Chapter 106: Chapter 106
Sean walked into the room and fastened the buttons on his shirt. "Baby, are you ready yet?" he asked, looking up to see his partner applying her lipstick in front of the mirror.
The backless red velvet tulle dress with spaghetti straps looked stunning on her. It accentuated her slender waist and flawless curves.
"Whoa! You look effortlessly sexy in this dress," Sean complimented as he approached her quickly.
Andrea rolled her eyes at him. "Are you sure? Or are you just saying this because you chose this dress for me?"
"Trust me, you look great in this dress. It makes me want to eat you up," Sean said genuinely.
Andrea smiled sweetly. "I believe you now," she couldn't ignore the lustful look he had for her anytime he looked at her. It was as if he might devour her at any moment.
"I will put these on for you." Sean grabbed Andrea's block sandal shoes and guided her to the couch, where he carefully slipped them on and then placed a light kiss on her foot.
Andrea chuckled softly as his kisses gave her a ticklish sensation. "Why are you being so incredibly sweet tonight?" she asked.
"Because you are my queen, and you deserve to be treated like a royal highness," Sean replied affectionately, kissing her forehead. "I'll be right back,"
As soon as Sean left for the bathroom, his phone began to ring. Andrea hesitated for a moment before frowning slightly and rejecting the call. She couldn't understand why Carmen was calling her husband at this hour.
A normal person in their right senses would have given up, but Carmen persisted, leaving Andrea with no choice but to answer the call on behalf of Sean, even though she wasn't a fan of meddling in his affairs.
Carmen sniffled and said in a hoarse voice, "I'm so glad you finally picked up. Sean, I am really sorry for everything that happened, especially the way I spoke to your wife."
Andrea arched an eyebrow and let out a quiet snort as she waited for her to proceed with her pretense.
"I guess you are still mad at me, but I will like to make it up to you. Maybe we could do something nice together tomorrow, and it will be my treat." Carmen spoke in a flirtatious tone, striving to appear endearing and alluring as she attempted to win Sean over.
"Ms.Wallner! Quit the act. This is Sean's wife on the phone." Andrea smirked mischievously, leaning back against the couch as she idly twirled a strand of hair around her finger.
"Huh? Where is Sean, and what are you doing with his cellphone? Shouldn't you have learned by now that it's rude and improper to pick up someone else's phone?"
"Aha! There she is, Ms. Wallner, I know. You know, I almost puked a while ago when I was listening to you act all flirty to gain Sean's pity." Andrea burst out laughing and added
"Oh, and I assume that someone you are talking about is my husband, and as for your information, his whereabouts aren't your concern."
"I have known him for decades before you came into the picture, and you seem to think that just because he married you out of sympathy, you know him better or have ownership over him."
"I never claimed ownership over him; instead, I've made it clear that he's mine. I'm doing this to prevent women like you from throwing themselves at him."
"Carmen angrily exclaimed, 'How dare you! You cheap slut! Do you forget so easily that it was you who stole him from me? Just wait; Sean will be mine again.'"
"Yes! Yes! I stole him right under your nose because you couldn't keep him, and now that he's my man, I'm keeping him far away from your reach," Andrea declared with confidence. She continued, "I advise you to stop being a bitch and stay away from my husband, or the consequences will be dire." Andrea ended the call without giving Carmen a chance to respond.
"Baby, chill," Sean said, startling Andrea as she jumped in her seat.
"Wait, were you eavesdropping on my conversation with her?" Andrea arched her brows, expecting him to shake his head, but instead, he nodded in response, making her flustered. "You are so shameless!" Her cheeks flushed from embarrassment.
"What could I have done when I'm enjoying my wife being possessive and domineering? Baby, you looked so beautiful and sassy when you were jealous," Sean sauntered over to her, leaned in, and kissed her on the lips.
Andrea's face flushed with determination as she stood up, her voice carrying a hint of frustration. "No! I wasn't being jealous," she said firmly.
"Someone just needed to tell her off, and that someone is me." Glancing at her watch, she added, "It's getting pretty late; we should get going so we won't miss our reservation."
"Fine. I will believe you aren't jealous if you let me kiss you." Without waiting for her permission, Sean pulled her into his arms, and the moment their lips locked, Andrea knew he wouldn't let go of her easily.
As the kiss deepened, Andrea's body responded to Sean's touch, her breath catching in her throat as he eased the straps of her dress off her shoulders. He gazed into her emerald-green eyes with a look of desire and tenderness. "Can I?" his fingers already working on her dress.
"As long as we don't miss our reservation," Andrea replied with a mischievous smile playing on her lips as she began to unbutton his shirt.
'' I'll be quick," Sean whispered huskily as he trailed his lips down her delicate neck, leaving a trail of goosebumps on her skin. With a gentle tug, he pulled her dress, allowing it to fall to her feet.

An hour later, Andrea and Sean finally arrived at the deluxe restaurant that Sean had booked a day ago. Unfortunately, their reservations had been cancelled due to their tardiness.
Andrea couldn't stop glaring at Sean with daggers, as if she would rip his head off his body at any moment.
Sean couldn't take it anymore, so he wrapped his arms around her waist as they stood by the car. "Baby, would you stop giving me that look? Like you weren't the one moaning so loud, begging me not to stop," he said.
"Be quiet and stop pouring the blame on me. It's all your fault this happened," she replied, her voice filled with anger. "What did I tell you when your hands were all over me earlier? I told you I'm up for it as long as we don't miss our reservation," she added, turning her face away from him.
"My love, I admit my mistake, and I'm sorry. I will make it up to you." Sean placed a kiss on her forehead. "I'm so hungry and angry that I don't want to speak to you right now. Let's just go home."
"I'm definitely not taking you home; I know somewhere romantic enough for us." He smiled and opened the door for her to get in before walking over to the driver's seat.
After a few minutes of driving, the car came to a halt at a high-end Italian restaurant. Sean got out of the car, turned to the passenger seat, and opened the door for his wife.
"I hope you are a fan of Italian cuisine. Trust me, this is the best one you can ever find in the whole of NYC," Sean commented as he held onto her delicate hand.
"At this stage, it didn't matter if I was a big fan of Italian cuisine since I could literally devour anything right now," Andrea said with a slight bow of her head, drawing attention to her flat stomach, which made embarrassing sounds.
As they walked into the restaurant, Andrea leaned her head on Sean's chest and relaxed into his embrace, allowing him to guide her to a table. A pang of guilt washed over Sean as he firmly wrapped his arms around her waist.
The place was dimly lit with mini table lamps casting a soft glow on the table, and in the background, soft music played. Sean beckoned to the waiter, who immediately approached them, bowing his head in respect.
After ordering a couple of Italian dishes, they waited in silence for their order to arrive. Sonny walked over to their table with Alicia beside him. 'Hey lovebirds!'"
Andrea lifted her head, catching sight of Alicia, whom she hadn't seen in a few years. She smiled brightly and stood up. "Whoa! You look so hot, Alicia!"
"Oh my goodness, I didn't think I would see you here, Andrea!" Alicia smiled and embraced Andrea tightly.
The two girls appeared noticeably enthusiastic as they continued to exchange flattering remarks about their appearances. "Just look at you, Andrea," Alicia exclaimed. "Even after having two kids, your figure looks even more stunning. You need to share your secrets!"
Andrea laughed modestly. "Oh, please don't flatter me. Guys, take a seat." Andrea graciously invited them to join her and Sean for dinner.
"What are you doing here?" Sean's expression conveyed his displeasure at Sonny's and Alicia's unexpected presence at the restaurant.
He felt annoyed that they had ruined the little alone time he planned with his wife.
Sonny responded with a raised eyebrow and a shameless reply, "Because you own this place, and you gave me a coupon, so I thought I would bring my fiancée here for dinner to save more money for our wedding."
Alicia felt a little self-conscious as she touched her bangs awkwardly, slightly ashamed of Sonny's comment. Despite reuniting with him, she realized that he hadn't changed at all. Although someone unfamiliar with his situation might assume he was poor, the truth was that he had an impressive background, although it couldn't match that of Sean's.
Andrea exclaimed enthusiastically, "You guys are getting married? That's huge news! I'm so happy for you two."
"Sonny, are you getting married? Do you mean you're finished seeking pleasure?" Sean chuckled at this, earning a warning glare from his wife.
"Don't listen to Sean, guys. He's just shocked that Sonny has suddenly changed into a new leaf, which is a good thing," Andrea said, feeling ecstatic about the news.
She filled everyone's glasses with Chianti (a wine from Italy). "A toast to a new beginning for our dear friends Sonny and Alicia," Andrea declared, and they all clinked glasses together.
