“ So, you don’t even care about me. I left Since yesterday but you are calling today? Wonderful” She Scoffed. “ I don’t care, just tell me what you wanted to say yesterday” He said and Mandy Laughed. “ Are you kidding me? You didn’t care to listen to me yesterday and you Humiliated me in front of the Assistant. I don’t want to say it again!” She yelled at him and Cut the call.
“ Whoa! This girl is so Tough!” He Dropped the phone on the Table and Sighed. “ I just hope she isn’t living with Grandma, I owe that woman an Apology. I shouldn’t have talked to her that way but I had no choice. She’s controlling my life and I don’t like it” Alfred sighed, He dropped the fork on the plate and stood up from the chair. “ Time to go visit Derek again” He gave a mischievous smile and went up the stairs.. He dresses up ready to leave but then his Assistant came in to the room.
“ What is it?” Alfred asked him “ You have an urgent meeting this morning” He said and Alfred wasn’t happy about it. That wasn’t the kind of meetings he would have turned down like he always did ever since he found Vanessa. “ What do we do now?” He asked his Assistant because he wasn’t ready to give up going to the Estate. He had a feeling Vanessa was living in that place. “ The meeting is Compulsory, Boss” He said “ Alright then, we’ll go there After the meeting” The Assistant Nodded his head but deep down within his heart, he had another plan.

8:45 am, Mandy came out from her room all dressed up. She was wearing a pleated short skirt, long sleeve white shirt and a beanie cap placed on one side of her head. Her hair was let loose and we’ll stretched, She Carried a black mini bag and black Boots. She looked like. Teenager who was going to High school.
“ Whoa, look at my Baby. Are you going to school?” Her Daddy teased as she sat on a chair in the Dining Table. “ Stop teasing me” Mandy said And He laughed. “ Where is My Baby going by this time of the day? It’s too early to go out” He said taking a sip from the coffee cup. “ Really? I want to go out and see the city. You know I’ve been staying in Alfred’s house ever since I returned back. I missed my usual spot and the play grounds” She said smiling. “ That’s Good, then eat something before you go” Her Dad said but Mandy was in a hurry to leave.
“ Daddy, the Address” She said stretching her palm to him. “ What Address?” He asked her and she Chuckled. “ Vanessa’s Address” Mandy said and he Giggled. “ What are you going to do to her?” He asked her and Mandy Scoffed. “ What do you take me, a monster? Just give me the Address and let me go out now” She said and an idea came to his head. “ Okay fine, But we’ll go there together.” Mandy raised a brow when he said that. “ To do what?” She asked eating out of the fried eggs in front of her. “ To Deliver Mother’s message” He said and she sighed. “ Why don’t you give it to me to deliver it? Grandma is stressing you out” She said and he Shook his head.
“ That’s My life. Anyways, do not worry about that, I’ll give it to her by myself” He said and Mandy Nodded her head. “ Okay then if you insist, but I don’t want to go there with you. I’ll go later in the day before I return home not this morning. Just give me the Address” She said giving him her phone. “ Okay then” He took the phone from her and typed in the Address. “ Make sure you don’t go there and do awful things” He warned and she nodded her head. “ Don’t worry Daddy, your girl won’t fail you” She smiled at him and he smiled too.
“ I trust you, Make sure you visit Grandma today. She’s been asking of you lately” He said and she stood up. “ Okay Daddy, see you later” She picked up a cup cake and left the house. “ I’ll visit Grandma After dropping by at the Estate” She entered her car and drove out of the house. Few Minutes later, Mandy arrived at the Estate. It wasn’t hard for her to find it because she knew almost everywhere in the city. When she drove inside the estate, She decreased the driving speed looking at the numbers on each house.
“ Where’s Number 206?” She Said looking at the houses. Finally, she stopped at the House and came down from the car. “ Here I come” She took in a deep breath and went closer to the door. She rang the door bell and within a minute, The door opened revealing Derek who was wearing an apron. “ Who are you?” Derek asked because he didn’t know Mandy face to face. Mandy Wouldn’t risk telling him her real identity because she knew he might told her Vanessa wasn’t there. “ Oh hi, I’m Vanessa’s friend. She called me yesterday and asked me to come here this morning” Mandy lied.
“ Oh okay, it was you she was speaking with on the phone yesterday right?” He asked and she nodded her head. “ Please Come in” He ushered her in and Mandy Smiled. “ Please have a sit, I’ll go call her” He said and Mandy sat down on a couch. “ Wonderful” She crossed her legs “ So this is where she lives” She Scanned the room with her eyes and Chuckled. “ It’s a small space and beautiful” She nodded her head. Mara was the first to come out from Derek’s room, She Paused when she saw Mandy sitting on the couch.
