“ I missed those days, I missed Mummy a lot” She said sadly. “ Don’t worry Baby, Daddy is here” He said and Mandy nodded her head. “ I know But your love wouldn’t be compare to that of Mummy.” Mandy said and he Raised a brow. “ Why?” he asked her. “ Because she’s My Mummy, we share a lot of secrets” Mandy’s eyes filled with tears and he felt bad for bringing up the topic.
“ Do you remember when you always go to Alfred’s house to just play?” He changed the Topic and her face lit up. “ Yes Daddy, I remembered his Mummy’s Cookies. She was the best cook ever, I really missed her too. Oh God, why do Good people due first?” She sighed. “ You mean You Daddy is not a Good person?” He asked pointing at his chest. Mandy looked at him and Scoffed. “ What if I say yes?” She asked him and he kept quiet. “ That means you’re also a bad person” He was and she Giggled. “ I’m not, go to your room now. I want to Sleep” Mandy said covering herself with the blanket.
“ Okay then, Sleep tight my Princess” He blew her a kiss and left the room. “ Bye bye Daddy, I love you” She said Smiling. “ I love you too Baby” He turned the light off for her and closed the door. Mandy might be a spoilt brat but she loved her Daddy so very Much.

“ Stop that girl from coming in to this house, don’t even open the door for her when next she comes” Vanessa said to Derek in the kitchen. “ Come on Vanessa, Mandy has apologized and she meant it. Didn’t you see her crying?” He asked passing her a spoon. “ I don’t care..” She lowered her voice. “ I don’t care, Derek. I just don’t want to ever see her in this house again. Don’t you know that She might tell Alfred where I am?” She said and sighed. “ I don’t think so, She’s in love with Alfred and won’t do such a thing. If she tells Alfred where you are then, Alfred will come after you and she will be at the losing end”
“ Oh God, What should I do now. Should I go to Alfred and tell him to warn his family? They are threatening my life. I’ve had enough of them already, I just want to live my life simply like before” She picked up a cup and left the kitchen. “ Vanessa I…” Derek paused when he met a Tensed scene in the sitting room. The cup In Vanessa’s hand had fallen to the floor and broken in to pieces, she was looking at Alfred who was standing in front of the door Confusingly. Derek looked at Alfred, he looked at Mara who was standing beside Alfred.
Earlier on, Alfred had left home for the office but he decided to make a stop at the estate to ask Derek if he had heard from Vanessa. He parked the car and took some minutes contemplating on either to go in or go away and at last, he decided to just check in. He knocked on the Door hoping to See Vanessa, Derek and Vanessa were arguing that they didn’t hear when he was knocking on the door. Mara came out from the room and unlocked the door without remembering Vanessa’s warning. She opened the Door and Alfred was Shocked to see her.
“ Baby, you are here” He said excitedly as he wanted to carry her but Mara moved a step back. “ What do you want here?” She asked him and Alfred was taken aback. “ Oh My God, I’m so glad you are here. I’ve been so worried that I couldn’t even sleep” He said trying to hold her hand. “ Don’t hold me, Go. Mummy don’t want to see you” Mara said pointing her little finger to the door. “ I’m Sorry baby, I know you are mad with Daddy because….” He paused when he heard Vanessa’s voice from the kitchen.
“ Isn’t that Mummy’s voice?” He said Smiling happily. “ Just go, Mummy don’t want to see you again” She folded her arms. “ Hey baby, don’t be like that. It’s daddy” As Alfred was trying to hold Mara again, Vanessa came out of the kitchen. She was shocked that the glass cup in her hand fell to the ground and broke in to pieces. “ What’s Happening here?” Derek asked immediately he came out of the kitchen. “ Vanessa” Alfred called surprisingly. “ You are here” He looked at Derek. “ You’ve been here I know” He turned to her Smiling happily but Vanessa’s expression showed she wasn’t glad he came.
“ What are you doing here, what do you want with us? Please just go” Vanessa pleaded and Alfred sighed. “ I’m Sorry Vanessa, but you should have at least let me know that you found Mara, I was worriedly sick. I can’t eat not sleep, I’ve been searching for the both of you for days now, I….” She interrupted him. “ please just go, We don’t want to see you again. We are already happy as we are now, don’t cause any harm to us again” Vanessa said worriedly. “ But Vanessa, I can’t leave you and you know that. I’m in love with you and” He looked at Mara “ I missed you both” He said and Mara looked away.
“ Baby, please tell Mummy you miss me” Alfred pleaded with Mara, He was hopeless. “ Mummy is right, we are already happy. I was kidnaped because of you, I don’t want to leave My Mummy again.” Mara quickly moved closer to Vanessa and held her hand. “ The little kid is right, Their lives are in danger if you don’t stay away from them” Derek said and Alfred Chuckled. “ Danger, what danger? I will protect them” He said and Derek giggled.
