, Andrea; it would make it seem like I'm trying to be friends with him so badly, and I don't have any evidence to show him."

Andrea bit her lip hardly and watched him walk into the bathroom. She knew, deep down, that Sean was right. There are high chances that Jacob wouldn't believe whatever Sean says without solid evidence to back up his claim, but how can she find Megan? Or any proof related to it?
